Muthoot fincorp ltd is main moto is charged too much of interest rate from customer. Muthoot fincorp showing advertising that providing 1%interest rate of gold loan but in reality they charged 1.5 to 3% interest rate per month.. Customer i[censored] want pledge the ornament plz visit bank they providing gold loan interest 0.35% to 0.75% per month.

My father has taken the mortgage loan from muthoot finance. We paid the loan emi regularly. I forgot to transfer money to my father account before 10 feb 2018 and after 3days i paid the emi and penalty of 1692. I am the regular payee of the loan emi. It was just one penalty and how they can charge 1692 rs and on what basis? What is the interest rate for charging such high?

I asked loan amount for two years...but I received loan for 3years...iam complaint to Ur agent and Palakkad office manager ...he said he will rectified...
My first loan amount was paid...then somany times I complaint to the agent his name Suresh... nemmara branch
The agent said he will rectified and second month amount will be changed to 2year...
But still my loan amount not changed
Now he is not ricieving my callsbr...

Manager attend call and told to me i am not able to solve your problem you called my employ no. They will be handle your problem. After then he cut my call then i again called up and employ was attend the call but he put on hold and talking another person

I have made an online payment rs 30000/- to muthoot finance ltd on jan 21st, 2018 (Time 08:53 am) through debit card via paynimo gateway. The amount was debited from my hdfc account, but the the transaction got failed.

I got another sms that my amount was deducted from bank and fwd to paynimo mutual funds mumbai".

Kindly take necessary action and refund my amount asap....

This is to make into ur notice that some of my gold which has been taken by fraud from one of my known person is their on muthoot finance, now the person is in abroad and will never come back but i want to have my belonging with me. Is their any way out to get my gold back from muthoot finance. Looking forward for a positive response

Mujhe muthooth homefin ke staff dwara preshan kiya ja rha h mera loan a/c no.[protected] coustomer i. D. No.[protected] hai mujhe 1 mahine k kha ja rha hai ki apka cheque 5 din m aa jayega mumbai se aat a hai jbki aaj 25 din ho gye hai lekin mujhe abhi tk koi amount nai mili hai mere ghar k orignal document company ne jma kr li hai lekin money kuch nai diya gya hai aur haan jma ki gyi cheque m se ek cheque mere account se 1 installment...

The branch manager is not guiding the customers properly while customers want to repay the gold loan and take the ornaments/ gold back by the customer. Due to improper information provided by the branch manager, customers are irritated by visiting the branch so many times for a single job/ need. I don't no how this organization made him as bm. If any customer visiting the branch for certain job, that branch manager should responsible to provide...

I have jewel loan in your manhoot finance redhills branch. I didn't get any sms alert from your side. Today i gone to your branch to pay interest. But your staff is not responded well so asking the details your staff is harassed me in official language. So i escalated to manager he is supporting to the his team only and i told i want to give complaint against the executive he is not willing to the complaint and he also harassed...

On 13th dec i have used my debit for online payment of rs.1106. It was showing payment error. But after some time i got msgs regarding amount debited for 1106 rs. I asked the concern person but didnt got any money.. Now 5 days has been completed still i didnt got any money.. Please...

On 15.12.2017 i have visited their branch in to renew my gold loan account after i got a phone call from their office. Also there was a message also from them for payment of rs.1202/-. But the staff in the branch told me to come tomorrow since they are busy, i have requested them to renew my account on that day itself. They have renewed the account and gave me a letter for renewal. They have collected rs.1850/- in cash and gave me a manual...

In the muthoot branch budhlada closing of gold loan is very difficult task because internet speed in the branch i very slow
When peoples are visit muthoot finanace budhlada branch budhlada their staff members say that we are unable to close loan because of internet problem. But when peoples go to take new gold loan then they make new loan very fast but they
Dont close gold loan easily....

Hi sir / mam. This is complaint is regards to the payment which tried to do yesterday which didn't go through.
I have tried to pay my gold loan interest and some extra amount towards my loan. The amount has already deducted from my account and it shows the transaction failed.

Mrs. Jeyalatha w/o mr. Thiyagaraj has applied a women loan at your muthoot fincorp, srivaikundam branch, tuticorin branch, tamilndu. The loan was sanctioned but she could not received the amount due to her silent account in iob sattankulam branch [protected]. She had paid 2 instalments till now each ₹1820. Now her bank account which said above was renewed....

Today i am in emergency. My father in hospital. Recover 40 thousand rupees. I went for muthoot finance, begur road, bengaluru. One month before i change my house in bommanahalli. But people or not expecting our feeling. He's telling go to electronic city or bellenthur branch visit. This not a correct. I have local address also. Never visit to our branch...
