I have been paying interest on my loan for the last 15 months regularly but now they have come with some new policy that says that i have to pay a renewal amount for the loan without any prior information and they wont accept the interest that i am ready to pay because their system don t accept it. But the irony is that they are willing to give me an emi on the renewal amount for 3 months even when there system is not ready to accept the interest without the full renewal amount. (man made system or system made man?)
