Sir i taken honda active from your muthhot finance company at tumkur branch in 2017 jan i am paying emi some time it will be late also i am asking sorry for that also. Now a days your emi collection boys are calling in the early morning at 8 o clock also it's real disturbing, i asked them to why you are calling in the early morning but they are telling company directed to us can call in as early as possible in at 6 o'clock alsoto us. So please could you clarifye the timings please if it's the right time or not. Please is waiting for your kind feedback.

I had done two payments of 2043 & 2049 (Including charges) on muthoot finance byonline through paynimo on 29/3/2018, transaction was failure and they had shown amount will be credited within 2 working days. Sbi had sent the confirmation message about the debit., muthoot didnt give any intimation about payment till now but till today evening amount is not credited. Please do the need as soon. My elder brother has taken a loan of rs. 11, 64, 058 from muthoot housing finance. When he is taking loan facility from muthoot, there representative has promised us that insurance amount will be less than 40000. After a long delay time we got a bond of insurance policy from your side of rs 151196. If i say simply, the policy premium is 13 % of total loan sanction.
It’s a wrong commitment with my elder brother. When we call your customer care, they did not give proper response. I want to return my policy and refund my amount as soon as possible. My brother is not highly educated and financial strong. So that please do needful very soon.
He is getting mentally and financial stress.

Its a major concern about the muthoot finance service i have 8 nos of gold loan accounts in your reliable city mall ghaziabad up 201012 branch i have not shared the complete auction details of my gold loan and how many of the accounts have been left out from the auction till date also how many of my gold loan accounts is been lined up for auction. By the branch manager mrs. Nishi i am not at tall been satisfied with her dealing as she make false statements and try to manipulated the customer when ever we asked for the details of our gold loan accounts put all the things to head office of muthoot finance which is been based in kerala there phone numbers are also not in working we cant contact them no email ids of senior authority to contact and not been sharing details is a big concern for me as a customer for such long time.
Kindly provide me the complete details of above query on urgent basis.

The staff behaviour at this branch of muthoot finance kancherpalem vizag andhra pradesh branch india 530004 is not at all good the lady staff is so arrogant and rude.. Un cultivated fellows. Do not have minimum customer concern relationship standards.. Take an action as soon as possible. Or else we are gonna make it viral. The staff are harsh and rude.in case of any queries also she responds in an harsh manner. I want her to be expelled out of the work or be punished in some or the other manner.. Ask the staff to inculcate in them minimum courtesy and humbleness towards the customers.

as im one of the customer of muthoot finance. today i went to muthoot office morning 10 clock. i meet muthoot employer and give my gold loan card. he sayed without checking to ask my wife so many questions. then he sayed wait but i wait 20 minutes again i go and ask him then he say again wait. after that he say your account locked you come tomorrow or after 1 hour. i go home and come again. i give my loan card and pay loan amount. after that they are delayed 2 hours. after received my swells. i ask feedback form. they are told no feedback form. i ask question they are told lock of employees and year end.

Dear sir,

I have received dividend warrent of rs. 350/- by your esteemed organisation in favour of jatin jamgaonkar. I had deposited same into my bank of maharashtra bank account no having [protected]. Same bank ifsc code is mahb0000024. Bank of maharashtra presenting dividend warrent with icici bank through clearing, but icici bank returned same warrent having reason as effects not clear. My presenting bank had charged penalty as equal to the dividand warrent amount.

Please issue me fresh dividend warrent including bank penalty charges to my registered address as early as possible.

I have attached dividend warrent copy or bank memo for your information.

My friend's note on how she got treated by western union out llet which work in a muthoot group office in gurgaon.

Dear all, i am seriously distressed by the descrimination i had to face today over the fact i am a christian.
I was at a western union outlet to pick up a transfer that was sent to me by my friend from dubai. After filling out the forms and providing them with the necessary ids they asked me what my religion was? I was confused and asked them why did they need to know that. They said sender is a hindu and your name suggests you are christian and we can't give you the money in cash. Only a hindu and hindu can receive cash payments anything and no muslims or christians can receive from a hindu.
I have received many transfers from the same person at other branches and never faced this issue.
The teller said it was a not a western union rule.. But a made up rule by the branch mananger ms minakshi pahwa.
I left without gettin my cash.
I need immediate advise and help in dealing with this.
Im super proud of my south indian brahmin background and dont need to mention this to "hindutva diseased minds" that! Or be ashamed of the fact im a christian and have muslim and hindu friends!
This feels like the beginning of a new nazi era...! This cannot happen!

Where our society is heading. Is this the plural society we were so much boosting up. Reality is different. A hindu only can receive western union money send by a hindu and also applicable to all other religion. No interreligious transfer allowed. Where in the world you can here it. It can happen in our country. This people has to be brought infront of law.

This is about dav yamuna nagar brach, haryana. This brach never operate accuratley. Theres always issues like server down, isues electricity fealure. But what customer do in such cases this is my 10th time m hearing the same issue from this branch.
Please help staff is really non-supporting.
Making always false issues like systems not eorking they just make customer suffer. I am waiting here from last 1 hr. But still no resolution had done.

After completing the loan they have not provided the RC book which is very worst thing

I have taken a gold loan from muthoot fincorp in april at that time the time period was for 1 year.in july i went to the branch and informed them that i am going out of the country, so i will take the same. Without my confirmation, they sent it for auction. And the biggest dialogue which they said is not satisfied. On behalf of me, someone went there to take back my gold at 11:30 and they said they were waiting to 11:00 am. But the day before...

I got money from saudi via western union.
I visited muthoot fincorp, muvattupuzha branch.
Today morning i received 27278.
Afternoon i got 7000/- also. But they are not ready to give the money in second time.
Saying that proof (Driving licence) is not enough.
If that is not enough why i got 27k in morning...
They are making at me.
I should have to get explanation about this

Muthoot fincorp ltd is main moto is charged too much of interest rate from customer. Muthoot fincorp showing advertising that providing 1%interest rate of gold loan but in reality they charged 1.5 to 3% interest rate per month.. Customer i[censored] want pledge the ornament plz visit bank they providing gold loan interest 0.35% to 0.75% per month.
I’m a former employee of muthoot fincorp there is no proper hrms policy. Company holding employee salary during the notice period and have fight and get the salary.
Regional manager (Prawin. Kp regional manager coimbatore main) have no leadership quality always blaming their subordinate he contemplating that he knew everything but fact is he don’t know anything. Guys plz don’t spoil your career working in muthoot fincorp ltd

My father has taken the mortgage loan from muthoot finance. We paid the loan emi regularly. I forgot to transfer money to my father account before 10 feb 2018 and after 3days i paid the emi and penalty of 1692. I am the regular payee of the loan emi. It was just one penalty and how they can charge 1692 rs and on what basis? What is the interest rate for charging such high?

Mr. Lalit kumar and his sales team member from nagpur branch doesn't know how to behave with the customer and how to talk with them. Why you open such facility if you are not clear about the penalty due to the customers.

I want my penalty refund or adjust the loan amount itself. Those who are willing to take the loan from muthoot please keep in mind don't take the loan from them they are not helpful moreover they charge more.

Hello sir.. I want to complaint about muthoot fincorp limited patiala (Punjab). My name is devinder luthra from patiala punjab.. I work at patiala herat institute as marketing head. I had taken gold loan dated 18/7/2017. For 6 months from your branch code is 1530. My gold loan no. Is f5554. Where i met with mr. Dharminder who is your senior executive of that branch. And also megha sehgal who is branch manager.. We got gold loan from them.. But after few months mr. Dharminder and megha sehgal gave our gold loan information and slip of few months details to third person.. Third person is our relative. But i didn't know about third person's visit in muthoot fincorp branch..
Tell me sir how could your employees have our gold loan information gave to our relative. Without our permission..??
When i got about all this process i visited your branch.. But mr. Dharminder and megha sehgal misbehave with me.. They said we can give ur information to third person without your permission..
Please sir take initiative action to branch manager megha sehgal and dharminder.. They effect very bad impression about muthoot fincorp limited.. I also told all matter to coustomer who were sitting there at that time... I am very angry and surprised to know this how can muthoot's employees do this.

I asked loan amount for two years...but I received loan for 3years...iam complaint to Ur agent and Palakkad office manager ...he said he will rectified...
My first loan amount was paid...then somany times I complaint to the agent his name Suresh... nemmara branch
The agent said he will rectified and second month amount will be changed to 2year...
But still my loan amount not changed
Now he is not ricieving my calls

What I do????????
