It is really disappointing that I walk into for the service to the Chansandra Branch (Uttrahalli main Road) Bangalore.. The so called manager - Kashinath behaves rudely with the least level of respect and courtesy that could be shown to the customer. I don't understand why the hell I have to walk into the initial opened branch to transfer money via IME during the Covid situation.

I really want someone to take a disciplinary action or at least hire with some ground level of education and manners.

There is so many issue raise with muthoot application. Sometimes issue with login, payment issue, data not found issue. Please fix it.

My gold was auctioned without any intimation to me and this is the biggest setback given to me.. I would be filing a court case against the anna nagar branch (Near reliance digital). The reasonable efforts were not made to establish any contact with me. There were no calls made to me, nor any email or any other way i was reached. This has been the most unfortunate and unprofessional experience. As an employee of tata consultancy services i would like this to be spread word to. Mouth to one and all and they should know what muthoot claims and what they eventually treat their customers like.

I have pledged jewels at mettupalayam branch Coimbatore district for Rs.45, 000/-
I have paid back the dues almost completely except Rs.73/-
I'm stranded in Assam due to Covid19. I do not know when I will return to mettupalayam.
Therefore I have contacted the branch manager to clear the loan and hand over the jewels to my wife as third party release.
Your branch manager has refused to comply my request.
There fore, I'm forced to issue notice against your company as you are holding my jewels illegally.
I need my jewels for my money needs not in your company but other gold loan companies as you have breached customer trust of five years.

I paid 40000 to my loan in muthoot finance, the amount got debited from my account and it is not showing imuthoot app. I called the customer service and they told me to contact muthoot customer service. I contacted them and still now he issue is not resolved.

1. Chayadevi R has availed the personal loan from Muthoot finance of Rs 2, 02, 948 on 29 oct 2018 with Loan Number PLBLR000516.
2. EMI's of Rs 7439 are paid regularly.
3. I heard from executive that advance EMI can be paid through portal https://plonline.muthootfinance.com/HTML/pl_quickpay.html#
4. I paid an advance amount of Rs 1439 through the portal.
5. The remaining amount of Rs 6000 has to be deducted from...

I have business loan in muthoot fincorp. I don't know what company guides to its employees about customer handling. Due to covid19 world facing financial crises but the employees asking me about loan repayment like i am printing money. They don't have common sense that, how to convince a customer and give hope from muthoot fincorp side that actually get help. They just keep on calling to customer and demanding for their loan amount. We are facing very tough time now but they don't care about that. If this is get continue some people will try to suicide because of this people.

Madam,

Our family was trapped out of city during lockdown so we unable to reach our home branch to pay interest until transportation was not started (1 june).
Now when we reached we found almost double interest of actual interest.
Manager also refused to any negotiation. We are farmer and only my father is earning only in home, so we are unable yo pay the double interest of lockdown period. Kindly waive it off.
I didn't receive any warning call also from your bundi branch.
Please reply as soon as possible, we can't pay this month's charge also.
It id very much clear we can't pay extra amount, this may lead to legal proceedings as your bundi branch manager are behaving like very irresponsible person, he is not giving me any essential information about my loan too.

I had taken bike loan and paid all my balance amount. It's been 1year that i settled and paid the amount, as of now am still waiting to get my noc letter along with. I visit to your office many times but everytime i hear that i should wait for some more time. Am possessing politely to finish this issue sooner, so required same support from you. In lockdown period more intrest taken. I ve taken gold loan from madhapur branch f8811 & himayatnagar f17344 after relaxation iwent to pay the intrest, madhapur branch taken normal intrest but himayatnagar branch (Your first branch) taken more intrest than madhapur. I am paying regularly but at lockdown period i couldn't. Please look into this matter and returned me the excess money taken from me. Thank you sir.

I live in a village which is around 50 km far from muthoot branch alwar. I don't use online method of banking. I have no personal vehicle to go there. There are many case's of corona so curfew is there
No transportation so its impossible to me to go to branch to submit interest.
Plz consider me.
I can't pay extra penalty.
Plz deduct extra amount

Send me correct amount which i should pay.

I have taken the gold loan from muthoot finance on 27.12.2019 of a sum of rs.5, 50, 000/- as the loan interest was decided on 1% interest. I paid the same interest timely for the next two months but the interest of the next third month was not paid on time due to the error showing on the app (Performing server maintenance) and i was gone to the branch for query and cash payment but due to the lockdown the branch of muthoot finance (Sector-21c, faridabad) was closed. As my due date was on 25.03.2020 i tried for the payment before the due date and the next for three days and the charges was regularly going high and i also have done multiple calls to the customer care but there was no response and contact number of branch was going switch off.

And on 28.03.2020 i paid the interest of a sum of rs.8963/- which should be of rs.5425/- as i paid earlier. I paid extra charges of rs.3538/- as a penalty because of daily hike of penalty.

Why the branch staff has not informed to customer as we can pay the same amount without penalty after opening the branch. As you know due to lockdown the impact on our income source was deteriorating so we cannot afford this penalty.

Kindly refund or adjust my penalty on the next months of rate of interest as i have already paid the fourth month interest on 27.04.2020 on time. I also assure you that who are willing to take the loan from muthoot finance i will give the good reference.

We, satiprasad bera and gitarani bera, having three loan a/c (Mol-1784, 1785, 1655), since 2010, continuing the finacial relationship according to your rules and regulations in this regar. From 3-rd apri, 2020, we are trying to contact though helpline & branch landline to know the next interest payment proces, we also tried though online but did not get succes.in this way we get massages about all the branches are remain close. So due to lockdow, we are unable to pay the interes.
On 3rd may, 2020, we got massages of payment though onlin, but the total amout is approximately double of the regular interest which we are about to pay.

Please try to understand this situation and help us

I have also suffered these type of situation brother. The finance institute has poor h. R and settlement policy.. They have given me less settlement money after 1year of my resignation and deprived me from my 5000rupees t. A bill. H. R of siliguri region unable to help me to give my rights as i was apply it through online as directed by the company policy.
Very poor management systems are there. Very poor stuff policy..

I want to say that there is a big issue with muthoot online payment service end, its about 3rd time when i had paid completely and it was showing payment failed in fact was already paid. I kindly requesting you to there is so many people using online payment from home because of suitability and many people they do not much more about the online payment service if it's showing that kind of issue then its not a good service from your end. Please...

I Sushila Yadav, I am facing problem to pay interest payment online. Your official app is not accepting my user ID. I am tired of calling your customer care and complaint number.

No customer service is working.
