Hi,

Writing this on behalf of whole society. I'm from waghodia dabhoi ring road area. We have been facing problem of drainage choke up and due to that the gutter level rises up and dirty water comes out from various openings which is not good for health of children as well as adults. We live in good area and such things just ruins the image and health of common people. Moreover every year same problem keeps on happening and no permanent solution has been brought. This same complain has been done many times before to local ward office and corporation but no step has been taken for permanent solution. Due to heavy rains on one single day, date 30 june 2019 in vadodara if the drainage problems takes place in a society, one should take some strict actions. I hope something is done quickly as people are suffering. Address has been attached in address bar tab.

Gutter water is coming into the house during rains. Gutters line is choked up and not cleaned properly. Even after complains again and again - no solution is being provided.
The whole gutter line needs cleaning.
Every rain we have to pull the gutter water from inside the house and throw it out.
Have made several complains but no solution is being given

Good evening,

This is request to please remove garbage bin near patthar gate police station, madanzampa road, vadodara. People throw their rubbish outside garbage bin and it is always full. This is so unhealthy for people leaving near by and cows are sitting on middle of road.

Please this is request to take action against this. This is getting out of control.

I’m living in 5 Raghav park society, near Meera char rasta, harni road, Vadodara. I’ve seen that Rain Water flooded in society, water channel which has to gone through line but that channel has not worked properly, it might be some issue but it’s needs to clean.

I chetankumar rohit residing at d/5, sahyog society, refinery road, gorwa. As sahyog residential association is doing illegal construction at common plot area, written complain was given on 1/6/2019 at your office & bandhkaam sakha. But no action was taken till the time. Still civil work is continue. Pls look into the matter asap. Herewith i am submitting the copy of written complain given at your office.
This is the humble request to you, pls stop such kind of illegal construction activity as common plot area must be open for every one uses.

I myself mr. Chetankumar p rohit residing at d/5, sahyog society, refinery road, gorwa. I have submitted a written complain regarding illegal constitution at common plot area on 1st june 2019 at your office as well as bandhkaam sakha also. But no action was taken till the time. A female dog is now gone mad. She bites to all the personnel who passes through the way. She has bitten to 6 personnel passing through my home. Further, she barks badily through out the day and night and consequently all the neighbors are unable to sleep during the night. She runs badily behind the all bikes to catch the people. It is requested to catch her and provide us some relief.

Dear Sir, I am residing in Gaurav Park Society, harni warasiya ring road, Vadodara. Our neighbour
Mr. Rajesh Soni, residing in 6, Gaurav park society, opp Yamuna nagar society, Harni warasiya ring road are carrying out illegal construction. They are constructing their house from the road ending, haven't left any space for compound area. They have constructed their columns from the starting of their compound and also have damaged our house. Please look into this matter immediately as construction is in process and they quarrel with everyone who opposes them. Neighbouring houses do not have any air and light circulation due to it.

at least one month has gone but nothing is done for our gutter problem, today in our drinking water gutter water smell was coming, so sir you think how much serious problem is there if rain comes and gutter water comes into our house what will happen, disease can spread, so sir we request you to take necessary action, people are coming but there is no solution to this problem.

The road connecting Darshanam Central Park with Jetalpur road although is a tar road it is full of cow dung as inhabitants around the road are owners of cows. In the rainy season, the cow dung on the road makes the road very slippery. Yesterday Vadodara had 1st downpour and we saw 15 -20 scooters skidding in that road. The reason was road becoming slippery because of wet cow dung.
We the owners of DCP request Vadodara Municipal corporation to get the road cleaned of cow dung. Also, a permanent solution should be given for keeping this road free of cow dung.

I have raised approx 7-8 complaints, but till date, nothing happened. please take action before an accident happened.

Dear sir,

Inspite of many complain given in ward no : 11 last tuesday machine came and cleaned all inside gutters but on thursday all gutters were full again. we have told to mr thakarsi prajapati also regarding this on last thursday that gutters are full again. but no one has came to see uptill now. sir we want permanent solution regarding this. so sir please send some person to see.
society's all gutters are full and water has come into our chokdi. as diseases can be spread through this as rainy season is there. so we request you to do the needfull as soon as possible. this is our request from

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that outside our soceity the numbers of dogs day by day increases. They ran after the vehicles and pedestrians and in some cases they bite 5 to 6 persons. Day by day it becomes nuissance and we are very afraid from going to that route. But we have to travel with fear as there is no alternative route.
Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

Respectfully I m submitting that I am residing at mukuya mantri avas yojna tp 21 atladara registered as shree nilkanth residency in block F 301. In my block water tank not fill up with water all other tower water tank full. Some reason may be regarding plumbing our block member filed an application to vmc. But it is pending. Water is a basic facility for human. So kindly do needful action.

I wish to draw your attention towards the poor maintenance of Road in Manjalpur, Toral Society, Near Swamibaug society.begind kubereshvar temple
The road & streets in our locality have not been repaired after digged. There are pits and ditches on the roads everywhere. The condition of the road becomes all the worst during the rainy season. They cause road accident. At night people sometimes stumble down. Moreover, these pits provide breeding ground for the mosquitoes. Thus there is an outbreak of mosquitoes in the locality leading to the spread of malaria.

I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action to mend the ways so that people of the area have good roads and streets.

Special Note: - Due to bad condition of roads, All auto drivers charge more fare & in rainy season they all are stopped due to which people face many problems for going one place to another for office, Hospitals, School children etc.

People of the locality of Manjalpur, Toral Society, Behind Kubereshwar temple, Manjalpur, Vadodara.

It's been 3 month since, door to door service of manav mandir soc, c/22 are not collecting garbage disposal and they are askng for 300/- bribe and after complaining at ward no.3 there was no response at all.
now we have a pile of garbage here and we are running a hospital so, it is
creating a unhealthy enviroment and it is smelling around

we would like to have our garbage collected today itself or else we have...

Hello Sir,

We are facing shortage of water in waghodia road area from past 1 week. There has been sudden decrease in supply of water.
Furthermore the quality of supplied water is worse..you can literally smell gutter water in supplies. We are forced to buy water can from other sources for drinking purpose.

The supplied water is of very degraded quality. People in our area are infected by jaundice and typhoid due to contamination in water.

Please help to resolve the issue on urgent basis.
