Muthoot Finance — Complaint regarding MKV scheme

Dear Sir/Madam Would like to let you know that, I Rina Mizar Chhetri, of Gonsaipur, P.O. Bagdogra, Dist. Darjeeling. W: B 734014. had done the scheme on the month of march 2014 known as (MKV) at Siliguri, Sevoke Road branch the scheme was every month i had to pay Rs. 1000/- for 15 months, and on month 16th company will pay fine for me, maturity date was on 19 June 2015, as well the staff had told me they will land me a cash amount of Rs 16000/- on the time of maturity. But today (23rdJune 2015) i had gone had gone to collect my maturity amount, they gave me Gold even i told all the details at the time of investment. I was force to take the gold and was told go and sell it to any gold shopper and get your money back, as well they catch the rate of Rs.31000/- of gold, where as now gold rate is Rs.27000/- in the market. So ultimately i have become fool doing your scheme i did it so that i can collect cash. Sir/Madam don’t you think this making customers fool. earlier they told me they will give me cash of Rs 16000/- now at the end given me a gold that also in high rate even after giving Rs.1184/- while collecting gold from your muthoot what is the extra benefit for me. I had to pay all total Rs.1784/-. I tried to sell it, i am getting only Rs.14500/- am i need i thought that muthoot will help me. So, therefore request you kindly do the needful.
