Municipal Corporation Of Vadodara — property tax bill coming even after getting certificate from vmc to cancel commercial property tax bill

Dear sir,
I had gave written application to vmc to stop giving commercial property tax bill[protected]-101). After auditing by vmc person, we get certificate for the same. But next year we get property tax notice to pay bill with penalties. Officer from word no "3" gave lame excuses and asking to pay tax with penalties.
My request is to cancel all these bills having census no:[protected]-101 as vmc officer's auditer found nothing commercial or rental activities.

In attached file you can find:
1.) certificate we got from vmc to cancel bill for the year 2018-19
2.) my written application which we gave to vmc on 20/06/2018
3.) property tax notice with penalties for the year 2018 to 2020

Please note: i have paid census no.[protected]-020 property tax for the year 2018-19. Paid on 12/06/2018 through net banking rs. 3956/-
