Hi, my name is dipali s chawan. Gold loan is on my name. I have paid to muthoot 4000 online on 07.02.2018 against my gold loan. I got message from muthoot that transaction is failed but amount is deducted from my account. Its almost 40 min. Pass but i have not received my amount back. Kindly resolved it on very urgent basis.

On 4 Feb 2019, (time 6:00 PM) a guy named Deepak (phone number- [protected]) has debited 999rs from my SBI account. He provided the address 1st floor, Madhusudan complex, Ashoka chowk Haryana Rohtak.

He asked my account details and asked me to link my bank details with Muthoot finance for direct transfer of my money.

I had gold loan with muthoot finance paravoor kavala branch. Yested i am visited on that branch for closing that gold loan. I am trying to pay that amount 13765rs through i muthoot aplication and payment not success but payment diducted my fedaral bank account i lost that money. Yesterday, i have paid rs: 20839.88 through muthoot webpayment, however the payment was not credited into my loan account. But amount deducted from my account. I have been trying to call to the customer care but not able to reach. I need that amount to be credited back to my account. If that is not happening with in two days, i am going to take legal action against muthoot....

I have taken gold loan from branch g. T road khanna, ludhiana, punjab. Which i have been cutting for several days from branch to shutdown but manager yudhveer singh didn't give me any satisfaction or stopped the loan. He misbehaved me. My brother nagender chaudhary s/o sh. Nasib singh when lived in delhi they took a gold loan from paschim vihar new delhi branch. He took on that time a amount near about 2 lakh. I was loan get from muthoot in kalugumalai branch from 05/04/2016. I paid all due amounts till last due.. My loan closed by last due at june 2018.
But not return my rc book, noc..
I am go to this branch for many times and not responding the manager about my rc book. Kalugumalai muthoot cheat me by staffs irregular response to customer.

I took a gold loan from muthoot fincorp (Ramesh nagar new delhi-110015 branch) in 2014-15 the problem started when i went back to repay my loan and get my gold back on 23rd oct 2018. Manager - nitin bajpayee

They cheated and conned me. There were 4 different packets out of which one should have included bangles (40.5gm) chain (34.5 gms) ring (3.9 gms) necklace (19.9gms) the packet that dint have bangles...

It has worst reviews and worst service and worst work culture i[censored] do so then its only your responsibility. They show you like they are the only one in the market and without them no industries will run but its all myth... Don't get affected...
