To whomsoever it may concern,

I undersigned would like to complain about the drainage problem in our area.

We have done several telephonic complains and hand written complaints but still we are not given the service for what Vadodara Municipal corporation in known for. We have complaint at website, but still there is no response to our complaints. Your workers arrive here with steel rod / other to clean the drainage line, but still we have the same problem on the other day. I would request you to please look after our issue as we think that it is not only our society which is choke up but the problem is because other society lines are chocked up in the front, we are getting this issue again and again.
corporation staff cleaned road main hall chamber, but one or two month reapit same problem

pl do needful for above, & corporation have good high tech drainage cleaning machinery, use & solve our permanent problem.

The open space beside arvind park opposite to seven seas mall is full of garbage and street dwellers/ vendors are urinating and defecating there. It is very durty and prone to health hazard.. The boundary wall have been broken by the street dwellers and vendors of huts below the bridge; rented by vmc..

Urgent action needed to make realistic smart city.

In tandaljaa area, we cant even sleep at night, there are so many dogs. Evry night these dogs start barking and it becomes impossible in hundreds of noise of barking dogs. Even the kids fear of getting out at night, they fear of getting bite by stray dogs.
The local rumors are that the sunpharma compony in tandaljaa test their drugs on dogs and then live these dogs on the street.
Please do the needfull.

Dear sir/ma'm,
I am writing you a complaint about the drainage problem at KARMJYOT SOCIETY, NR. RAMESHWAR VIDHYALAYA, GOTRI ROAD, VADODARA -390021.
We are facing a drainage water from a month. We have complained a LOT but no get proper solution of it. Such kind of drainage problem remains many months in a year.
The drainage dirty water get back pressure & comes outward.
We have companied online & manually too. But not get proper solution to our problems.
Please give relevant & permanent solution to our drainage problem..

Street dogs barking whole night

Dear sir,
We would like to inform you that our colony is infested with street dogs where they create nuisance and litter. Their numbers appeared to have increased recently. They fight among themselves and the noise they make is unbearable. At night it becomes difficult to sleep, children playing in the street are scared of these dogs. They didn't allow anyone to pass through the street. They bark and fight a lot creating so much noisy environment. Especially they bark on every child, elder peoples, hawkers passing through the street.. Its difficult very difficult for the stranger who don't have the information about this to pass from the street. I humbly request you to please look into the matter at the earliest possible and send a dog catcher team so that they can take them away from the area. I deeply request you to please take an early action.

My name is saurabh. Leaving in amardeep township, khatti imli hotel ni baju ma, ajwaroad, vadodara.

I am writing this complaint for street dogs approx 6 to 7 dogs barking whole night around the house and we can't sleep after doing job at night. Also dogs are biting children and running behind vehicles. We are frustrated by these dogs.

So i request to you sir please take some step for this issue.

In our society pramukh sagare duplex, before goul party plot, there are 3 street dogs which are very aggressive and runs behind us and our kids very frequently.
There is clear threat to the socity members specifically kids which needs immediate action.

The resident of house no a3, mr rajest contractor feeds these dogs even after opposing to him by society memebers, he is reluctant as they give him personal safety but are threat for rest.

Immdiate action requested to remove the dogs as soon as possible.

There is a street dog in our society who bark and bite every stranger n even residentials also kids. Plz do needful. It's very urgent please help us. He is a mad dog. Every body is scared of that dog. This is third time we are complaining. No action is taken till date. Plz take that dog away as soon as possible. We are accepting some quick action from your side this time.

Please take some action as there is a lot of nuisance of street dogs in our area. Three incident happens where elderly women bitten by the dogs. We can't take the children's out for playing or even can't walk without escort...please do the needful. Whole area is harrased due to this issue. We request u to do it as soon as possible ..

Whomever it may concern
This is regarding my house tax, staying in gayatrinagar, opp. Vrajdham society, vadodara.
I am little confused that despite of same house of others, i have been paying more house tax than others. This time the surveyor told us that previously the entered figure was wrong thats why we were getting the more house tax than others.
Despite of all measurements taken by the surveyor this current year. Still compare to others we are facing more house tax the others. It’s a request to take this issue seriously.

The above address plays loud music every morning and disrupts sleep in the morning. Please take some strict action. The guy thinks he is above law. I would like authorities to take some charge against such kind of residing citizen in city and fine him for noise pollution or i shall play loud songs to everyday. I want vadodara police to take charge and solve the problem as soon as possible and make sure it doesn't happen again everyday.

Sayajigunj police team lift the vehicle in illegal place where no parking is not available. They also slap public and say bad word to public and also charge 300 rs without any receipt.

They do not have any authority to fight with public and slap them without any reason. Its totally unsafe for public. Plz take immediate action for public safety.

I live in sun crystals appartments. It is located at the end of my street. The stray dogs 3-4 live there. And when i return from my job wearing a red shirt they bark at me. Even to the elders and the ones who've come to deliver food or something else. Please look into the matter. Catch them and release them far from here.

Dear sir,

My house gutter is full and toilet is also full we cannot go to toilet and very bad smell is coming from gutter. We have given complain to ward no : 11 yesterday machine also came but they have not cleaned the gutter. So we request you to send the machine with proper people who do the work properly. And no official person are coming with machine only people working are coming.

So sir please send the machine at the earlies.

Sir,
I would like to inform you that recently there has been increase in number of stray dogs in my colony.
They are causing a lot of menace, they are littering everywhere in the colony, defecating at any place promoting unhygienic environment.
I am also highly suspicious about 1-2 dogs that they are rabid as one of them remains inactive the entire day and other remains aggressive without any provocation.

The municipality is not worth in this city. There is as dead cow on the road since morning. The society members were continuously calling on the helpline number of vmss and vmc 12 -13 times but no one even responded. Who is responsible for the stinging smell caused by that animal which leads to diseases and infection. They should be atleast responsible for their work instead of taking bribe for every single work....

I have a property in karelibaug area, opp. Amrapali complex. And during evening hours two street food sellers come to sell food in front of my property and create problems. They were told to move aside but also going on the side they put stools in parking space and make their customers sit and also throw their waste in front of house which our tenants have to pick up. When told they talk very rudely to our tenants.

Kindly i request you to take steps regarding this because now they are threatening us that road is not our property and we will continue doing so.
Please take necessary actions.
