Muthoot — not releasing my gold on repayment

Hi,

I have repaid my loan through online mode on muthoot website quick pay and the payment made is reflecting against my loan account in muthoot's website. The payment made is successful and i have received payment acknowledgement from muthoot. However, when i went to mathikere branch of muthoot in bangalore, they are refusing to release my jewels. It has been over 24 hours and i am not getting any resolution in spite of multiple visits to branch. I have a family function for which i need the gold jewels and they are not releasing the jewels after i have repaid the loan and done everything as requested by this company. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the company. Please help me take necessary action against the company.

Hi sir.im a custumer from 4years.here no proper response bye employees no respect no customer satisfaction sir plz kindly change are make do not happend again that employee name (Chandan Kumar ) if you don't believe check once in CCTV footage u came to know what's going on
