Muthoot — Online Payment Transaction Failed. But amount is not refunded

Hi This is G.Sivarama Krishna.My Loan Number is 3243/MFS/142. I have tried to pay my principal amount Rs.62230 through muthoot webportal on 01/09/2016. After some time it says my transaction got failed. But in my account amount is debited. I have asked the branch(maruthi nagar, mehdipatnam, Hyderabad) and they told amount is not deducted from my loan.But the amount is not credit into my savings account.
