Muthoot — repayment issued and updation issue

1. My mobile no. Is [protected] from the day i applied for loan where i have given them this number but till date they have not updated it every now-and-then they given excuses or say that they have updated it but server is not getting updated! The number which is linked with this id is of my mom i. E. [protected], which is casuing issue while making quick payment via your site. This issue i have informed in the branch 4-5 times but to vain.
As new staff has came in muthoot, awadhpuri they are not aware about the earlier work which is causing the customer (Like me) issues.

2. I have deposited the amount on 02/08/2017 the emi which came in the mobile no. [protected]. Fyi the message of emi is different from the payment i have to do, this issue is also been informed to the branch but they say make a call before doing payment! Is this how organization solve matters?
But they have charges other charges also even after they got the payment. Where is customer's mistake if they get wrong message about the payment details?

I have attached emi detail screenshot along with the payment receipt which the bank provided me after 07 days after doing the payment.

Kindly update my details so that i can make online payment via https://online.muthootfinance.com and plz make sure proper sms as send to me relating to payment. No misleading information are to be given plz. And the last payment issue whose receipt i have attached clarify what extra charges are charged and for what? I should sue you for sending me misleading payment details and that too on wrong number! I have given written application too for mobile number updation.

The staff should know almost all the matters and issues of branch and they should prompt enough to sort out the matter
