This is regarding fruadent activity is happening in the karnataka, bangalore, madiwala branch.
As i am loyal customer for muthoot fincorp making transaction on gold loan. And on yesterday i have received the call from the executive saying not paying the interest for past two months. But actually i did and when i went with the receipt and they checked something and come to know there is repluged of my jewel has happened without my knowledge and it’s not paid with the interest too. I was shocked after hearing this and i have shown the receipt for the remaining amount. Finally they made some cheating correction with their manager suman (He and muthoot fincorp are very big fruads) and closed my old account silently and opened the new account for matching with the current balance. Since like me i am not sure how many are in this cheated queue. When i called to their head office at kochin and they replied very causally we will take action against the branch. And i am doubting this scam will be next of 2g. Also like them all other gold loan peoples are also purely from kerala. I am believing for sure these peoples will suck all the normal peoples life. I am sure they will do the same, but i wanted to make the people to get informed on this and make more care when you planned to pledge your gold.

I Rajitha want to complaint againt about muthoot finance -Uppal, vijayapuri colony Branch, actually we have taken loan of rs 40000 againt gold necklace net wt.31gms on 5th december 2015for which we were regularly deposting intrest but due to some personal problem at our home we were unable to deposit money when i went in muthoot finance to release our gold necklace they informed me that they have deposited our gold necklace 3 days back but they have deposited our gold necklace without informing us, we have not recieved any phone call or any notice, since than we were regularly following up with muthoot finance but they are not suggesting any solution i. e. we are complaing here about which i got to know from one of my friend.

We are feeling helpless, now this is our only hope, request you to kindly help us in releasing our gold necklace.
I am a regular customer of muthoot except this loan we've got our 4 other loans as well

Good morning sir i am amar kurmi from jabalpur, mp, sir i have taken gold loan form muthoot finance malviya chowk branch jabalpur, mp . sir i taken 48700 rupees gold loan and i have given my some principal amount, now i have only 33000 rs only but i am telling them to reduce my rate of interest 1.75 to 1.17, but they are not cooperating me and and behaving like a rude person.

Branch, actually we have taken loan of rs 27000 againt gold necklace(net weight - 18.800gm)on 27 dec, 2013 for which we were regularly deposting intrest but due to some personal problem at our home we were unable to deposit interest for 5 months, after 5 months (october 2015) when i went in muthoot finance to release our gold necklace they informed me that they have deposited our gold necklace 3 days back but they have deposited our gold necklace without informing us, we have not recieved any phone call or any notice, since than we were regularly following up with muthoot finance but they are not suggesting any solution i. e. we are complaing here about which i got to know from one of my friend.

I was applied for pan card through Muthoot (ameerpet, Hyderabad) on 9/3/16 people said that to collect the acknowledge copy by tomorrow but still there is no proper response from them.
WORST EXPERIENCE .don't go with muthoot

I am sreenivas from sitaphalmandi secunderabad my gold loan no F1139. my account was opened on 13/12/2013 and after one year that is on 10/11/2014 i paid 10, 000-00 and after that on[protected], paid 29000-00 towards interest and initial payment of rate difference at the time, and renewed the gold loan. after one year there are calls for 2 times and they never talked about auction for my gold. they only asked me about when i was coming to the office?????? today i went to the office for payment. they simply said that the ornaments are auctioned on 20th february. i'am really shocked and they have shown registered post acknowledgement but we have not received that letter and nobody signed from my house. you put a message for each & everything. but not even a single word regarding auctioning! how can you do this ????? i want my ornaments back by any means. please take this as high priority. i am ready to pay the amount immediately.

A branch manager who is the relative of the Muthoot family itself has cheated multiple customers (around 10) of their savings by forging signatures and creating fake documents and issuing cash to others. Around 40 Lakhs has been cheated from the Cherukole Branch, Mavelikara, Allepy district in Kerala. This happened 3 years back and so far nothing has been paid back. the Bank Manager Mr.George Mathew has been terminated, But Mutthoot Finance has not returned even 1 rupee to the customers.

I am Sawan, resident of Indore(M.P.). I am a regular customer of yours with a history of saveral gold loans taken and positively paid by me and my family members in last 3-4 years. Currently, I have taken loan from your company on behalf of some gold. Due to some circumstances I missed to pay the interest(which is not very rare in the finance field). Now, today an executive named 'Kargi' calls me from your Delhi office([protected]) and talks to me in a very improper and slang language. No one in my whole life has ever talked to me in such a rubbish language. I wonder what is a person like her(Kargi) is doing in such a big firm of yours which deals in nation-wide market with lacs of customers and a good brand name.
I request you to please take appropriate action on her and please send me confirmation mail regarding this. Until then, I will not do any future business with Muthoot finance.
Just to remind you, there are many other companies providing loan on gold with almost the same schemes as yours but I trusted Muthoot finance and I had a very good experience till now.

My Name Mrs Treeza Wilson Anthony, Due To Financial Crisis i went to Keep my Gold In Muthoot fincrop Which Well known for Gold Loan .So, On 04.02.2016 i took Gold Loan Of Rs :70000.00 Against My Gold Chain . After Receving the Amount From Their End . i took the Money And Deposit in Canara Bank For Rs 5000 But They Told one Note is Fake(duplicate) .The Bank Staff Took The Note And Gave Fake Note Acknowledgment .I Took The Ack And Showed To Muthoot Fincrop Bcause the Note Came From There End, They Ignored Everything And told We Cant Do Anything .

I have very bad experience with Muthoot. Yesterday evening i submitted request to withdraw cash from Muthoot ATM machine located at putlighar in Amritsar, My ICICI account got debited with rs. 500 but didnt get any cash. there was no security guard to whom i can inform and still now i have not get any message regarding refunds back in my account. Please look into this matter and help to resolve.

Hai Sir/Madam, I have approach the muthoot fincorp koothattukulam branch, for the requirement of retrieving the amount in my grand father's account( as i am the nominee). Then the employee in the bank advised me to continue the account by changing the account holder as myself, hence i submit a written application for retain the account. Here comes the twist: They told me that, that will take at-least one week time, they will inform contact once the procedures ware complete. I don't get any call even after 3 weeks of waiting. They told that it is being processing when i visit the bank again after this time period. Few more days later, i went to the bank and enquire about that, this time they told that "the amount is ready to retrieve, they will transfer the amount if i gave the account number. it will take maximum two days" Today is fifth day after that still the amount is not credited to the account. I feel very bad due to this activities from their side. very worst customer support and service.

I have taken loan from muthoot finance pune wakdewadi branch, Date[protected] customer ID [protected] LOAN ID 03563/MBL/000289 when i approach to branch my gold value is more than one lakh and am eligible to take loan 94 k, but i need loan of 50 k, i gave application for 50k, loan was sanction with condition, if i want to loan i must have to take insurance from shriram life insurance company of 1 lakh, otherwise we can not give...

Listen all o[censored]..I had a new bike and apply for two wheeler loan at Theni muthoot fincorp, initially indimate a muthoot staff, per month 3002 rupees, i[censored] have unpaid due on current date overdue penalty per day 10 rupees..Ok I am accepted, incase I am not paid last five month due 15010 rupees penalty is 4000 rupees... What is this service..per day 50 rupees penalty tell me, , ok I accepted it will be informing to all..why r dumping this information in ur hand...muthoot is forgery company...very poor services... I have been paying interest on my loan for the last 15 months regularly but now they have come with some new policy that says that i have to pay a renewal amount for the loan without any prior information and they wont accept the interest that i am ready to pay because their system don t accept it. Dear sir, I was worked in Muthoot finance ltd.I left job as on 2/2/2013.Tat was almost 1yr 1 month completed. since from 3 years they r not providing And they hold Below my academic certificate orginal, outstanding benefits and NOC letter. I am a resident of india living in australia and now visiting my family in haryana . I trasfered an amount of 30030.83 INR from melbourne money gram agent and wanted to recieve it in rohtak branch of muthoot finance . Staff of the same denied to give me the money with the reason stating that same person cannot be the sender and reciever at the same point whereas 3-4 days before i had another transaction which they approved and handed over money to me and also assured me that in future also i can recieve any further transactions made same way . With all the scenerio remaining same, they denied . I asked them to give the reason in written but again they said No. Its hard to understand their policy and as no genuine proof been provided with nothing in written, i feel i have been traumatised with their lack of information and unprofessional way of dealing with customer. I am here in india with no money in hand and struggling for the same .

Dear Sir/Madam, I kept my jewels in muthoot finance loan number - 1443/dtd 12.02.2014-AMT 10900/- Due to interest pending and gold value low., muthoot has taken decison as to do auction of the above mentioned jewel. Jewel gms - 7.2gms, due to more stone work, they made value as 5.3 gms. Kindly intervene in this regard. Due to aution gone, though i confirmed in presence their respective branch head and rep.
