I have ordered a bouquet and cake for my wife on her birthday with order no.[protected] on 13th july 2017.
They have not delivered the order and when i called them they are very rude to me and disconnecting my call when i ask them for the refund and after several mails and final warning mail they replied me saying that only credit note is possible. These guys are very clever that if the delivery didnt happen they are very sure they will have the amount with them and issue credit note which is of no use, if they can issue a credit note why cant they refund the money, at any cost they wanted their sale to happen.

I am not interested with the credit note as i am not sure whether they will deliver the order or not and i dont want to have any transaction with these guys in the future.

Request your support to get refund of my 1575/- to the original payment mode.

I have attached their refund and cancellation policy where in clause 5 they have mentioned that refund is possible only if the service failure.

The same thing happened with me also, after placing my order they start to ask more money via a gmail account, and they are not willing to send invoice through official ID. Then I ask them explanation via Email but his reply is very rude and they are teasing me in all mail. Really I felt that I was trapped and cornered by some culture less fellows. After all I loose my money. At least someone should teach them how to write mail, how to respect peoples, I don't know how to complaint some one should take action against this cheating. These type things are badly affecting the goodwill of our country even. hope Karnataka Government will notice this and take action against them.

    I have booked a cake through online on 9th july 2017 for delivery on 10th july 2017. While booking i didn't get any information about the delivery charges and no confirmation calls. On 10th july when i contact to check the status at that time they inform me the delivery charges and i do make payment of the same. After that no status update when i keep call and ask the status they told that delivery will be done else the amount will be return. Till now the delivery was not done when i try to contact no response from there end.
    When i try to coordinate with them they are not responding.

    Now they are telling that order was not delivered because they called today for status check to my cousin who don't no Hindi and English as it is rural area. Because of rural area they charge me 300/- for delivery. And when i try to co-ordinate via phone they didn't respond and telling that the delivery was done which is not deliver.

      What a pathetic service it is. I have placed my order 2 weeks in advance after discussing with online chat option available within the site. I thought the service will be good from the response I got from the chat. But the day before delivery they asked for delivery charge (500rs). I felt like amount is high to deliver at a location which is 40mins away from their branch office so I asked to cancel the order. Immediatly I got a response saying like they wont cancel as the order is in processing state. As per the mail I received they said they wont order will not process until I pay delivery charges. When I called customer service, they were too arrogant, rude and not supportive. They were not ready to attend my calls or respond to my question (one time they attended). I lost my money, they spoiled my plans on my wife's bthday. they are not worth for 1 star rating. Please stay away from them. Mistake I did was I dint check rating before making order :(

        This was my first worse experience through a website.

        I wanted to deliver a cake and gift item to my little 7 year old nephew. The cost for combo was 1350/- and they charged me 250/- extra as midnight charges(I agreed as it was clearly mentioned over the website). I confirmed the same thing(midnight delivery) over the phone before placing the order and they agreed that they will deliver it on time but didn't do that. On the next day when I called them they said this is outer place and you have to pay 150/- extra for the delivery and they will not refund the money but they will add it in myflowergift.com account, I had left with no option so paid the remaining 150/- so total 1750/- for a combo. But they delivered the cake late in the evening after many calls and mails, which was expected to be delivered one day before. Don't know why they change their number mentioned over the website again and again.

        You can imagine yourself the feeling of that little boy.

        I would like to say that they don't have any rights to play with the feelings of others, either they should improve their services or shut down such websites.

          This website myflowergift.com is a fake one. I regret why i did not read reviews of it before ordering. My order was not delivered on the day I requested . I kept calling throughout the day but the no. was switched off. Next day i called them and the response I got "Our office remains close on Sundays". Upon asking about order status the response was 'I don't know'.
          When I asked for refund the lady over the call disconnected the call THRICE. I do not know if my money will be refunded. :(
          This site should be blocked so that they don't cheat others.

            I ordered a cake for 700 rupess yesterday.. They did not mentioned any delivery charge while ordering... But today afternoon they asked me to pay 350 for delivery.. After a long argument i paid that also... Till now the cake is not delivered... I am having all records of order and telephonic conversation in recoreded mode... Definetely going to book a case against the website...

              I ordered flowers and a cake to be delivered on 5th june 2017. On the date of delivery i was called and asked to make an additional payment of rs. 250 on top of rs. 999 because it is a remote location. This payment was done within 45min of receiving the payment link. Yet, the order was not delivered. I was screamed at by the customer service that i made the payment 2 hours late but i have emails to prove otherwise. I asked for cancelation on 7th after waiting for 3 days for the delivery and continuously calling them. Today when i asked for a refund they said it is not possible and i can use credit. If they do not deliver, what will i do with that credit? I need my refund from this company.

                I ordered cake and paid Rs.250 extra for midnight delivery. The cake did not come and they just put a petty mail for it. When calling them phone was switched off. They did not even tell when the cake will be delivered again. They did not even refund my Rs.250. Upon asking the lady replied so rudely and cut the call. Finally the cake came at 9:30 pm the next day. The cake quality wad horrible and nowhere like the cake shown in the website. Such cheap website cheating so many people. They have to be punished.

                  This is with reference to order of cake to be delivered yesterday and but it was not delivered with reason unknown.

                  If they cannot deliver why they took the order on the first place and also after placing order they should have informed me that it cannot be delivered, i would have contacted some one else.

                  I want refund for this and also such organization should be immediately shut down to avoid problems to other individuals as well.

                    I had placed couple of orders in the month of Feb for valentines day. Order Numbers are[protected] INR and[protected] INR respectively. The orders were not delivered and after several tries, i got a chance to speak to them and they agreed to send me the credit note.
                    Well the credit note was sent as two emails for those orders . Now I have requested them to place two orders against those two credit notes. So far I have not received any order confirmation and at the same time the mobile number [protected] which has been provided, to contact them is switched off and no update through Whatsapp as well . What am i supposed to do? The email address from where you must have received the request is a.[protected]@gmail.com. If they cannot place the order then they have to make an arrangement to return the money which comes 3400 INR in total.

                    Please help me to get this issue sorted out.

                      On 15th Feb i ordered a (order #[protected] Arrangement of 25 carnations and roses with 1 pound chocolate fantasy fresh cream cake and a set of 6 pcs of full blown balloons. They took the delivery address on the website . They accepted my payment .Then the delivery was not made . on repeatedly calling them there was no answer, either on mail or on phone .Finally when i did get through, the customer care girl was extremely rude ! On asking her why my delivery was not made on the specified date she asked me where was my delivery to be made . They already had the address . when i told her the place, she said we do not deliver there .Why then did they take my money ?? Why did they accept the address and pin code when i entered them in the website ?? She also is now refusing to refund my amount Rs1, 650.00. So they took my money, refuse to deliver the items I provided, on top of that have to audacity to be rude ! I then read the reviews, it seems i am not the first one to be scammed ! they have scammed many people . They have a plenty of bad reviews, people have been scammed by them before as well . I wish i had read those reviews before ordering !

                        I had placed an order[protected]. I had called on customer support number to ask when the order will be delivered. Support lady told me to pay Rs 400 more for order delivery. Then I asked her to cancel the order and refund me my money in my bank account . So she told me that we will not going to refund money in your bank account. If you want you can use the money for further shopping. This fake site has blocked my money. In the website, user has to enter pincode if they are charging money for those pincodes then show some alert to user that you have to pay extra money for your order. they dont even respect worst service.

                          The cake I ordered was listed in eggless cake category on the link http://www.myflowergift.com/online-cake-india/eggless-cakes/butterscotch-fresh-c...

                          A cake which contained egg was sent so it was returned. Also, I clearly mentioned address of delivery at the time of placing the order but I was charged Rs200 extra for wrong address. I told customer care and asked for refund they refused.

                            I had ordered a cake for my parents wedding anniversary from the website myflowergift.com on[protected], after calling them and confirming with them that the order will be delivered on the same day before 6PM. It was a Saturday the order was suppose to be delivered.As the order was not delivered till 5.30PM, I called the customer care asking the status and they told me the order is out for delivery, but did not receive the order.
                            I called them many times after that but no one responded and the next day which is Sunday also no one responded.I mailed them asking the status, still no response.finally when i called on Monday they just gave me a blank answer that the order is delivered, no further details like when it was delivered?to whom it was delivered?nothing.
                            No further responds from them at all.

                            I hav ordered flowers with order id.[protected] n paid rs879, to deliver in trivandrum, kerala. They said will be delivered (14/2/2017) and itz not delivered today too.. The customer care phone number is switched off. I lost money and since m an advocate i will go to the last court against this company. This is a fraud network and i will stop this

                                I had placed the order of black forest cake from the website myflowergift.com to be delivered on[protected] with order id[protected]. The order has not been delivered yet, that is,[protected]. I would like to know the status of my order and by when will it be delivered as there is a specific purpose for which i had sent it. I tried contacting the number given in the website but did not get any response and neither did i get any response of the mails and messages i sent them through their website. Kindly update me in this regard as soon as possible.

                                    Am booked a b day cake for me from this site. Delivery was confirmed one day late but the product i received is of worst and poor quality. Even the product not even resemble the original as booked on site.
                                    For the product of around Rs. 450, the company has charged Rs.1200 from us.please block this website .he need cash only.

                                        I had make the order vide order no.[protected] to deliver the cake on 28/03/2016 and is not delivered to me when asked about the delivery they told me that they will be not able to deliver the cake and after that they stopped responding on phone.
                                        Many of the complaints are on facebook page kindly look into the matter.
                                        They are neither refunding my money nor delivered the cake.
                                        Now i want my money back.
