When i was entered into the muthoot fin corp diamond park branch one fellow was entered to deal with me... While the matter stood thus when i am expressing my doubt he replied arrogantly and unnecessarily arguing with me for stupid issue...in my receipt show that there is not nessesry of my identity card but that arrogant fellow named prajesh... He doesn't know how to interact and atleast how to speak with others you should maintain some dignity... Or otherwise u will be put to irreparable loss

    I had taken bike loan and paid all my balance amount. It's been 24 months or so that I settled and paid the amount, as of now am still waiting to get my NOC letter along with my bank cheques and bike key. I been to your office many times but everytime i hear that I should wait for some more time. Am possessing politely to finish this issue sooner, so required same support from you. Looking forward to hear from you soon.

      Myself joti yadav i had joined the company (Muthoot finance ltd) in aug 6 2018 and worked there till 6 march 2019, and
      I had reigned from the company muthoot finance ltd due to my pregnancy, mentally pressure.
      But the company did not respond or communicate to the mail or massages for my document which is submitted to company.
      One of senior employee of (Muthoot finance ltd) has called and saying you will submit 2 month salary to muthoot finance ltd.
      Really it is not expectation from the company. If i am not well and can not continue of my job. How he will asking for payment.
      Apart from. They should release my submitted documents. I have trying to talk to the hr of the company for the last 1 month but there is no response from her or
      The company hr-they do not receive my phone. Today after repeated calls, i have required my document in future.

      Could you please suggest a way out.

        I m an ex employee of muthoot finance and also a customer of madhyamgram branch (Kolkata). My earring on which loan was taken, was found broken and one of the push of my earring is lost. Branch manager promised me that he will repair the earring and make a new push for the lost pair. Till date branch manager did not do anything. I complained to reguo al manager but branch manager is not bothered. I hope complain to corporate, some action will be taken.

Today I called the branch to know about the procedure for releases my ornaments but they deny to release. Sir/ mam as I have to attend a program I need my ornaments back. Kindly look into the matter.

          I didn't get any information, After submitting my Joint Declaration form on 30 Nov 2018...regarding a name change...its been near to 1 year
          Now, I would like to know the status my pf correction...

              Inspite of heavy interest also we used to pledge our jewel regularly but pn pudur branch people showing attitude and wantedly maked me wait very long time for 50 thousand gold loan waited for 2hrs, one lady asked when it is taking this much time they are saying to go for some other office seriously i will ask my friends to go for government banks wont recommend pn pudur muthoot worst experience pudur people one day will teach muthoot staff a good leason

                  Upi payments done through pnb. Amount debited but not credited to muthoot. When complaint to pnb they said transactions is successful but muthoot says no amount received amount debited 2 times 4741.88 each. Attached the upi transactions numbers. Both the transactions done on 4/02/2019. Through muthoot online payment system. So please take an action regarding these transactions and my refunds.

                    Hi,
                    I had taken a gold loan of 3lakhs from muthooth chandra layout branch, the manager there said they don't have any payment for partial payment if we are doing it same day.
                    When i made 2l and 1l partial payment within 5 mins due my bank constraint, they took partial payment for whole amount and intrest. On top of it stamp duty amount is also included in principal amount.
                    When i asked clarity on this manager responded very filthy and bad and he dint respect elder people who were there.
                    When i asked for his visiting card he mentioned no muthoot manager will have visiting card and he refused to share his number and id.
                    Is this the customer representative what muthooth has in there organization???
                    I would like organization to take action on such un educated manager who come without knowing how to respond to customer

                          I contacted Muthoot for the current rate of GBP. I want to exchange my GBP into rupees.
                          On 4 Feb 2019, (time 6:00 PM) a guy named Deepak (phone number- [protected]) has debited 999rs from my SBI account. He provided the address 1st floor, Madhusudan complex, Ashoka chowk Haryana Rohtak.

                          He asked my account details and asked me to link my bank details with Muthoot finance for direct transfer of my money.

                            I had gold loan with muthoot finance paravoor kavala branch. Yested i am visited on that branch for closing that gold loan. I am trying to pay that amount 13765rs through i muthoot aplication and payment not success but payment diducted my fedaral bank account i lost that money. Then contacted both of customer care mean bank and muthoot till now i didnt get that money return. I need to my money return back you are the responsible person lost my money.

I resigned from muthoot in 2013 and my releiving date was 23.08.2013. I would like to bring to your notice that till now i have not received my settlement amount from the organisation which was one month salary and leave encashment which was around 18000.                                 Yesterday, i have paid rs: 20839.88 through muthoot webpayment, however the payment was not credited into my loan account. But amount deducted from my account. I have been trying to call to the customer care but not able to reach. I need that amount to be credited back to my account. If that is not happening with in two days, i am going to take legal action against muthoot....
