I hope i will not be harassed as others here. I want the management to take care of this and not ask me, harass me or cheat me by asking any other documentation. I have provided all the documentation as mentioned in there website for thailand visa... You guys have asked on your website - passport copies (Both side) and passport photographs.

I have provided you
Passport copies (Both side) and passport size photographs, return air tickets, hotel bookings etc etc and have paid your fess in advance.

    Hi musafir team,

    This is regarding refund of my trip with trip id: m-4rpnp

    There has been a really long delay on refund. The ticket was cancelled on 3 july and generally refund process happens immediately and i was assured so over the phone. But so far i have not received the refund.

    I was given assurance over phone again on 28july when i followed up. My credit card bill will be generated and i would rather want this to be resolved before that. Really appreciate the quick action.

    The Musafir team was contacted both via mail as well as their phone numbers. It was just a delay in processing and they were able finally resolve it. My HDFC bill got generated but at least I got the expected refund so things are fine. Thank you for the prompt action Musafir team!

      We were not informed about the insurance period (Valid for at least 15 days from the date of return to india) well in advance by musafir team and we had arranged travel insurance on our own as per insurance company form (I. E. For travel period only). This resulted in not the only monetary loss to all three pax but a lot of difficulties/effort of taking revised travel insurance just before the appointment at bls application centre, new delhi.

      This is the requirement which we were told by musafir team about at the last hour after the purchase of earlier insurance policy.

      Travel insurance: issued by an insurance company as per the eu guidelines. Valid for at least 15 days from the date of return to india.

      If there was some exception to travel insurance requirement for spain visa, we should have been informed well in advance. You are having knowledge about all these things and that's why we availed your services. Not telling about insurance requirement for additional 15 days after return in india, has resulted in the monetary loss to all 3 pax as we had to procure revised policy paying one more time.

      Also, not all documents which are required to be submitted with the application to bls for grant of visa were not told to us to prepare. Few are mentioned below.

      The checklist must be printed on back to back format only.

      We are highly dissatisfied with the services of musfir team. You are requested to arrange for a refund of musafir fees of rs 3600/- paid by us towards visa processing. The receipt is attached.

        I applied for bangkok visa via musafir on 21/6/17 my travel date is 29/6/17 1 am. Till 27/6/17 morning 12 pm, they kept on saying i will get my visa by 28/6/17 when i called they at 6 pm on 27/6/17 to get an update they told me it is in the process and they can't do anything as it is with the consulate. They said they can't get me back my passport as well. On constantly arguing with them their reply was it's your fault you did not give us the correct documents in the first place. The employees kept on lying to me till 27th morning that i will get my passports back and as a result, i missed my flight and now i have to suffer a huge monetary loss.

          This has a reference to my booking of flight tickets from del to ccu by jet airways 9w907 date of journey 20.06.2017 and your reference number against my mail no.2741876, 2741897 and 2741960 dated 16.06.2017. My e ticket number was[protected] in the name of mr. Bijan banerjee, ms. Namrota banerjee and mrs. Rita banerjee and ticket no.[protected] mr. Mritunjoy bhattacharya.

          Now, i came to know from your office that i will not get any refund. This is not acceptable to me since i have already sent mail to you and was waiting from your reply. No reply received from your end in this regard.

          In that case i shall be compelled to report it to the dgca and government of india minstry of civil aviation for their kind assistance.

          Many a time, passengers who hold a confirmed & valid booking, do not or are unable to report (i.e. ‘No Show”) for travel before the time limit specified by the airline. In such cases, an airline is allowed to levy appropriate ‘No Show’ penalty under Rule 135 of the Aircraft Rules, 1937 and the same will be deducted from the fare paid by the guest.

          In your case as you have not travelled the journery hecne its have been treated as No- Show passenger also Offer will be deducted from any refunds due if a trip is cancelled in part or full. Offer may only be redeemed against one purchase on Musafir.com. Offer has no monetary value and cannot be reused, exchanged or refunded.             I m kanika verma... I have applied for thailand visa for 8 people via musafir... They told me to arrange all documents mentioned which i did.. Bt today i. E 8 june 2017 their delhi office executive mr. Yogender kaushik calls that it is risky to apply for visa as you may not receive your passports before your travel
            Date. I. E 19 june2017.. What the hell, these musa fir executives have all the information regarding my travel date, hotels... And after charging money they are not sure about anything...

            This is really disgusting.. I have called them end no. Of times to ask about all the details. I have mailed them all the documents before sending them to their delhi office.. Their executive checked all the documents at my place.. And now this nuisance is untolerable.. I want my money back as soon as possible..

              Hello Everybody.

              This is regarding the horrible experience I had by the services given by Musafir’s team for my Bangkok – Pattaya trip. It is absolutely insane when you get pathetic services from such a big company. Please check all the details below.

              I planned to go on a 5-day trip to Bangkok – Pattaya from Hyderabad with my wife in the month of April 17. We planned to fly on 8th of April 17 and were supposed to return on 12th April 17. So, we decided to book through Musafir. I messaged them through the online portal on 12th March 17 and then received a call back from Mr. Abdullah on 13th March 17. He provided me with couple of offers according to my requirement. The offer included 3 star hotel stay with breakfast, part lunch, couple of sight seeing’s, visas and return flight tickets. He then suggested me to make the payment for the flight tickets as soon as possible since the rates may go up. I made a part payment of Rs. 40, 000/- for the flight tickets on 14th March 17. Later on, we continued checking the hotels with Musafir. Mr. Abdullah showed us some hotel pictures, which, we eventually didn’t like it and asked him to show us some better rooms. He then suggested us that there would be an additional cost of Rs. 1000/- per person to get better hotel rooms. After checking the pictures of the hotel rooms shown by Mr. Abdullah, we decided to go with the Sunshine Hotel and Residence in Pattaya. I made the balance payment of Rs. 28, 100/- on 17th March 17 including the extra cost for better rooms. The total cost of trip was Rs. 68, 100/- inclusive of the itinerary mutually agreed by us. I had confirmed with Mr. Abdullah that I don’t have to bear any other cost apart from what I had paid and he agreed.

              Later on, Ms. Madhuri called us for the visa process on 24th March 17 in the evening. She told us that we need to handover the passports to their offices either in Chennai or Mumbai for the visa stamping. First of all, it took them 7 days to ask us for the passports Secondly, we were never told before that we have to submit our passports for the visa stamping. We were under the impression that visas will be on arrival. Since I work in Hyderabad, I preferred to send my passport to my wife in Mumbai. Ms. Madhuri said that once the passports are ready, we need to contact her so that the arrangement will be made for the pickup. She informed us that she needs to take an appointment for the visa processing and it will take around 4-5 days. She suggested me to send the courier through Blue Dart. I stay outskirts of Hyderabad, so I decided to send it by the DTDC Courier Service, which is around 3 kms from my house. 25th March 17, I was at work so went in the evening. The DTDC person told me to get the passport on Monday morning coz Saturday pickups were already done by afternoon. I sent my passport through the fast service in the morning at 9:30am on Monday the 27th March 17. However, my passport was received by my wife at her office in Andheri East (close to Musafir office) in Mumbai on 29th March 17 at 1:30 pm. My wife called Ms. Madhuri for the pick up. She said would send the pickup by evening. However, in the evening she informed us that there is nobody to pick our passports and will arrange it on the next day which was 30th March 17. Finally, our passports were picked on 30th March 17 in the evening. Also, Ms. Madhuri informed that she has taken an appointment on Monday and the passports will be sent to the consulate on Monday itself. I was surprised and asked her about the delay. She assured us not to worry and our visas will be ready by 5th April 17. I told her that my flight is from Hyderabad on 8th April 17 at 1.10 am and I need to have the passports atleast 2 days before my journey. She told me that the passports will be handed over to my wife in Mumbai on 5th April 17 by evening. My wife was travelling to Hyderabad on 7th April at 7.20pm from Mumbai. However, when I called her on 6th April 17, she told us that the passports are yet to be received. She then told us on 7th April 17 by afternoon it will be in our hands. By now, we were getting very frustrated. On 7th April 17, she told me that the passports will only be received by the evening and will be handed over to my wife at the airport. My wife was waiting till 6.00pm at the airport but nobody came with the passports. Then Ms. Madhuri informed me that the passports will be couriered directly to Hyderabad and I need to collect them from the airport. She assured and asked us to continue with our journey to the airport. Also, later Musafir demanded us to pay Rs. 3000/- as the courier charges. I told them it was not my fault. The company needs to pay for the delay. However, they didn’t agree and since I didn’t wanted to miss the trip, I paid the said amount.

              I reached Hyderabad airport at 9:00pm. However, when I asked them about the passports they told us that the passport is still with them and they were unable to dispatch it in time since no flights were available. Now, I had started to lose my patience since my wife was on her way to Hyderabad and we were about to miss the flight. Then Ms. Deepa, their manager called me and demanded us to pay Rs. 27000/- so that they can book the next day flight. I told them very clearly that I m not going to pay a single penny and they need to book my tickets or else I will cancel the entire trip and then demand my money back. Also, I told them they need to pay whatever losses occurred due to their negligence. After much discussion, they agreed to pay for our tickets and said will look into the matter. She also asked me to collect the passport early morning at 5am from the airport. I returned back to home, which is 40 kms from the airport. Also, I told them would collect the passports in the daytime coz it was not feasible for me to come so early to the airport. The next day when we reached the airport, the airport authorities informed us that the couriered passports need to pick up from the cargo area and not from the airport. This was never communicated to us and we had to travel all the way to the cargo area, which was far away from the airport. After paying the handling charges there, we picked our passports and returned home. In the meantime we were told that our itineraries have been changed. They told us that they couldn’t arrange for the pick up at the Bangkok airport and we have to manage by our own. Also, they told us they will refund us the airport transfer charges but they never did. We also asked them how much it would cost us to travel from Bangkok airport to the hotel in Pattaya and Mr. Sohail informed us that it would cost around 600-700 Bahts.

              When we reached Bangkok airport, we were informed that the taxi fare from the airport to Pattaya is 1700 Bahts. They also showed us the government card, which was clearly mentioned on it. So we had to take the bus to the Pattaya City Center. From there, we had to take the city cab to the hotel. They charged us 200 Bahts. They were not ready to negotiate and it was hard for us to find a cab that was ready to come with the meter on. After reaching at the Sunshine Hotel and Residence, they demanded us 1000 Bahts as a security deposit. Again to our surprise, Musafir never informed us about the deposits. Sine we had not converted our currency by that time, we deposited one of our passports. When we reached our room, it was in pathetic condition. The blankets were smelly and the room and the bathroom were very small. I had paid extra Rs. 2000/- to get a better room in Pattaya but we never got. We complained at the reception about our room condition and the size. However, we were told that our travel agents already did our bookings. We were very upset.

              Now coming to the itinerary part, Day 1 was Arrival to Pattaya and Alcazar show at 6:00pm. Day 2 was Coral Island with Speed Boat and Lunch at 8:00am. Day 3 was departure to Bangkok at 10:30am and then half-day city tour with Marble Temple, Golden Buddha and Gems Gallery. Day 4 was Safari World at 8:00am. Since we missed Day 1, they arranged the Alcazar show on Day 2. Also, since we reached Pattaya in the afternoon, they cancelled the Coral Island itinerary and the lunch. We didn’t get much time to spend in Pattaya coz the next day we had to travel to Bangkok due to changed itinerary. The driver picked us up at 10:00am instead of 10:30am. We reached Bangkok at 1:45pm. After lunch, we started for the half-day city tour. However, after showing the Golden Buddha, they decided to skip the Marble temple. When we questioned why, they said they would be late for the Gems Gallery. But when we reached Gems Gallery, we found that it was actually our waste of time. They just wanted us to buy things from there. They dropped us at the hotel at 6:45pm.

              At the Woraburi Sukhmvit Hotel, they again asked for the 1000 Bahts security deposit. This time, we paid them and checked into the room. This room again was not in good condition. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room. There were no towels. The room was full of mosquitoes. We requested the room service staff to get it rectified. It was a very bad experience. On top of it, the buffet breakfast in the morning had all half cooked food. Finally, we were given the airport drop off on the final day.

              We had paid the entire trip amount including additional charges. I also made all the formal complaints and sent emails on regular basis regarding the services. I had told them very clearly that would continue with my trip only on one condition that is I need to get refund for my losses. I told them, coz of their faults, I lost an entire day hotel bookings, Corel Island itinerary, lunch, Airport transfer one way (had to pay from my pocket), courier charges, handling charges, unnecessary taxi fares in India travelling to and fro from the airport. They are not ready to refund me anything. Instead they said they would give us Rs. 5000/- flat discount on our next international booking. This is disgusting!!! Who will book from Musafir after receiving such a bad service? Please make sure this reaches the higher authorities that should look into the matter and check the kind of services received by the customers. Prior to this, I had done my visa from Musafir but never had any problem. I definitely need my money back for the things they didn’t deliver. I never had such a horrible service in my entire life. Please help!!!

              I had applied my visa on the site on 15th...
              Now my fly date is 30th morning... I have not got my visa yet.. For south africa..
              Ithis guys are applying for visa first time may b.
              They didnt know format or extaclty what they want.
              Even after confirmation on email.. They asked doc for 2nd time.. Even aftr that visa rejected in embassy and now iys accepted however no 1 is responding to my calls or email...
              My flight cost is at stake...
              I wil drag you to court.. Have emails documented and voice recording... O[censored]r mistakes.. So get it done asap...
              Today i went thier office then they started looking into it... The tl was helpfull said we can try i wil have to pay 5k i agreed but it didnt work and her manager like the associates there is waste... Asked me i can do any thing i want.. They dont care.. I shud have gone to ixigo.. For visa.. No knowledge she has n very abrupt speech she had.. Now i am helpless my flight wil go tomm.. N i dont have visa.. Passport...

                Hi,
                Please note that i have purchased a ticket online from musafir.com and they never said any where its a non-refundable ticket. I have cancelled the ticket 12hrs before which they said, i can use it at anytime they will make it open. Now they are saying we cannot and if even i cannot awail the return ticket. I wanted to book the ticket which is costing me on cleartrip AED 1338 for which they are demanding me AED 1340.

                  I had booked domestic flight from musafir and made the payment after which they accepted the payment and later they just cancelled my booking for the reason price of the service had gone up after 10 mins and sold all the seats now they asking me to pay double amount or take the refund after 10-15 days
                  What the hell is this??
                  I had made the payment and the amount they had asked for, the exact amount not even a single rupee i had shorten the whole amount i had paid even after that cancelled my booking
                  This a fraud cheating done to me
                  Plz make sure anyone doesn't gets cheated next time for which i am making a complaint

                    I had booked the air india tickets for my 3 family members on 25th april, via the musafir portal. Pnr no - ys4q4 from mumbai to delhi dated 19th may 2017. Ticket id - m-4kfxc

                    By oversight these tickets have been booked for mumbai to delhi route instead of booking for delhi to mumbai route. As advised by musafir, i had been chasing on all contact nos. Of air india since yesterday (25th april) immediately when i realised this incorrect booking & requesting all to void these tickets so that i get complete refund with just a nominal fee charge. But not getting support from anyone.

                    I am assuring that i will be booking the delhi to mumbai tickets again through air india only, but still neither musafir guys or the air india guys have been supporting on this.

                    Musafir guys need a confirmation from air india & also update on the pnr (Tickets voided), only after which they are agreeing to refund the amount.

                    I had also cancelled the tickets, as suggested by musafir team., i had spoken to air india officer & he had confirmed that voiding could have been done yesterday by musafir team.
                    But when i spoke to musafir team multiple times yesterday, they denied doing that & had only updated my request.

                    I need an explanation, that why this was not done purposely by the musafir team.

                    I am clear that i am not going to bear any cancellation charges & the voice recordings of yesterday would prove my case.

                    Awaiting your confirmation mail for the refund.

                      -i had booked two tickets from musafir.com for the journey of 4th may 2017 and i searched for lucknow-delhi sector and the result page shows the flight between kanpur-delhi on the name of lko-del sector and when i gone on the payment page and its shows kanpur-delhi and i wrongly booked and paid them bcoz kanpur is not seen by me. They says its your fault because our webpage have default showing nearby airport. Its cost me aproxx. 7000 rs. And now they are telling on the day one u will get the amount after cancellation 4430 rs. Aproxx. Now on the day 2. They were saying that u will get only 1182 rs. Refund
                      They are just cheating with the customer no reply yet

                        I had booked a indigo flight from delhi to vadodara through musafir.com.. Due to some important work I had to cancel the flight.. As per the details given to me by the indigo airlines, they have refunded ₹1260 to musafir account and same amount will be refunded to my account by musafir.com after the deduction of the non refundable processing fee.
                        After waiting for a week, when I enquired the musafir.com regarding my refund, I received a mail mentioning that the travel agency musafir.com doesn't owe me anything.. I replied back to their mail mentioning that indigo has told me that i will get back 1260₹ but musafir.com was not ready to give back my money..They didn't even bother to reply back. This is clearly a case of cheating and I have nothing in my handwhich i can do. I request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

                        You can check the same with the airlines as well.

                          I wish i would have come across your complain before, i totally agree that musafir team is very irresponsible, and they do not give satisfactory response to client quivery

                          One can find my conversation with musafir and how they respond to issue and how they hide information from costumers

                          After getting confirmation from Jet Airways Sales support team we updated the same to you that this error does not fall under Jet Airways Name Correction policy hence they are unable to authorize.

                          Please ask Preeti Pawar Guest Relation staff to check the same from Jet Sales support regarding the same from there end.

                          Below given is name correction policy.

                          ONLINE NAME CORRECTION POLICY.

                          Dear Travel Partner,

                          As per the DGCA CAR Section 3 – Air Transport, Series ‘M’, Part II, Point 3J, Jet Airways shall not levy any additional charge for correction of name of the same person, when error in his name spelling is detected after issuance of ticket.

                          Name Corrections can be done free of charge for reasons mentioned below:

                          Name Correction Process:
                          • It is very important to check valid identification documents of the passenger prior issuing a ticket.
                          • Only name corrections will be entertained. Name changes will not be permitted.

                            My trip at Dubai is over but I am not at all happy with few things.

                            At first they have offered me a trip of Rs. 40000 per person with 4N/5D as per mail on 23/11/16.

                            After this I asked to add below things:
                            a) Transfer from airport in Sedan on pvt basis.
                            b) 4 Star hotel.
                            c) Increase the tour to 5N/6D.

                            For this they have changed the Package to Rs. 45000 per person and I gave the go ahead.

                            But after reaching Dubai only point no. 3 is fulfilled as vehicle provided was the 14 seater bus instead of Sedan and the hotel provided was 3 star instead of 4 star for which they have charged me.

                            Now no one is responding

                              My 4 friends and I had booked hotel rooms with Musafir.com for our stay in Sri Lanka (3rd to 7th Feb 2017). First, we were shown the booking details of another hotel, The Temple Tree, Bentota which we confirmed, but they booked us into The Surf without even consulting with us. We had to point this out to them post which we reviewed the hotel and confirmed the bookings. We were not even informed that early check-in would incur a charge (we landed in Sri Lanka at 530am which Musafir.com was well aware of). We had booked 2 superior deluxe sea facing rooms at The Surf, Bentota only to be told when we arrived that our booking did not even exist. After numerous international calls made to Musafir.com (Shefali was our contact there) We were given standard rooms for the first day/ night and then later shifted to the rooms we had actually paid for. Shefali from Musafir.com had agreed to refund the complete money for the first day for the 2 rooms we had booked since they messed up the reservations and caused us unnecessary stress (i have this on email too). We got back to India on 7th Feb and have been following up with them via email and telephone calls however Musafir.com has not responded.

                              I booked flight. But i dint get tickets and amount got deducted from my account. No response from customer care

                                We had conversation for Thailand Visa for 4 passengers and they have promised us to provide that.
                                I have already informed them that i am flying on 08.02.2017 so i need my visa by 7 feb positively and they have told me that it will get done, ”Dont Worry”.
                                Before the payment, i have asked several times that my main concern was to have my passport back by 7 Feb if any discrepancy will arise in Visa Documentation and they have told me, That is our responsibility to give your passport back by 7 Feb 16 so that least i have a option of Visa on arrival.
                                I have spend 2 full fledge days for my VISA documents because of their commitment and delivered to the courier guy on 31.01.2017.
                                On 1 Feb 2017 i have received a call from Mr Yogender Kushik from Delhi Office and he told me not to submit the documents as it will be very risky.
                                I told him its fine if we will not get Visa but i should get my passport back by 07.02.2016 and he has informed me it will take 2 days for your passport that means i will get my passport on 09.02.2016.
                                And Apart from that Delhi office personnel dropped a mail to me that i have not received passport of one individual out of 4, i told them to check it properly its with you only.He has replied me back after an hour which was a minute job only.I think they cant understand that your customer will definitely be in huge stress.
                                This is actually blunder from your company end that two employees are giving me different statements and give me fake promises just to earn money.


                                I am chasing them from last 30 days for my refund and i did not get it yet.

                                Is that you and company commitment level.

                                Update me with only one date when I should expect my refund of Rs 5844.

                                I m kanika verma...I have applied for Thailand visa for 8 people via musafir...they told me to arrange all documents mentioned which I did..bt today i.e 8 June 2017 their Delhi office executive mr.yogender kaushik calls that it is risky to apply for visa as you may not receive your passports before your travel
                                date.i.e 19 june2017..what the hell, these Musa fir executives have all the information regarding my travel date, hotels...And after charging money they are not sure about anything...

                                This is really disgusting..I have called them end no. Of times to ask about all the details.I have mailed them all the documents before sending them to their Delhi office..their executive checked all the documents at my place..and now this nuisance is untolerable..I want my money back as soon as possible ..

                                  MUSAFIR is misleading people and doing Fooling business . Kindly go through the reply sent by Musafir stating a negative refund is generated in an REFUNDABLE ticket.

                                  This is something very strange and funny to see the defination of REFUNDABLE ticket, wherein i dont get any refund plus i need to pay them for cancelling the ticket.

                                  MUSAFIR is absolutely doing fooling business in India by flashing REFUNDABLE ticket which is actually not refundable according to them.

                                    Due to unforseen circumstances i am unable to travel so i called musafir.com about the cancellation and they are not ready to refund the money. wherein while booking the ticket it was flashing Refundable on Musafir Website. I have booked the tickets based on the information provided on the Musafir site.

                                    Musafir is Misleading people by giving false information on the site they are doing fooling business.

                                      I booked a ticket through musafir and in the e ticket, the first name and last name appeared same. I have checked thrice before submitting. They name was correct. This company is trying to cheat people through these cheap tricks. Now I have to cancel the ticket and will get a refund of ₹310 for a booking worth ₹4000.

                                      Don't go for this cheap company. Booking through make my trip is far safer than booking through musafir for ₹500 less.
                                      Don't fall a prey to their cheap tricks.
