I live in a village which is around 50 km far from muthoot branch alwar. I don't use online method of banking. I have no personal vehicle to go there. There are many case's of corona so curfew is there
No transportation so its impossible to me to go to branch to submit interest.

I have also suffered these type of situation brother. The finance institute has poor h. R and settlement policy.. They have given me less settlement money after 1year of my resignation and deprived me from my 5000rupees t. A bill. H. I want to say that there is a big issue with muthoot online payment service end, its about 3rd time when i had paid completely and it was showing payment failed in fact was already paid. I kindly requesting you to there is so many people using online payment from home because of suitability and many people they do not much more about the online payment service if it's showing that kind of issue then its not a good service from your end. Hello i had paid my emi on 8th april 2020 with interest 2903 and payment i done total of 4000rs.
Bt badluck transction was failed i recvd fr muthoot bt my money has been deducted fr my bank account so i tried calling all customer care no. Bt all not reachable so i mail on cc. Muthoot sime mail id also i get reply over tht and also they processd my refund it will reflct in my account in 7 days dey said okkk tht all...

I had paid my emi of 4000 from muthoot app.
Amount has been deducted from my account bt i got error msg of transcation failed from muthoot sms msg.
