I took 3 lac gold loan on feb 2/17 and again took 2lac gold loan on april15

When i am closing loan on this may 30. They are asking interest 32000.

I approached ombudsman regarding this. I need to know your oinion.

I calculated interest many ways, but i am not getting how this much comes. Branch kozhikode, eranhipalam.

Name of customer noushida.
Staff of br1022 informed while getting loan that repayment can be maid via net banking, only rs1000 approx you have to submit in branch while getting the the item returned in the same day, but the branch manager of barrackpore refused to deliver the ornements today and made me harrassed for the same. So please trained your staff accordingly.

    I tried paying interest through muthoot app n no of times couldn't get through so visited andheri east branch mumbai. Here the receptionist is so casual and not ready to help at all also i spoke to the branch manager he was more laid back than her... Server ka ham kya bol sakte hai ham ko kya malum is what they are replying. Does muthoot train their employees or they just know how to count money?? Whom do i ask for help? One of the most undertrained and unprofessional staff i have ever met

      The branch manager of MUTHOOT FINANCE LTD - #2267 No.9Old No. 345 9th Cross, J P Nagar 1st Phase, BANGALORE URBAN has been misbehaved me very badly and while i tried to release my gold loan with recipt he refused it as it was pledged on my husbands name. i tried to convince him with full proof and through my husband number, he was not ready to hear him over phone without an authourization letter. i requsted him as i booked ticket to my native i want to start tonight with the pledged gold, he was refusing and using abusive words to me.. kindly request to take necessary action against him...
      I have applied my father pan card for muthoot pan service on 7 April in 2017 but till date pan card couldn't despatch but when i apply muthoot fellow person told me nearly 30 to 40 days definetly despatch are completed but now 50 days completed pan card dose not despatch so please take action to provide pan card.

          I joined muthoot finance ltd on december 2016 and they terminated me on may 2017 without telling any reason. I was working as a customer care executive in the company. The new terms and condition include immediate termination without giving any notice and the also provide compensatory salary. My sales was good they are even not able to explain me the reason when i visited corporate office of muthoot finance delhi and do not let me to meet senior person.
          Its create an immediate effect on my family too..
          Atleast one month of notice period should be mentioned in the contract in place of immediate termination and also reason of termination should be provided.
          I request not to join without reading the full contract of muthoot because terms and conditions are so poor.

            My Gold loan number is 1138 taken through Ashok Vihar, Delhi branch of Muthoot Finance. I was today trying to make the payment for monthly dues through net and was surprised to find that the company was charging a sum of Rs. 25/= plus ST on a sum of Rs. 2003/=. This is highly reprehensible considering that the government wants people to adopt cash less transactions to the maximum possible extent and Muthoot Finance by charging money on online payments is working against govt. guidelines.

            Request the company will change its policies in line with the government thinking and directives.

                  After so many requests by the the muthoot finance company officials, i owned kanakavrishty gold coin scheme from the company in march, 2016.in which i had to pay 11 monthly instalments @ rs. 2000/- per month and rs. 1000/- as 1/2 of the 12th instalment, means i had to pay rs. 23000/- for this scheme. 1/2 instalment was to be paid by the company. As per terms of the scheme, the company was to provide me gold coin or gold of rs. 24000/-. It is very painful to state that after maturity of this scheme in march 2017, the company had to pay me a gold coin of 8 gms. At the market rate of rs. 2950/- per gm., accordingly, the market price of 8 gms. Coin was rs. 23600/-. The market price of 8 gms. Gold coin was rs. 24100 to rs. 24300 (Including vat & halmarking charges etc.) but the muthoot finance charges rs. 26038/- inclusive the vat & other charges which was about 1850/- over and above the market price. I resisted about the overcharging of rs.[protected] by the company officials, but the company officials insisted on the charging of rs. 26038/- and issued a cash memo of rs. 26038/- to me on 18/03/2017.
                  The muthoot finance company is clearly cheating the consumers in the name of false schemes. All the terms are not explained to the customers. Such overcharging is clearly a cheating and fraud with the customers. It is request to kindly take up the matter with the top company officials to save the poor customers from such fraud schemes being run by the muthoot finance.

                  After so many requests by the THE MUTHOOT FINANCE COMPANY officials, I owned KANAKAVRISHTY GOLD COIN SCHEME from the Company in March, 2016.                   Nothing to say about this fraud muthoot company. The same happened for me. The name of saving plan, but "robbery plan". Waste of money and time, energy everything.
                  I m surprised and shocked... No one is rwadh to hear the grievance of customer... Neither the company officials nor the consumer forums... The company is looting.. Looting... And looting.. The customers..

Whereas cancelled abovesaid amount has not been credited in my account till now.

                      i paid amount on 18th march with i muthoot app 14816/- and 7016/-, but your team said 1st payment not receive, at the time i need gold. so i repayment at same day that will credit, and take my gold. your team said failed payment will credit with in 10 days. but 20 days completed but sill not credit amount in my bank. your kerala team said i will refund on 3rd april. but still not credited. please do the needful.
                      we dont have any conformation message or mail. your team is helpless.

                      iam waiting for my amount. other wise i will go to complaint & upload this issue in social media... today 29th day...

                        There was a gold scheme which they forced us to buy and promising they will provide 10g of gold they took all 7 months premium together later we were not able to pay the amount and after 6 months when we went to them they are saying shceme is closed and we will not be able to pay any money. This is biggest cheating at least they can return the amount we paid but they are not paying that also .I request u to provide a justice on this.

                          I was in the Kalka Shatabdi on 7th April 2017. A bunch of your company staff travelling in my compartment were continually creating a ruckus. Laughing loudly, creating nuisance attracting attention and disturbing other passengers with their constant loud behaviour.

                          Since they were all carrying laptop bags of your company, it was very evident that they were from Muthoot Finance. Unfortunately, they portrayed a dismal picture of the code of conduct of the organisation they represented.

                          It's a pity that employees of an organisation of such repute display such unruly decorum.

                                I would like to share the bad experience I had with Muthoot Gold loan branch in Doveton Alwal, Secunderabad in Telangana State.

                                The staff are so irresponsible and treat the customers very badly. They are not aware of Goverment policies and trouble the customers to the core. Pathetic experience and would surely advise others never to avail their service.

                                If anyone is reading this complaint and really bother to improve the service, I would suggest to remove all the staff there and replace it with some good people.

                                Utterly abnoxious experience.

                                      Availed a Gold Loan form Muthooth Finance, Talab Tillo, Jammu branch in the month of Nav'2016 and while applying for the loan, I was informed that the rate of interest will be charged @ 14% and I have to pay the interest monthly ie: before 15th of every month. Right from that date i was paying the interest on time each month and that too before the due date (as communicated by the branch) but every time i was charged extra interest and when I started inquiring I was shocked to find that the actual Interest on the loan was 18% and than after 3 months 24% and than after another 3 months 26%.
                                      This was never communicated while availing the loan and when i started inquiring they started showing loan documents to me which were signed by me, but were never filled in front of me.
                                      This is totally unethical and Fraud and being a senior citizen I paid the total amount and closed the loan, but the kind of miscommunication and fraud done by the branch is totally unacceptable and would take this up to the highest level for solution. Even when i told the staff that i'm going to close the loan and paid the total amount, they were dragging the matter, kept on pushing and tried to postpone by asking me to come after 1-2 daye to get my Gold back.
                                      If, I don't get a satisfactory response for the Mothoot Group, i'm going to take this up to the consumer forum and Social Media.
