I have paid bill 20, 537/- rs through muthoot mobile app. Money is deducted from axis bank. But it doesnt effected in muthoot account. I reached axis bank and asked about transaction. They said transaction has successful please reach muthoot and given prn number[protected]. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

Please do it needfull.

Esaki complain maine maneger se ki... To o bhi us baat ko serious li nahi liya... Apaka naam bahot bada hai. Magar service itani ghatiya ki customer ko thik se service nhi de sakate. Apase acche kai finance hai jo first customer ko respect dete hai isape agar aap action nhi lenge to unki himmat aur badhegi aur o customer se aise hi ulti bate karenge..

I have 300 ncds of muthoot finance having code 1343muthfinc117 with maturity today 18.07.2017. My dp id is in[protected]. I have not yet received maturity value in my linked icici bank account.
I had recd mail from linkintime that payment will be made on maturity date of 18.07.2017. Rs 6 lacs are to be paid today through neft to my bank account. Regards. Madhuri singh

I rajendran my gold got auctioned without proper intimation i received only once with in the difference of 3 days they are telling that it has been auctioned as i came to know this when i went to pay my interest the staffs where not responding properly telling auctioned hoga and they didnot respond wen calling them pls do return my gold dont cheat people

My name is s irfan, i have taken the gold loan (Loan # i11106) from muthoot on 06/09/2016 of 1, 35, 000.00, however due to some family health conditions i could not able to pay the interest.

I have visited the mutooth office to release my gold on 07/11/2017 but office officials told me that gold has been put into auction, i was wondering without customer acknowledgement how mutooth can auction the gold. This is really concerning.

I can able to pay the complete outstanding amount when ever muthooh need but i request you to locate my gold and confirm.

I have been informed that muthoot office staff called me but i lost my phone but alternative number is active, no single message has been sent to alternative number ([protected])

Please find the attached screenshot for more details. I would request you to provide the update no later than tomorrow end of day 07/13/2017.

If this issue not resolved i will proceed legally.

Alas the amount deducted from my bank account but not credited to the finance company. You may please take necessary steps to credit it to the company or reverse it to my account without delay

I had requested Re-NOC of 2wheeler to Muthoot Alappuzha Kaithavana branch.Iam ready to pay the fine amount.But a staff(Sandhya S Nair), she is irresponssible and behave very badly.She is refused my request and Her managers request.She is relaxing there, I am not found she is not do any work.A staff like this, their attittude depends on your goodwill.

Dear team,

This is thulasidharan from kerala. This is regarding the loan account details which i need a proper details from your side which was not responded properly by the branch team.

Pls find the loan details below,

Last year in the month of feb the loan amount is not paid with in the date, so the cheque got bounce for the feb month. After that we paid a due amount with the penalty rs11323/ on 03-mar-16 in the kayankulam branch.
At the time i ask the branch manager (Shaji) to give a bill for the payment. They refused to give the bill for the payment. Then i asked the manger shaji to give a head office number to contact, but the manger shaji regret to give the details. After a week i received a message from branch that i paid an amount of 11323. Can i know why the branch team did not provide a bill to me on time?

On 24-mar-16 again i received a msg that the loan amount is not paid still now. I am getting a due messages now a days also. Can i know the reason why the message has been given regularly? We have tried through to make a call through my phone but they are not responding properly.

After a long long back i got one mobile number ie vishnu (Bm of kayankulam) i enquired the above details with vishnu, they told that the april month due is not paid on time so we put a penalty rs 500. So u need to pay rs 4500 to clear all the dues. I asked vishnu why i want to pay rs 4500. They replied to me the interest amount for the penalty rs 500 from 25-apr-16 to till now is rs 4500. I am not getting any messages at that time of cheque bounce. Why the penalty amount messages are not convey to me? I want a exact reason for the interest amount? Is the interest amount is around 70%?. Really i am disappointed with your company. Pls give me the proper reason for the interest amount.

I am a retired army man i pay a due amount through pension only i am not feeling well too. I can't able to go to branch for every time pls consider this request a very high priority and close this issues as soon as possible.

Pls take a proper action against the kayankulam branch head (Shaji) and team. Pls guide them how to behave to the customers.

Complaint is i m not getting how much is remaining loan amount.. These muthoot office tellin we r not responsible fr tat u go to anywher u dnt tell remain balance.. I took 3 lac gold loan on feb 2/17 and again took 2lac gold loan on april15

When i am closing loan on this may 30. They are asking interest 32000.

I approached ombudsman regarding this. I need to know your oinion.

I calculated interest many ways, but i am not getting how this much comes. Branch kozhikode, eranhipalam.

I tried paying interest through muthoot app n no of times couldn't get through so visited andheri east branch mumbai. Here the receptionist is so casual and not ready to help at all also i spoke to the branch manager he was more laid back than her... Server ka ham kya bol sakte hai ham ko kya malum is what they are replying. Does muthoot train their employees or they just know how to count money?? Whom do i ask for help? One of the most undertrained and unprofessional staff i have ever met

The branch manager of MUTHOOT FINANCE LTD - #2267 No.9Old No. 345 9th Cross, J P Nagar 1st Phase, BANGALORE URBAN has been misbehaved me very badly and while i tried to release my gold loan with recipt he refused it as it was pledged on my husbands name. i tried to convince him with full proof and through my husband number, he was not ready to hear him over phone without an authourization letter. i requsted him as i booked ticket to my native i want to start tonight with the pledged gold, he was refusing and using abusive words to me.. kindly request to take necessary action against him...

Today I went to your office to release my gold they tell me net was not working in the time of 5pm on[protected] at kurnool road, ongole.But your office timings is upto 5.30pm. I am completely dissatisfied with your staff working here you have to take seviour action otherwise i complaint to your higher authorities. please take action immediately.Reply to my complaint to my email address.

I joined muthoot finance ltd on december 2016 and they terminated me on may 2017 without telling any reason. I was working as a customer care executive in the company. The new terms and condition include immediate termination without giving any notice and the also provide compensatory salary. My sales was good they are even not able to explain me the reason when i visited corporate office of muthoot finance delhi and do not let me to meet senior person.
Its create an immediate effect on my family too..
Atleast one month of notice period should be mentioned in the contract in place of immediate termination and also reason of termination should be provided.
I request not to join without reading the full contract of muthoot because terms and conditions are so poor.

My Gold loan number is 1138 taken through Ashok Vihar, Delhi branch of Muthoot Finance. I was today trying to make the payment for monthly dues through net and was surprised to find that the company was charging a sum of Rs. 25/= plus ST on a sum of Rs. 2003/=. This is highly reprehensible considering that the government wants people to adopt cash less transactions to the maximum possible extent and Muthoot Finance by charging money on online payments is working against govt. guidelines.

Request the company will change its policies in line with the government thinking and directives.
