After so many requests by the the muthoot finance company officials, i owned kanakavrishty gold coin scheme from the company in march, 2016.in which i had to pay 11 monthly instalments @ rs. 2000/- per month and rs. 1000/- as 1/2 of the 12th instalment, means i had to pay rs. 23000/- for this scheme. 1/2 instalment was to be paid by the company. As per terms of the scheme, the company was to provide me gold coin or gold of rs. 24000/-. It is very painful to state that after maturity of this scheme in march 2017, the company had to pay me a gold coin of 8 gms. At the market rate of rs. 2950/- per gm., accordingly, the market price of 8 gms. Coin was rs. 23600/-. The market price of 8 gms. Gold coin was rs. 24100 to rs. 24300 (Including vat & halmarking charges etc.) but the muthoot finance charges rs. 26038/- inclusive the vat & other charges which was about 1850/- over and above the market price. I resisted about the overcharging of rs.[protected] by the company officials, but the company officials insisted on the charging of rs. 26038/- and issued a cash memo of rs. 26038/- to me on 18/03/2017.
The muthoot finance company is clearly cheating the consumers in the name of false schemes. All the terms are not explained to the customers. Such overcharging is clearly a cheating and fraud with the customers. It is request to kindly take up the matter with the top company officials to save the poor customers from such fraud schemes being run by the muthoot finance.

Sir, i neeraj kumar r/o # 463, sector-6, huda, panipat, haryana and i have made a payment through muthoot app on[protected] for my lone a/c no. 1594/ mbl/1343 for an amount of rs.10028.75 and amount has been deducted from my bank account and message shows that it is cancelled. Whereas cancelled abovesaid amount has not been credited in my account till now.
It is therefore requested to you that kindly solve my complait as soon as possible.

i paid amount on 18th march with i muthoot app 14816/- and 7016/-, but your team said 1st payment not receive, at the time i need gold. so i repayment at same day that will credit, and take my gold. your team said failed payment will credit with in 10 days. but 20 days completed but sill not credit amount in my bank. your kerala team said i will refund on 3rd april. but still not credited. please do the needful.
we dont have any conformation message or mail. your team is helpless.

iam waiting for my amount. other wise i will go to complaint & upload this issue in social media... today 29th day...

There was a gold scheme which they forced us to buy and promising they will provide 10g of gold they took all 7 months premium together later we were not able to pay the amount and after 6 months when we went to them they are saying shceme is closed and we will not be able to pay any money. This is biggest cheating at least they can return the amount we paid but they are not paying that also .I request u to provide a justice on this.

I was in the Kalka Shatabdi on 7th April 2017. A bunch of your company staff travelling in my compartment were continually creating a ruckus. Laughing loudly, creating nuisance attracting attention and disturbing other passengers with their constant loud behaviour.

Since they were all carrying laptop bags of your company, it was very evident that they were from Muthoot Finance. Unfortunately, they portrayed a dismal picture of the code of conduct of the organisation they represented.

It's a pity that employees of an organisation of such repute display such unruly decorum.

I availed gold loan from your branchThingal nager, branch code is 0358 my loan number is 0358/MAL/5466, i payed RS 21, 500 through on line payment on 19/04/2017 but still now the amount is not credited in the loan number and also the amount is not return in my bank account, so please sent the status of my payment early as possible

Hi,

I would like to share the bad experience I had with Muthoot Gold loan branch in Doveton Alwal, Secunderabad in Telangana State.

The staff are so irresponsible and treat the customers very badly. They are not aware of Goverment policies and trouble the customers to the core. Pathetic experience and would surely advise others never to avail their service.

If anyone is reading this complaint and really bother to improve the service, I would suggest to remove all the staff there and replace it with some good people.

Utterly abnoxious experience.

Availed a Gold Loan form Muthooth Finance, Talab Tillo, Jammu branch in the month of Nav'2016 and while applying for the loan, I was informed that the rate of interest will be charged @ 14% and I have to pay the interest monthly ie: before 15th of every month. Right from that date i was paying the interest on time each month and that too before the due date (as communicated by the branch) but every time i was charged extra interest and when I started inquiring I was shocked to find that the actual Interest on the loan was 18% and than after 3 months 24% and than after another 3 months 26%.
This was never communicated while availing the loan and when i started inquiring they started showing loan documents to me which were signed by me, but were never filled in front of me.
This is totally unethical and Fraud and being a senior citizen I paid the total amount and closed the loan, but the kind of miscommunication and fraud done by the branch is totally unacceptable and would take this up to the highest level for solution. Even when i told the staff that i'm going to close the loan and paid the total amount, they were dragging the matter, kept on pushing and tried to postpone by asking me to come after 1-2 daye to get my Gold back.
If, I don't get a satisfactory response for the Mothoot Group, i'm going to take this up to the consumer forum and Social Media.

I am using honda stunner (KL40 B 4518).I had order one muffler gard before one week from muthoot honda kattapana. they have no respose to informe me the status till now.and i go and make enquary about the delay the staf who working in spare misbehave me a lot.they are saying that the stunner was stoped from production and the company was not manufacturing the parts.i want to know that such a irresponsibilty honda will do to the coustumer that using the honda bykes.we are not such a a rich people that to change the byke upgrading ur model. so kindly do the necessary to get me the parts that i order. and give a traing for the staf for coustumer dealing.Because there was no coustumer u will became fall.mouth to mouth publicity was more strong than any publicity.

I paid the amount got deducted from my bank also got messages from both bank as well as muthoot about the transaction successful but in blue app it does not reflect.
How long will it take to show in the app. Or is there any other issue.

My father died recently and we paid all the amount towards loan. Now when we are asking to give gold back they are asking to get Notary, My mom, Proofs etc. Notary should be made in some particular format with two unknown persons signs. We asked to sent notary format in email as we are staying 80kms away from branch. The staff have very rude behavior and not even responding to calls. They are asking as it is your headache and that is our policy, if you want gold your wish or leave it. While taking gold no notary is asking, no one discuss about after death procedures. When it happens, they are trying to keep gold after repaying all amount and morely we need pay interest charges for their delay.

I purchased one bike from this finances ...but fortunately my payment is pending for one time .now the date is 11/02/2017.The manager behave me very very bad and abuses language.And they said to me they call me many time .but i saying no one call me ...never ever choice this bad fiance.please give a basic consideration to the customer

I am Rahul Kumar I took Muthoot gold loan from your company Branch Hanuman Nagar, Patna Bihar India. Your branch manager is not deposits cash of my loan he is saying My business will close and I lost my job to the who went for deposit the loan amount on behalf of me. Your branch manager is crazy. Now tell me who gone pay interest of my loan amount.
Please take action against him why his doing this. Muthoot company giving gold loan like this its very cheap service.
