I have worked as bic at u r organization from 07/10/2011 to 06/04/2017, due to my mother health i resigned my job on 3rdmar17 and served notice for 26 days till now rhr not settled my reliving and f settlement, and employee status shows active in hrms. So pf claim also pending. Kindly look into this and do the needful.

Hi,
I made a payment to release my gold on september 21, 2017 to muthoot finance through their online portal. The payment was successful.in spite of payment being recognized and my loan account showing the same, the branch manager of muthoot finance mathikere branch is not releasing my gold. I have been running around for the past 5 days for this but am still being put through severe hassles by the branch.
I had a very important family function for which i needed the gold. However, not only did the branch manager not release my jewels and harass me, but now my family had to miss this function as we couldn't go properly. I have been put through a lot of stress by the finance company.
Please please help me.

Want to complaint against them. My husband's gold loan account was two months earlier and they didnot auction that one whereas without notifying me they did that auction on my two accounts on 9th september, 2017. Why is this so??? If thats the case, then why muthoot send me the text of last chance to save the auction on my mlbile on 11th september around 22pm??? Please check, the very next day 12th september i sent mail to muthoot and contacted mr sadananda... Well, i need my ornaments back... Whatever the interest dues and the two loan amounts all i will clear... But i need my ornaments back. Who has given that right to auction my ornaments on 9th september and thereafter sending me texts on 11th september saying last chance to pay and save my gold???

I need justice and proper resolution. That's why i am informing this to consumerforum now and also thinking to lodge a complaint against them and proceed legally onwards...

Make it clear, i can clear the dues and main loan amounts.. But why the auction has been done without notifying me??

Pissed off with the company,, had a big fight at home because of muthoot.. Despite of paying all the interests on time, they sent a notice for not paying interest & ignoring reminders.
Frustrating, no one can help customers, do not trust on the matter i[censored] r not telling anyone & applying for a loan from these people. They can unfold ur secrets anytime.

Hi team. I have made my monthly interest payment of rs1000 by using epay service of muthoot on 07th of september against my gold loan no-f32970 but transaction failed (T id - mpt-at-300456) subsequently i called customer care and raised a complaint (Complaint no is gl[protected] but no action so far on this complaint. Its been a more than week.

Please sort this out asap!!!

They are not accepted my gold loan closing amount... There bhayander west branch manager makes an aarguements with me.. Whene i went to close the loan. I called them in afternoon.. And sent to my person with all closing amount. And i reached to branch at 5.30pm but they had not accepted amount.. And maked me lot off an aarguements... I am not satisfied with service.. Kindly take an action...

I am dealing with past approx. 8 months with your branch gold pledge and i referred many of them about the gold loan.
Today evening (09.09. 2017), i went to office i want to pay the full payment with interest amount 34887rs.and i paid every month interest your branch without delay,
But muthoot staff branch manager name is Prithvi Raj is misbehaving and abused use of language, please my complaint register book in the office, to identify who is made the mistake and provide the customer care numbers to solve the problems in future.

I have taken a gold loan 2 years back from mahim mumbai today was the last emi payment to be done ie 7708, but as per your ledger of mahim branch it is showing to be paid 8615/- and when they have made a receipt to pay it showed me 8749/-

As per my loan clearance i have made payment every month on or before time with penalty no while closing they are charging me at around 1047/- more

Mahim branch people are not helping me to close this and i am applicable to be pay only 7708/- how can i pay extra charge that is around 1000/- approximately difference.

Still to close my emi i have paid 8615/- and expecting a refund of amount 907 from muthoot finance

So kindly arrange to close this issue asap today dated[protected]

Sir i have applied for pan card but its approved this is said by muthoot branch hospet. I have searched in uti pan status but. When i submitted my coupan number its showing me. Not founded.
What is this if my pan application approved y not showing in uti status.

Im here for last 2 hrs. But no one is responding.. Bank manager is busy with his personal phone for last 1 hrs.. Employees are making fun.. I hear to make my full payment of my loan. But their pathetic response.. I ask again and again.. But they saying please wait sir is busy.. I don't what a bank manager doing on phone for last 1 hr. Thank you for pathetic service.. Lots of bank is to give gold loan..

The customer care executive who called up to remind about the due for the vehicle was rude and she said this " you know to ride bike why don't you know to pay the due ", you have the rights to say that it's overdue and no rights to pass a comment on the customer.. Very bad experience! Will never take any services from you or your company ! I can pay the entire due in one go, it's your duty to remind us and not comment on us ! If you are so much hesitant in talking polite then you shouldn't be in this filed... We have thousand things going on in life and this is something small which we have forgotten and you can remind... But this is not right way !

I had a loan with muthoot finance from the branch of chennai-mgr nagar branch (Bracn code 2601) my loan account number is-2601 msl 5540.
I am dealing with past 5 years with your branch gold pledge and i referred many of them about the gold loan.
Yesterday evening (28.08.2017), i went to office i want to pay the interest amount of rs. 385 principle loan amount of 21900 and i paid every month interest your branch without delay,
But muthoot company staff said to me up to today (28.07.2017) itself have to pay rs. 385 interest but i want close the loan account suddenly the staff he is telling it will come additional interest for extra one day and whatever system reflects only you have to pay the amount (Rs.22, 298 but actual amount (21900+385) is rs.22, 285) otherwise we cannot do anything and he don’t know the calculation and how to speak to the customer, and this is our company systems that total amount of money is rs.22, 298 they are collected me. This is not the right rule to earn some additional amount of interest money from customer, and they are telling simply system shows this amount only whatever this is not good systematic to handle the customer, and i have one more loan also its comes also the same problem and now they are asking me to pay extra money (Interest of money). The loan account number is 2601msl 5539 and please provide the complaint register book in the office, to identify who is made the mistake and provide the customer care numbers to solve the problems in future.

I already make all my outstanding monthly payment up to july 2017 with late fee & what ever the mentioned figure excluding the installment amount rs.2736/-. Now i have only one installment remaining but again they ask to pay sum of rs.6215/- (Including fine). I am a normal person i don't know if this complaint helping me or not. The main reason for complain none of their branch provide the exact details of payment (Ledger), even i repeatedly request the same in their muthoot fin corp, valakom branch. Moreover i am one of them customer, if i ask for ledger they only treat like beggar.in their web site & branch system shows different outstanding amount that's why am asking for ledger. Why they are not notice the fine amount during the monthly payment, even i paid the basic amount + late fee also.

If the outstanding amount is genuine then i will pay accordingly for getting my documents.
Your kind consideration in this regard is highly appreciated.

My father has taken bike loan and in bijapur branch muthoot office they have told all ur installment has paid and taken registration copy to apply for noc in july2017.. But again in august 2017 yesterday got call that still one installment is pending..in branch office they said all installment are over.. But cmpny makin call that still installment is pending.. Why this irresponsible work.. Why you people makin aged people fool.. We r totally disappointed by ur service and if this continues will go extra step for this.. Total wrong and irresponsible work by branch bijapur station...

Maine majboori mai apni chain muthoot finance mai rakhi thi or maine uska time se paisa bhi diya lekin muthoot finance ne mujhe btaya nahi ki ab month ki kisht 30 din mai deni hogi or aaj jab mai unke pass apni month ki kisht jmaa krane gya hu toh unhone mujhe btaya hai ki policy change hi gayi hai or mujhse jyada paisa wasul rhe hai. Toh mera apse nivedan hai meri complaint ko suna jaye.

After so many requests by the the muthoot finance company officials, i owned kanakavrishty gold coin scheme from the company in march, 2016.in which i had to pay 11 monthly instalments @ rs. 2000/- per month and rs. 1000/- as 1/2 of the 12th instalment, means i had to pay rs. 23000/- for this scheme. 1/2 instalment was to be paid by the company. As per terms of the scheme, the company was to provide me gold coin or gold of rs. 24000/-. It is very painful to state that after maturity of this scheme in march 2017, the company had to pay me a gold coin of 8 gms. At the market rate of rs. 2950/- per gm., accordingly, the market price of 8 gms. Coin was rs. 23600/-. The market price of 8 gms. Gold coin was rs. 24100 to rs. 24300 (Including vat & halmarking charges etc.) but the muthoot finance charges rs. 26038/- inclusive the vat & other charges which was about 1850/- over and above the market price. I resisted about the overcharging of rs.[protected] by the company officials, but the company officials insisted on the charging of rs. 26038/- and issued a cash memo of rs. 26038/- to me on 18/03/2017.
The muthoot finance company is clearly cheating the consumers in the name of false schemes. All the terms are not explained to the customers. Such overcharging is clearly a cheating and fraud with the customers. It is request to kindly take up the matter with the top company officials to save the poor customers from such fraud schemes being run by the muthoot finance. I shall be very thankful to you.

I have already paid all amount and all emi delays bcoz of your lazy staff. No one ready to come to pick up emi and no others option was available to pay emi. So kindly look into the matter and even many times i paid cheques in advance but no cheques claimed in banks and even i offered ecs options but nor your executive comes and give any other options to pay emi. No customer have all the time to go branches to pay. Pls do the needful.

I close my home loan 4th july 2017 and your executive already told that original saledeed will providing within 25 days, but till my saledeed is not received.
Daily your customer care executive said thay will give me saledeed in two days.

Kindly give me some clarification why till not received my saledeed

I took a loan from muthoot finance the branch of c-1 chanakya place janakpuri 110059.
Yesterday i submit the interest of 500. It was the last date of submit.
But they said to me that whoever register that account that only can submit that amount of money. This is not the right rule to earn some amount of money from customer.
Actually now they are asking me to pay extra money (Interest of money).
When i reached yesterday to submit the interest amount they told me that bring back the register person who register this account.
This is not rule of any company.
This is way of muthoot finace c1 janakpuri branch to earn extra money from customer. This is how they charged from customer.

This situation also happens earlier before so enough is enough that is why i complaining about of muthoot finance company.

This is yadvendra bhardwaj from jaipur rajasthan. I didn't get any loan frm this muthood but however i am getting loan interest related sms which means i will pay. For to resolve this problem i already concern related branch nd also speak with branch manager but they are using misbehave. Yesterday i also visited r. O office which is placed at m. I road but they don't have any resolution. Their exucative using abuse to me. This fraud is going in that johari bazar branch. I think branch manager virendra nd all staff involved these type of fraud. Due to this fraud muthood also lossing his brandvalue. Why my no. Was updated nd why they are using this type of fraud. I want company should to take an ligal action otherwise i will see to media with this concern.
