Muthoot — Transaction failed but amount debited from bank

I tried to repay my loan amount of Rs.8029 .50 through the imuthoot app on 7/05/2017 at 01:30 am For the loan number:00923/MBL/004449 Transaction failed but the amount was debited from my bank account. I was told that the amount would be refunded to my bank account within 24 hours, it's been more than 3 days and there is no refund yet.It has caused a great inconvenience to me. Kindly refund the money back to my bank account as soon as possible
