The most illiterate unscrupulous and misbehabed manger I have ever come across in my life is mothoot manager in kestopur branch in kolkata . Uses slang to all the customers. ... misbehaves with women ...and dosent know how to behave with clients ...

Today i initiated a live chat to find out if there is any interest payable my me towards my muthoot account.Bhumika this lady before taking the details directly asked me to contact the parent branch. What for is this live chat for? When most of the works can be done by sitting at home using internet then why am i denied to get service from muthoot chat advisor. Really unhappy. Please take of the live chat from the site, this is very misleading. No customer service, no satisfaction forget about customer delight. Please take an action.

My Self Amit Sanjay Joshi residing at Nagpur took a Scheme from Muthoot called Kanaka Vrishty Scheme for a period of 6 months from C.A.Road Branch where they Clearly told that by paying your 6th installment you will get a pendant of 4 gm Gold now they are refused to pay after paying my 6th installment as by the date of 5th July It's Birthday of my Wife and I want to Gift Her on that Occasion which I was told very first day to the executive at the time of entering into the Agreement was ok for them but now they all are reluctant and giving me false answer that you will receive it on next month which is misrepresentation and fraud type of work. Dear Grievance cell As above mentioned, I have availed Gold against pledged gold Neck less at your Ballary Branch, in this regard, I have paid an interest for the one month duration of of interest. Furher also I have remitted partial Interest and obtained receipt also.Consequently walked in to your branch after 6 month to pay the interest the executive said interest shall be calculated on the rate of 30% per month bases and total interest will be the 12485. I have strongly objected and asked him to re calculate the same and give it in written . Hi, My name is Dadasaheb Ukale and my account number at Muthoot Fincorp is F8397. Being a regular customer of your organization, I was attached with your company for a long time. This is the first and last time I got a very bad experience from your outlet that is Yerwada, Pune based. I had borrowed around just Rs. 16, 000 this time against my gold, but after several days later I came around a deadly road accident with head injury, which led me into a long hospitalization. After some recovery, I came to home and I got letter from Muthoot stating to get cleared all dues that were around 21, 478...so I myself went to clear that and paid all dues, but I had no original receipt that I had misplaced perhaps and could not find...I know about the rule of presenting 100 Rs bond...but no bond was available nearby...perhaps it would be available somewhere else long distance from there...I was not truly able to do that because of my recovery stage did not allow to drive any vehicle or travel without any companion and most importantly I live a long distance from Yerawada, so cannot arrange travel so long for my personal issues such as this. So, answer was seemed that even we pay our dues fully and ask for our gold given back and dont have original receipt and bond paper against that, we need to go back without our gold...so angering situation i am having right now...even i was present personally to collect that i received payment receipt stating "Ornaments not given for want of authorization/party not available for release." What does this mean and we are eligible for frustrations like this to collect our ornaments even dues are paid...so inhuman things you people are practicing...I want my belongings as soon as possible...Please look into this ASAP.

Me and my friend have sent money (2000$ each) to India (same Taluk)through western union from same Sender location at same time and date. We have already paid service charge (extra 25$) at sender location. At India, my friend money was received at Manipuram Gold and my money was received at Muthoot Finance branch of same Taluk. Amazingly, my money received with deduction of Rs.1500(about 25$) but my friend money received with deduction of only Rs.100. Why do Muthoot finance charges lots of money (15 times more) compare to other private group. I will never use Muthoot groups for any financial matters in future.

Dear Sir I worked with Muthoot Finance from 26/07/2010 to 05/05/2014. When i join the Muthoot Group My Salary is Rs: 10000/ per month and EPF amount deducted from my side was Rs 720 per month and the same was diposited by the company ( 220 + 500 = 720 ). Every employee who worked with the group get increment every year but i get only two increment in my 3 year 10 month job. Company does not provide salary slip to me as i requested many time by telephone or by mail. I get last salary slip on 04/05/2013. My EPF account number mention on my salary slip KR?15840/16252 was wrong. I apply for widrol EPF amount i get msg from epf site and my epf account number was different from my salary slip. i download e-statement from epf site and the detail is not avaible before 31/03/2012. I went to Muthoot finance branch of Dodamarg taluka in sindhudurg ( sindhudurga) district of Maharashtra. For asking about my gold pledge loan but you staff was so rude to talk and not even answering my question properly. And no office open on time and feel they are not serious about their work and there are running this branch jut for the sake of running they don’t care about any one. I think Muthoot must personally look into this branch seriously or people and customer like us will lose faith on Muthoot due to such staff they have in branch and I was also very tense and double minded after all this should my gold will gold safe hand. Hope you get some discipline and way to speak and handle customer in your staff.

I lost all my gold because of these guys. they said time is over so we did auction. i came back with full depression. they gave only half of the amount when i took loan but did't returned back remaining amount after auction. fraud guys never deposit ur gold with these guys it is better to go for out side people.

Respected Sir, For your kind information it is humbly to state that i have not received my PF balance . I submitted it in the first week of July.I have registered customer grievance.My registration no :KRKCH/E/2014/00511.I told my Regional office HR department but he did not give me any right information.So, i want to know how can i know either they deposited or not as i am in need of money.I shall remain grateful to you if look into the matter urgently.
