I use axis bank debit card. today i used muthoot finance ltd. atm for money transaction. but unfortunately transaction wasn't done but money was debited from account. i used muthoot finance ltd. atm in ramesh nagar in delhi which atm id. no. is mawn0013.

Deposited rs.300000/- on 04/07/2013in10 months maturity cumulative debenture with first put option dated 04/01/2015 and a number of visits to bhopal indrapuri br/t.T.Nagar br and so far the further extended certificate not received. On contact with arm/rm the too not interested to attend my complaints. Now i prefer to issue legal notice if the attitude towards the poor depositors addressed properly. Your intervention requested.

I hv paid inttrest rs807/- against br code 3849 type msl & no 1822 through axis bank on 3 july 16. But amout is deducted frm my acct but not credited in my loan acct. Total amount rs 816.20/- deducted throurgh ur atom link. So do the needful

My friend sent me some money through Western Union, I asked for the information regarding the Western Union receiving of Money. They do not give me proper information to me. They treat us as their very cheap behavior and like animals. They took preferences to their relative or friends and also give better opportunities to them. They took one hours to give me my money and does not treat me very well through this behavior of staff I am very suffered and harassed. You can check the CCTV Camera Footage also.

When I went to the Branch Manager, he does not take action towards them, and also participate with them and says that what you want you do I does not worry with this type of complain.

After that I ask for the feed book or complain book, he has same reply I don’t have.

After forcing him, then they give me complain book and says do it whatever you want.

At last, I say from this type of the behavior, Muthoot Finance getting huge losses from the Narela Branch.

Please take action towards them.

Hi everyone, i am girl of 21 belonging from bhavnagar (Gujarat). I was selected in the interview process of muthoot finance at ahmedabad branch. There after i was said to come up to ahmedabad for my training for 15 days. As of my first day i had to submit all my documentations, and i did that. But all of a sudden they started asking for a resignation letter from the place i used to work before, i. E. Axis securities. I tried to contact the axis securities, and they would not provide me with that, and so i informed that all i could get from axis was a letter saying i worked for them for this period of time. So they said ok. Suddenly from the 2nd day the hr head and ro of the branch at mahalaxmi cross road, started using very unprofessional language with me, which was very embarrassing for me. They said that, "you are a liar. You do not have any proof of experience, and you are trying to bluff the company." they gave me no choice to even clear anything. They just wanted my resignation letter from axis securities. I don't understand what kind of requirement would that be. I would suggest everyone to not even think of working such company where seniors do not know how to behave and talk with a girl.

My self shyam i am your customer for past 4 years today saturday i went muthoot finance arekere branch at 5. 10pm i need relese and to pay intrest as well to my gold, before entering itself no no dont come inside its closed at 5 o clock itself, and i said them still 5. 10 why ur closing its emergeny for me tommarow sunday u guys closed i was requested for 10mins, they are telling we need to go for home it cant possible all system are shutdown come on monday we relese, there is no humanity o[censored]r staffs, please dont this please follow ur timings, this is... Service, make it as strict

I have taken a loan of 8675 rupees against a brand new gold chain from taksh on 19th december 2014 from muthoot finance limited situtaed at ranipur more. Shop no 4, city complex, first floor, awas vikas colony, pin code 249407, haridwar telephone number [protected].

I paid back the total amount with remaining interest on 21st august 2015.

While taking back my gold chain i found that my chain was damaged at 2 places and so i wanted to complain but in vein as the muthoot finance employees refused to lodge a complain and abused me verbally that the damage that has happened is normal. I wanted to meet the manager but they refused that too saying that the manager is not in office.

Since then i have complained at muthoot finance several times over telephone and over emails but nothing happened apart wasting my time and energy. The organization refused to pay any compensation towards the damage.

After waiting for almost a year here i beg justice from consumer forum of india towards damage of my precious possession of this gold chain.

Hello dear sir i am deepak singh bhadouria From Jahangir puri delhi i was taken some loan against my gold ring and chain some kind of reason i was not able to going in ur office aders nagar branch delhi for deposit my interest mygold was actioned without any information and when i was going your branch he said your gold was sold but he didnt tell me the cost of my gold he sold my gold on feb 2016 my loan no. F-9180 Loyalty no. MPADGN3340110 i dont have received any letter from your side 27th of may 2016 i have given writern complaint on your branch but at this i dont have got any information or call i have made complaint also on your costumer care but they also given any reply please give me answer as soon as possible otherwise i will complaint on police station

The webpay is advertised on their website as "pay anywhere. Pay anytime". Same applies to the details of webpay on their website, however they do not allow to pay the interest/emi post the loan taken having completed 13 months or more. This is not mentioned anywhere nor does it make any sense. The customer care (Std number, chargeable) is not competent enough and just direct you to call alternate std numbers. Chat support does not go through even during the business hours as mentioned by the website. Support guy informs to go to branch to make payment which is not feasible considering my working hours and the distance of the branch from where i stay currently.
Date of incident: 2nd june 2016
Desirable resolution: make webpay service better and remove such constraints, wherein the company should be expecting the interest to be received by them, irrespective of which medium is used to pay the same and make life easier for the consumers too (As they advertise on their website and are failing to meet)

Ir i have to work in our company more than four years and ten month. Sir i have to all the procedure complete of be half my side as per rule i did resign and give to full time to company before...

And no of times i am trying your customer care no. But no one is response me positively.

My name is anees i had taken a gold loan from muthoot fincorp of rs 321000 in the month of march & april in 2015 from your shop no 5 rizvi park santacruz west branch mumbai 400054, at the time of taking loan the executive told me that i need to pay interest rate 1.83% on the loan value i was always in the intention that the interest rate is 1.83 % on the total of the amount, now when 1 week back when i went to the branch to pay the complete loan amount with the interest rate of 1.83 the executive told me that the interest rate is 30% and late charges now because i have not paid monthly interest & if i don't pay the complete amount in 15 days there will be auction of my gold which have the value of more than 8 lac currently sir there was no intimation given or any reminder from muthoot fincorp to pay the interest now suddenly this hidden condition are coming we have trust muthoot fincorp now we are very disappointed to know this sir i am a salaried person & cannot afford so much interest i can pay the charges which was told to me during the time of taking loan i have complaint multiple time in the branch they have not given me any response i request you to give me a proper resolution i can only pay the charges of loan amount and the interest rate 1.83% only this was never told me that if the monthly interest rate is not paid there will auction of my gold i went to the branch and then the person is telling me that it will be going in auction sir why this is not told during the time of taking loan i haven’t sign the bound or any agreement that if i will be a defaulter the gold can go in auction there are so much family emotion attach in gold this is not fair on the customer path, why there is no intimation for this given to customer i request you to give me a proper resolution on this because the branch manager & the staff are helpless…useless they behaviour is pathetic there are
Please help me in sorting this out asap because i want to clear the loan & the interest rate

Taken gold loan from dharavi branch, at the time loan process the branch behaving very badly and also rude now want to repay my loan amount since last 3 days this people are not answering any of my question. Branch is least bother what is happening in the branch. Whenever we call manager was never available in the branch. This is really pathetic behavior.


I want to clear all my loan and never gonna come do any transaction with your company

This is inform you that, I am contuse sending mail to the muthoot and only one time got call from local office and the person who was other side using bad language, and same discussion i was recorded and also share the same to mutthoot id "mails" on date of 8 May, and, No body is replying, after that,

We both taken almost rs.135000 /-, 14 month back. And pay almost 50000 /- intrest, and 21 apr 2016, we pay full amount to release my assets.
But after get the assets .Bengal was damage. All 4 bengal totally damage. Shape chang and almost the beauty, and design lost.
Now that is only gold which can we keep at home only. Not for use now
And one necklace which is some point has been loss and drop . I am sharing both the image.
Your branch manager is not supported. So many request than they have arrange me a person to go with us at nearly local jeweler shop and repair it.
Now i tell you that local jeweler has repair but that is not good conditions. At the time your staff trying to i collect the gold and moved from the office . Not helping us. Just forcing to collect the assets and go back home.

Now from last 6 days my life has like hel. My wife is not happy with your service . In my home every day start fighting.
She was not ready to keep the gold in your compny. After so many request she was ready.
Now no one happy with your service.
I was visited yesterday to my jeweler shop for repair as a same like before. So he is charging 12500 rs for old conditions. He will redesign the same.
Should i provide bill to claim the same or you will help any other help.
I really disponted now. How you can do this. If you are not able to maintain of our assets. Why not closed all the office. Do you know that. Every person who is using your service was bad conditions .And than he come at your office. Every person trust you. And your employees not helping to keep it as safe.
Very same on you. And your company. You are not having emotional feeling. This gold was not gold that is memories of my marrage. And you lost it. I never ask you for discount. I paid full amount so that is my right to get all my assets as like before.

Recently i aaply for loan of an amount of rs. 230000 but on same day ur staff approved for 200000 & said that 30000 will be inhencement on next day but thay dont told that next day 7 days interest will be calculated or charged... Thay charged 7 days interest on next day from 30000 amount... Proceessing fees chared as 1.89 % whenever u said that 1% will be charged...??? Why??? Processing time too excess due to staff availability is less... Tahy taken 1 hour in laon approving pricess... Can u rply or not???

Earlier this month(April-2016), i had been there in the muthoot corporate office alakhnanda, delhi for the interview process .I had been told by the hr that you are selected for the post of bdo and he made me to fill several forms and told me to provide the joining details later in the same month.Now its the month end and i have not get any details regarding my joining and in the same regard i made a call in the muthoot corporate office delhi and the operator who has picked my call was so so so rude to me and she has put down the phone without giving me any answers.I am deeply perplexed by the way of the behavior of the operator.Please do something in this regard and i request you to enlighten me on my joining details.

As i have kept my gold ring about 2 month's before now i went to take back my gold ring on wednesday 16th 2016 at 2:3p pm kadugona halli near police station they closed the door was closed i opened they are saying today is holiday... Come tomorrow... I talked roughly they scolded me and sent me back...
