My name is paromita banerjee, I have a gold loan in howrah domjur (west bengal) branch. My loan number is 01652/MUL/004069. Today I called the branch to know about the procedure for releases my ornaments but they deny to release. Sir/ mam as I have to attend a program I need my ornaments back. Kindly look into the matter.

I took Vehicle loan from Muthoot. When I got confirmation receipt there is mentioned other high interest rate after one year as compound. That was mentioned no where before signing the papar and even they didn't tell.
