I am using honda stunner (KL40 B 4518).I had order one muffler gard before one week from muthoot honda kattapana. they have no respose to informe me the status till now.and i go and make enquary about the delay the staf who working in spare misbehave me a lot.they are saying that the stunner was stoped from production and the company was not manufacturing the parts.i want to know that such a irresponsibilty honda will do to the coustumer that using the honda bykes.we are not such a a rich people that to change the byke upgrading ur model. so kindly do the necessary to get me the parts that i order. and give a traing for the staf for coustumer dealing.Because there was no coustumer u will became fall.mouth to mouth publicity was more strong than any publicity.

On 08-02-17 I have to pay 15000 amount to gold loan through online. All the details submitted for payment finally transaction error message occurred. Money deducted from my debit card till now money not received why? Please solve..I have paying by used debit card details. Why transaction failed? Actually every month I have paid interest through online. There is no problem. But this time amnt deducted. Please find the problem and solve as soon as possible.. I have worried about..

My father died recently and we paid all the amount towards loan. Now when we are asking to give gold back they are asking to get Notary, My mom, Proofs etc. Notary should be made in some particular format with two unknown persons signs. We asked to sent notary format in email as we are staying 80kms away from branch. The staff have very rude behavior and not even responding to calls. They are asking as it is your headache and that is our policy, if you want gold your wish or leave it. While taking gold no notary is asking, no one discuss about after death procedures. When it happens, they are trying to keep gold after repaying all amount and morely we need pay interest charges for their delay.

Sir / Madam, I am to inform your goodself that I had used your ATM service at Sevoke More, Siliguri vide my SBI ATM card No.6069********2545 issued by SBI Zero Point Branch, Gangtok for withdrawal of Rs.2000 at time 18.26 on 10/02/2017. The ATM was unable to dispense the said amount but the said amount has been deducted from my account. I had explained regarding this to the guard boy present there too. The following details as per the receipt received is: TRACE NO: 476343 MODE 0041. Till date the said amount has not been refunded in my account. Please suggest or do needful.

Your branch manager is not deposits cash of my loan he is saying My business will close and I lost my job to the who went for deposit the loan amount on behalf of me. Your branch manager is crazy. Now tell me who gone pay interest of my loan amount.
Please take action against him why his doing this. Muthoot company giving gold loan like this its very cheap service.

I had given my actica3g KL7 CF 5473 for 4th service yesterday at 9 am in the morning at Muthoot Honda near Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kaloor, I was informed that they'll contact me after the service by about 5:30 or 6:00 in the evening, but I was very surprised rather shocked that no one contacted me even after the time they told to contact me, so disappointed at the service support from your authorised dealer, I contacted them, after several attempts, a lady staff picked the phone and told me that the office has closed.I had given my vehicle hoping for the best and timely service from an authorised dealer of a company of your repute.So I want to know whether all this happens with your knowledge and support, if so, then I'll have to resort to proceedings which I consider proper and fit against you, awaiting your reply Thanking You, your's faithfully, Suseela.S.Kamath

I m out of country that's why they need embassy latter but I m not capable of this latter. They tell me u pay interest ur whole life because I m not coming to India my whole life. Loan interest was paid on line and shows on the app but the branch informs not paid so asked how much should I pay the interest they have no idea..And the manager runs away when I ask any question...The manager is a useless ediot doesn't know any issues and only one thing he knows is system issue or server issue...I am totally in a loss due to this Muthoot...The head office phone number doesn't work

I paid Rs.600000/- for the issue of NCD's for 600 debentures on17-1-17 vide cheques no.0037234 isssued by Punjab National Bank, Rajguru branch, ludhiana, debited in my account on19-1-17 for Rs.600000/-.
on30-1-17 I got message that Debentures of amount nos.511 has been credited in my demat account vide my cdsl demat account no[protected].
But to my surprise my balance amount o[censored]ncredited NCD's has not been paid to me by way of either NIFT or ECR in my accou t uptil now.Pl. look into the matter and credit the balance amount o[censored]nsucessful NCD's along with the interest thereon otherwise I will be compelled to go to the court of Law or complaint will be filed in SEBI

Muthoot loan representative reached my shop and asked whether u need any loan u can avail instantly so I told when I am n need I will contact ur brach which is n PN PUDUR Coimbatore today I went to ask for further details and for applying the loan.

I went to their branch at 11 one girl was sitting in front desk she was talking n phone I thought I should not disturb after 11.30 I asked she harshly behaved pls go nd sit someone will call

Oki thn again I waited to 12 no one responded, I left the branch she dint even bother to call me
Thn one of my frnd told it's an malayali company interest rate is too low in kerala in tamilnadu interest rate is very high 24%

We can't expect care of customer in Muthoot and also they don't understand those are coming to avail loan for in different situation someone has medical emergency

All though we are not borrowing loan for free we are repaying with a high Interest

We need some response from them.

Frnds very very kind request don't choose Muthoot instead go for government banks like Andhra they are giving. All kinds of loan in very very low interest

Please don't take loan blindly investigate in 2 3 companies it's a kind request

Companies like Muthoot are money eaters and also we won't get any respect n thier branch

I have paid rs 35408 for loan repayment to muthoot finance via imuthoot app.the amount of money was debited from my account after filling the necessary bank details and OTP The amount has been debited from my bank account but not credited to the muthoot finance.As perMuthoot Finance the amount has been debited from my account but not credited into their account

I am following up with branch from last two-three months regarding interest payment done by us through net banking and not given the credit by Muthoot Group.
Payment done on 20/10/2016

00328/MGL/000060 of Rs.695.60
00328/MGL/000058 of Rs.1019.60
I had also provide the confirmation from my corporation bank account, that payment has been done to Muthoot Finance Ltd.

Please do the needful and also need the reverse of interest part charged for the period.

Hi,
I checked my cibil score online. It shows few entries from Muthoot Finance. Till date I have not done any transactions with muthoot. There is a two-wheeler loan #13034364 for Rs37000 in my name. How can this happen when I have never dealt with Muthoot?
Kindly get back to me as soon as possible. I would like to escalate this matter to the next level or regulatory.

I Have forwarded many mails to all the higher authority but not a single mail is responded by anyone.
I mentioned all my problem in the trailing mails requesting everybody but no one is there . I am helpless and dont want to give resignation and without any reason they are terminating me .

My Problem was : I showed my all the problems to everyone & requested not to transfer me 30 kms away from my house .
( on no major ground they are transferring just one head is taking revengue from me)

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to re-perform myself at Chinhat Location.

But something I want to put in your notice-

1) That I am in very much need of this job because my family background is not so much financially strong.

2) The opportunity provided by the organisation (Chinhat, lucknow ) is too far from my home . ( Min 25 Kms / side ) & the places between my home & the transferred place is :

( a ) Full of Traffic at many places

( b ) Complete route is full of metro construction ( Aashiyana, Kanpur road to Chinhat, faizabad road) which will take minimum 2.00 hrs to 2.5 hrs to reach back to home which is totally unsafe for us.

3) My husband is also working in a private organisation & my daughter is only 1.5 yrs old & no one is to take care to her at home because my father -in -law & mother-in-law both are no more .

So, anyhow we are struggling to mange with the daily life & before this transfer I was about to request to my seniors for the transfer at more nearby location ( as the place was vacant ).

Performance : As far as my performance is concern - I always given my 100 % & will continue to it.

My Performance always been satisfactory & I was never in the list of below performer since Joining.

Sir / Madam - It is my humble request to help me out in this regard by giving transfer to the nearby location ( Near Aashiyana )

I have transfered 20088 in my employee s gold loan account on 26/12/2016

But because of internet connectivity failure the amount is deducted from my savings bank account but the transaction was not completed and i have received a receipt from Muthoot Finance with a staus of "Failed"

But the amount is not refunded by the bank
Because bank wants a confirmation call from the Muthoot Company but they are...

It has been Jan 2016 and still Muthooth Says they don't have cash to give
what if we got some emergency and then they hand over cheque ?
As per the manager talk with me it will take more 2-3 Months to get this issue resolve.
What is the reason behind this ? Demonitization ? If yes, then this should be looked by officials. Why Decent and poor people should get this kind of problem. PLEASE ISSUE CASH INSTEAD OF GIVING CHEQUE WHICH TAKE ANOTHER 2-3 DAYS FOR CLERANCE.

Dear sir kindly solve my problem i have visited muthoot fincorp 4 times a weak but no one gave answer to my question regarding my byke NOC always they were telling me it will come it will come but its already 4 months passed. money we have to pay on time if not you will charge us but if you are not giving NOC on time what we have to do? i have trusted muthoot fincorp and took byke loan but i am getting fooled. after byke loan i have booked gold twice one is still running EXIM/AP/2016-17/77882...there is no swiping machine in your branch as a employ i cant stand in line to take money in bank i asked your manager about swiping machine there is no reply from i am paying by cash to you standing in line in the bank. by this kind of behavior you are losing customers.and please i request you to talk to your manager to talk politely with customers and please solve my problem of NOC so that i can sell my byke and bye a new one through your finance again

I'm Soukath Ali from Madurai before I take gold loan from Anupanadi branch Madurai ... Yesterday I paid full amount through online (atom payment solution) for release my jewel... Then I go anupanadi muthoot finance branch and ask release my jewel I have online payment receipt and manual copy of loan application... But they told you come after two days then only we give your jewel... I don't know the reason... I already paid full amount and I have proof I'm the person... So why Muthoot finance that branch told after two days time to release my jewels...
