I have taken a gold loan from muthoot fincorp in april at that time the time period was for 1 year.in july i went to the branch and informed them that i am going out of the country, so i will take the same. Without my confirmation, they sent it for auction. And the biggest dialogue which they said is not satisfied. On behalf of me, someone went there to take back my gold at 11:30 and they said they were waiting to 11:00 am. But the day before they sent me the statement in that the particular loan has been removed. It means that was looted by muthoot. When i asked about the auction details they are not ready to share me. That clearly shows they looted my gold. I want your help to get it back
