Muthoot — No one helping employee

I Have forwarded many mails to all the higher authority but not a single mail is responded by anyone.
I mentioned all my problem in the trailing mails requesting everybody but no one is there . I am helpless and dont want to give resignation and without any reason they are terminating me .

My Problem was : I showed my all the problems to everyone & requested not to transfer me 30 kms away from my house .
( on no major ground they are transferring just one head is taking revengue from me)

1 )Dear Sir,

Information - I have been called at RO at Sharp 9:00 when I visited there.
There were 3 option put in front of me.
1 Whether to join at chinhat
2 or resign
3 we will terminate you
with due respect I want to tell you that due to the safety point I am unable to join at that location.

and I know my demand of not transferring me is completely guinuine and I did nothing wrong .So I will not resign.

I know that by presenting the incomplete information you will be misguided regarding me as I already informed due to revenge.

and even nobody is there to address my problem even if it is related to the safety point.

before this I was very confident that at least at the higher level Someone will help me but now the situation is much more worse for me.

For 2 days I am on leave due to Medical problem.

and when I join on Monday to the tranfered location after that any things happens due to the distance . Will be the company's responsibility.

Finally in problematic situation I will join on Monday as someone forcefully want me to join to take his revenge and he his at higher level in the company .

Sir I am still hoping for your response.

Sir, if you want I can show you the 90% to 100% target achievement at the same location.

Sir, as you committed that after seeing my performance we will transfer me to the nearest location.

But ' as you 2-3 days before that -

1) " There is no other place far away from this otherwise you will be transferred there "

Sir ' I am very much sorry for the previous leaves which I took in past . but still it was unavoidable leaves. Please don't take it Personal and help me instead of be in a revenge mood.

I am a very small employee of the largest organisation I am nowhere in front of you.

Finally i[censored] want I can unwillingly resign but please sir please help me.

Sample case- You called me today and I left office (HO) approx at 5:45 and till this time I am on the way to my home . still it will take 30 min to reach home. While chinhat is more 5 kms away from RO . so Approx 2.5 hrs will take to return my house and I know that so late it is not safe to me.

From google map I have attached the ppt for your reference . Now showing 27 Kms

there is a shortcut for the route also in 20 kms ( approx. ) but in complete route there in no conveyance available as of now.

sir, I request you to help me out in reference to Mainly for Female Security & for my personal reason too..

Dear Sir,

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to re-perform myself at Chinhat Location.

But something I want to put in your notice-

1) That I am in very much need of this job because my family background is not so much financially strong.

2) The opportunity provided by the organisation (Chinhat, lucknow ) is too far from my home . ( Min 25 Kms / side ) & the places between my home & the transferred place is :

( a ) Full of Traffic at many places

( b ) Complete route is full of metro construction ( Aashiyana, Kanpur road to Chinhat, faizabad road) which will take minimum 2.00 hrs to 2.5 hrs to reach back to home which is totally unsafe for us.

3) My husband is also working in a private organisation & my daughter is only 1.5 yrs old & no one is to take care to her at home because my father -in -law & mother-in-law both are no more .

So, anyhow we are struggling to mange with the daily life & before this transfer I was about to request to my seniors for the transfer at more nearby location ( as the place was vacant ).

Performance : As far as my performance is concern - I always given my 100 % & will continue to it.

My Performance always been satisfactory & I was never in the list of below performer since Joining.

Sir / Madam - It is my humble request to help me out in this regard by giving transfer to the nearby location ( Near Aashiyana )

I always trusted the organisational & I know that the company will having some heart for the employees too along with the organisational goals.
