Mr. Arumugam M. had resigned from the services of Muthoot Capital Services Ltd on September 20, 2013. As per the terms of his employment, Mr. Arumugam was required to complete one month’s notice, which he had failed to comply. Accordingly, his salary for the month of September, 2013 was withheld by the Company. However, it has been decided to waive the notice period and to relieve him subject to completion of formalities in this regard.
