Taken gold loan from dharavi branch, at the time loan process the branch behaving very badly and also rude now want to repay my loan amount since last 3 days this people are not answering any of my question. Branch is least bother what is happening in the branch. Whenever we call manager was never available in the branch. This is really pathetic behavior.


I want to clear all my loan and never gonna come do any transaction...

This is inform you that, I am contuse sending mail to the muthoot and only one time got call from local office and the person who was other side using bad language, and same discussion i was recorded and also share the same to mutthoot id "mails" on date of 8 May, and, No body is replying, after that,

Recently i aaply for loan of an amount of rs. 230000 but on same day ur staff approved for 200000 & said that 30000 will be inhencement on next day but thay dont told that next day 7 days interest will be calculated or charged... Thay charged 7 days interest on next day from 30000 amount... Proceessing fees chared as 1.89 % whenever u said that 1% will be charged...??? Why??? Processing time too excess due to staff availability is less......

I have very bad experience with Muthoot. Yesterday evening i submitted request to withdraw cash from Muthoot ATM machine located at putlighar in Amritsar, My ICICI account got debited with rs. 500 but didnt get any cash. there was no security guard to whom i can inform and still now i have not get any message regarding refunds back in my account.
