[Resolved]  Musafir — australia and new zealand visa service

I have been tracking for my visa application the agent sameet shetty was calling me continuously for the payment, once the payment is made there is no update no follow ups and no assisting of any document information. The pickup had to be done on 19th sep 2018 but no one turned up nor any update provided untill i enquired back if anyone is coming for pickup. Today i have called thrice to the person still the agent has never called me back nor has provided any update. Whenever i call they say the agent is busy (No one is busy 24x7) and never comes on the call, what is the use of the number provided?

Very disappointed i could have selected any other consultancy. Pathetic customer service.

If management even cares a little about their customers i believe this doesnt repeat again and the service is provided properly as expected.

Very bad reviews and i dont believe the management has still not actioned upon the service situation.

The incident is still going on.

Mr. Mohammes visa officer called me on my contact number and arranged for visa documents pickup ASAP and provided contact persons to whom we can escalate if there is any delay further also assured that this will not repeat and the visa would be processed at the earliest. I thank this forum for such a quick solution to consumer problems and complaints and help in providing quick solutions from the merchants. Thank you.
