Dear Sir/mam,

I have a long relationship with muthoot group when we need money they support for gold loan & get money with hassel free formalities...last year in 2015 my wife booked a coin at krishna nagar delhi branch for a investment purpose but due to some distance issue, its so far from our residence & have some financial issue also so didn't paid future installments ...

But got a call from your branch on my wife mobile, & your respected Branch Head Mrs. Deepa told..

Mam" pls. pick your coin on the occasion of DHANTERAS & pay some amount also...
My wife said ok ...and we plan to bought a coin with pay some amount because of occasion & have indian mentality, its good for us... if we bought today..(ON DHANTERAS)

then my wife & me plan to bought the same coin, My wife visited at your branch & I am waiting out side due to have parking issue...
branch head not available, on that day...So as a client we request to bought a gold coin & told to her (Ms. Ritu Malhotra),
& TOLD TO HER pls. speak with your branch head Mrs. Deepa & handover the gold coin after your such formalities...

She told to my wife very rudely " 1 se 1-1/2 hour wait kerna padega & letter likho ki coin chahiye ..my wife told to her, booked 2 coin one of my name & second in the name of my spouse ..

she again told very roudely " to phir usko lekar aao aur letter likho"
and then my wife stair down & told me apko chlna padega letter likhna hai & apke naam se emi hai ek coin ki...

I said ok...and park my vehicle & entered in your branch then request for paper & ask to Ms. Ritu Malhotra for a loan account number with paid EMI DETAILS ...

She ignored me & my wife, again request pls. confirm the same but again she ignored me & my wife after 3 to 4 times same request put in front of your camera & others employees...
she did not answered ...
& "told me letter main apna naam & mobile number likh dena" ...spoken very very rudely then as a client answer to her, Mujhe pata hai letter main naam aur number likhna hota hai...

then she answered me for paid EMI details ...

*Then immediately enter one of your respected client, and request for some services & they told 1 ghanta lagega vahan baith jao..client told immediately haan mujhe need hai main to baitha hun ji 1 kya 2 ghnate wait ker lunga ...and client sit on the chair after that your both employee Ms. Ritu & her colleague head down on the computer table & laughing ...
Its ALSO not good sign for your company & Existing client ..
AND we handover the letter to her & she told me ab hum approval lenge & apko 1-1/2 to 2 hour waith kerna hoga ..
My wife told to her we come back on monday or any another working day because today have festival so lots of work pending at home.

then we left from your branch...& as per good relation with your respected Branch head Mrs. Deepa & my wife called her & told the way of talking then she replied yeah kaise ho sakta hai.. main to sub approavl lekar aayi hun ... aap ruko main office main baat kerti hun...
'then after 5 min recved a call from Mrs. Deepa side & she told to my wife, vo to keh rahi hai( Ms. Ritu) apne usse badtameeje kari hai...and isliye apko gold coin nahi diya ??

My wife imdiatly reply to her Hamne badtmeeji keri and hame hee nahi pata...hamne to aise kuch nahi kaha ???
and aap bhi meri baat nahi sun rahi ki vo kisi bhi client ko serious nahi le rahi hai & roudly baat ker rahi hai sub ke saath???

My question to YOU & YOUR SR. AUTHORITIES ???
Tell me our mistake & why she denayed for gold coin?

Its your employee mentality ??? first she misbehave with my wife & then me & your camera also saw all issues

we take U-turn & Again visited at your branch & asking to her hamne apse kya badtamiji keri hai ?
but she smiled & again told apko baat kerne ki tameez nahi hai??

and we answer very politely mam, Humne to apse yahi kaha ki hame pata hain letter main naam aur phone number likhna hai ?

& she told again wait for next 1 or 1 & half n hour wait kerna hoga ??

.on that time clock showing 5:10pm then asked ONE QUESTION TO HER ( MRS. RITU) ..r u availble after 6pm,
she told """"NO""""..
again put the one question so why told us for waiting next 1 to 1 & half n hour..

Really not understand

Again my question to all of you?? we not take any classes with your employee, we are your client & i Know how to talk every one...

and after that many times requesting for complain register but every employee denay & laughing ?
why ? really we feal ( as client ) embarrassing ???

and no one hear to listen our issue & solve the same & the same client also siting on the chair & requesting to her for a his work but she had same attitude & the client also mention complain on your branch register.

and have lots of other discussion with your another branch employees but again we hopeless & feal embarrassing ...

pls. sort out our issue & maintain your branch levels ...

    1)As above the subject first of all he cheated other local branches of muthoot finance.he used his employees just like call girl (i have evidence)to withdraw your loan from other branch (in case he gave me cash to release gold from that branch) and joint to open new account in my branch.
    2)Second thing is without any permission he raised interest of my gold loan.
    3) when i already told him that on divali i want my gold back then he told me only sunday will closed branch otherwise working day(evidence with call record).
    When i go for my ornaments Saturday the was closed.

      Hi muthoot this is regarding late payment transfer. my brother from india dehradun sent me 75000 rs to new zealand 7th of october and still i have not get that money. and i called in dehradun branch they said the muthoot was close due to some strike in maharashtra for 5 days. after that i called to mumbai branch they said muthoot was not closed sue to any couse than again i called dehradun branch than they said they have transfer the money same day but there is strike in forex department. what the hell is that pls contact to dehradun branch i jave called so many times i have the call recording with me or ill post this on social media. kindly take some action on it

            Dear team,

            Myself Amit Kadam and i working in baking sector. I was looking for Job for my Wife Mrs Pradnya Kadam. So i heard that in our location Barshi Maharashtra there is new opening of Muthoot Finance. So me and my wife visited to Mr. Dilip branch manager Tuljapur branch maharashtra in December 2015. They have taken interview of my wife.And offered job for Accountant verbally. After some days Mr Dilip call me and asked me to help in find out place for new office in Barshi. So i helped him in find out by taken leave from my bank. I helped him much more. It took much time to open a branch more than 8 months in this period Mr Dilip call me and told that if you want job then you have to paid minimum of Rs 25000/-. And Mr Dilip call my wife Prandya also and told that find out one lady for Customer care executive post which lady will get ready to make relationship also. But Prandya was refused for that. Now branch is opening in this month Mr Dilip told that there is no any job vacancy for my wife. We have waited more than 9-10 months for this job. I am heard that some other candidate is paid more money than 25000/- and job offered to them. Money is not matter but Pradnya is left her first job for Muthoot Finance. We waited much more. We helped in find out spot for branch but now they refused us. We refused job opportunity for this job because Muthoot is one of the biggest brand in India.
            Please help us. We want justice.

            They paid me 900 rupees for cleaning the issue and general services But till today I didn't get proper milage also shows some abnormal sounds while running. Getting 25 per 1 litter abnormal sound is getting high some times .

                Online Payment Transaction Failed. But amount is not refunded

                Hi This is G.Sivarama Krishna.My Loan Number is 3243/MFS/142. I have tried to pay my principal amount Rs.62230 through muthoot webportal on 01/09/2016. After some time it says my transaction got failed. But in my account amount is debited. I have asked the branch(maruthi nagar, mehdipatnam, Hyderabad) and they told amount is not deducted from my loan.But the amount is not credit into my savings account. I contacted customer support people...

                I would like to bring to your attention the behaviour of one of your employees. Ms SHREEDEVI S working at 150 feet ring road Branch Rajkot 360004 as a branch Manager was quite rude to me when I was merely to close my Gold loan Account, A/c number is MAL/255 at that time I have not original customer copy of loan because by mistake I had send it with my other documents to my village it 255Km Far away from Rajkot, I have ask to branch manager but she rudely said without copy can't close it not gave any alternative for close after many arguments she rudely said about notary and 500Rs expense, I have taken customer copy on my mail from village after printing I was second time visit branch at that time she clearly said we will not gave Gold in XEROX copy basis talking rudely with me, and second thing on copy I have read all terms and conditions last page of agreement clearly mention in Gujarati
                condition number 10 at closing time of loan or account you have to take copy of this latter on this basis I visit second time on branch but she denied
                I'm totally unsatisfied one of the best bad experience of financial services sadly back from branch
                I think it reflects badly on your company, and it also raises a measure of doubt within my mind as to whether I should continue doing business with your company.

                I am NOT trying to 'get this person fired'. I am only bringing this matter to your attention. It is, of course, YOUR decision as to what, if any, action should be taken.

                I have enjoyed being a customer of your company for some years now In that time, I have always been treated with courtesy and respect.

                If those dynamics change to where I am treated as an 'inconvenience' or as an 'interruption' to what one of your employee's feels is their 'job', I believe that I will feel it necessary to take my business elsewhere, i.e. to a company where I will be treated with courtesy and respect.

                  For your kind information am working in this concern from past 5years. In that I was a bic from March 2013, Last year for all Cse the company was increased Rs.1000/- in payroll the same amount is reflecting in new bic salary but in my payroll it was not reflecting. When compare to new BIC am getting lower package than them. 1000 rs am getting less than them. Kindly do needful asap.

                    My account was debited on 29 july 2016of rs. 2591 but still not credited in my accountant i call them so many times call customer care they told me wait for 15 days as my loan was due on renewal it will come back in my account but not get any revert from the company even no body concerns about the customer i donot get any proper id or customer care number website numbers are not working branch officials are not aware no body knows

                      I apply pan card through muthood finance on 6th aug then i call on 16 aug to check status then branch manager told me come and take back ur 250 rupees due to some system problems we are unable to do online on that time then after long conversation he sd he will call me after 24 hours then after 24 hours he sd please again wait for 1 week finally still i did not get any pan card so please suggest me guys what should i do now ??

                        Working with muthoot fincorp was a forgettable part of my life. It is a company with least employee satisfaction. Ask any of its employees, and they can tell you a number of bad things about it. They will tell you that they have done much for the company, but there is no one to put value of that. They feel like they are sitting at any petti kadai..

                        - the company is making profit comparable to many nationalized banks (Even more than many of banks), still most of its branches are devoid of ac and good infrastructure. Difficult to work when temp. Is at around 44. C during peak summer. Quantity matters more than quality for them, when it comes to branches.
                        - salary given to employees are very less (Starts from as less as rs. 8000), and they call them itself a bank. Even call center employees earn more. But the work here possesses much higher risk than other, with handling gold, and cash. That even in company whose chairman is among richest indians
                        - if you are having any problem, may be at workplace, or with co-workers, or boss, it is most likely that nobody is there to listen to your problems, forget about solving it.
                        - even many months after leaving the company, they don’t settle-up with or give clearance to employees and give back their academic certificates. The reason for this is lack of timely audits (Both gold and accounts).
                        - employees are not supposed to work at single branch, but they are being frequently sent to other branches, sometimes even at those at distant places.
                        - no specific parameters for incentives, only god knows how they decide about it.
                        - even their training programmes are also not effective and are of poor quality.
                        - lot o[censored]nnecessary paper work and registers, looks like still living in stone age, when they have everything in computers.

                        Although, they are good at their products, whether it is gold loan with lesser interest rates, gold bonds with really impressive deposit schemes (Up to 13% p. A), gold coins, or any other products. And that’s why they have a meatier market share, with good customer satisfaction. But why they don’t understand that its due to their employees contribution also that they are at this position. May be they think of their employees as liabilities, instead of assets.

                        So, i suggest people to not join muthoot fincorp, a company which does not care for its employees. Better join a call center, where there is good work culture, working environment, caring employers and increments are much frequent.

                        answer me as soon as possible ...
                        Due to urgent need( medical expenses0) i applied for prematures of NDC, FROM Muthoot finance, chinnappanalli branch, Bangalore, on 10 th Aug 2016 so far i didnot receive ant response from them, as i need the money to meet my medical expenses i need the money very urgently, please do the needful.                           Im advocate priya from delhi high court.. my client took a loan from ur bank branch nehru place, delhi in d year of 2008 for a amount of 2lac against the mortagage of her jewellery.. n she was payin d instalment too.. but due to the family difficulty she was not able 2 pay instalmenf on tym. But she continusly trying to give some tym 1 lac or 50 k in cash..
                          in march 2016 she went to the branch of bank to settle the loan account in...

                          Dear sir,

                          I have availed a gold loan from muthoot finance ltd on 22/03/04 and had paid two instalments of 1000 rupees and 900 rupees through muthoot web portal. On 15th of july 2016 i have again made a payment of rs. 900/- towards capital and interest but the same is not showing in my transaction in the portal.
                          When i went to enquire at the local branch of muthoot they were very indifferent and asked me to contact ernakulam office. I then contacted ernakulam office and they said they will look into the matter. Till date nothing has been done by neither ernakulam office or coimbatore office.

                          The money has neither been credited back to my bank account nor is it showing against my payment with muthoot.

                          I kindly request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest. Either my money should be returned or it should be credited to my loan account.

                                We are a loyal customer to your organisation since from last 10 yrs. Bearing account no:-1444. Location uppal depot branch, in the namr of s. Kiran kumar. I had transferred a loan to my mothers account due im unable to come in working hours to close the loan. On that your executive had taken some documentation process to transfer the account and signed on all documents which your executive had given. Now my mother went to close the loan but your branch team is refusing, and saying that i should be there at your place which i cant go to your place. This was my worst experience with your organisation. Just check my account then you people get an idea that what kind of a customer to you. Now we need our items to take, nobody gone help me.

                                  Iam the customer of muthoot finance branch bhikhiwind branch code is 2662. I have deposite rs 20000 in this branch on 4 july 2014 for two years. The maturity date is 4 july 2016. At the time of deposite mony staff ask me after maturity i recived money in my give bank account but after maturity i can not recived money in my bank account. I was complaint at the branch but any one can not attend me well. The mannager of this branch can not gove me proper answer. He ask me i am not do anything for this. I am also complaint his regional office to mr taljit singh but he is not give me well answer.

                                    I took loan from you. giving interest on monthly basis but not satisfied with saket muthoot staff. they are not co-operative. one guy i dont know his name he is malyali this guy always trying to misbehave with me no support yesterday i paid interest for 2 loan msl 31113 & 32113. i paid through online webpay link but when i did a call to saket branch he said we have received only first one not second. but i got confirmation from bank that i paid interest for both. he said no we got only one. so what is this saket branch people try to disconnect the call or when i have tried to call them for confirmation. i don't like that kind of attitude. that malyali guy. he is there for disrespecting the people doing drama an all. pathetic staff. always disconnect the call. please do something teach them how to handle the customers. what about my second one. i paid already but they saying not received so why like thay please let me know at last malyali guy pathetic. he doest know how to handle the customer. i dont know why he working in your company.
