I have ordered flower & chcolates to be delivered to my wife on our wedding anniversary. Invoice no.[protected].Before placing order I had confirm on the no.[protected] whether they provide service to my desired location and Mr.Kiran has confirm the same. On the delivery day I kept calling them to know delivery status of flowers & chocolates but they didnt replied satisfactorily when in the evening I told them to provide exact status Mr.Kiran was very rude to me, used abusive language, given threat me to kill etc. They are big cheater, play with your emotions attached with the occasion. We should not let go such nuisance, I am short of words to explain how bad these people are.

    This a complain against online website www.myflowergift.com This website sells cakes as well as gifts to their online customers. One year back I also make an order for 1 kg chocolate dream heart shape cake with 30 red roses bouquet with 1 feet height pink color teddy bear with Order #[protected] on 10 January 2014. And i also paid mid night charges for mid night delivery around Rs. 250 for 30th January but to my surprise no delivery had been done in mid night and I personally have to collect the bouquet and cake from their vendor on next day but till now no teddy bear as well as my midnight charges were refunded. This is a fake website and they don't even let us to write the testimonials on their website... There are lot of complains by other consumers also on google reviews. Please check that also. and When I protest for my money they misbehave with me and said abusive words to me and my family on phone as well as on their website also. And when I told them that I will go to consumer forum, they said it would be their pleasure because in this forum all persons were his men only. I had already lost about 5000 rs. Please make a necessary action against these website owners Asap. I will be highly Grateful of yours.

      I have ordered cake and flowers for mom's birthday. Order #[protected] to be delivered on 26Apr15. Till now it is not delivered and i am not getting favorable response from the company. I want to get my order cancelled and get money refund. I have asked them multiple times and i am yet to get response

        I placed an order today thro My Flower Gift Site for my Brother's Birthday. Fixed Delivery Time. But the Order was not delivered on time. Also the Customer Care Guy ( +[protected] Chennai was talking so rude and not giving correct status of the Order. Over the Chat the Customer Care Executive told that the order would be processed on time and it dint happen. I am extremely frustated with this kind of Behaviour. Please Dont order through this Site www.myflowergift.com/‎ as they give False Promises...

          Dear Friends, Please be aware, they are the real cheaters, they are the biggest fraud in Banaglore, police are looking out for them. The customer service is very bad, and I have lost 2000 rupees and these people never delivered the product and they cheated me, please dont buy from these people. I have reported to the police at Cybercrime department Mr. Lokesh Kumar on [protected] or [protected] and explain the problem to Mr. Lokesh Kumar, he is looking out for them, soon he is going to put them behind the bars. I want to save you guys, please be aware of this my flower gift dot com.

I ordered Rose bouquet, for 20pcs I paid more than Rs 800/-, but they have provided me normal/local roses instead of Dart Roses, started losing its strength within 3hrs.               I will never give any one suggestion to opt for this site. I had ordered cake on 10th dec 2014 at morning 10:00am and they told it would be delivered at regardingly 4 hours but [censored] of them till 8 it was no where. At 9 pm he delivered cake with nuisance created by disturbing the person to whom cake had been gifted. Never ever opt for this site you will regret and bang your head to wall. once i called for my update that where the cake has been reached the person is argue " you have opted for free delivery than it will take time". What they are thinking they are providing very important service, irritable it is.

                I've ordered bouquet with Midnight delivery option. They did not deliver the product even on the next day. The customer care team is not at all responding and telling that our contact number is not reachable. They did not even try to contact my number and not providing any tracking information. Also, they are not refunding my money and providing irresponsible answers. Need to take necessary action against these fraudulent services. These kind of sites should be blocked.

                  I had placed an order with this website to be delivered at midnight in Goa.It was a birthday gift and before booking I had specifically asked in a chat window ( Riya) on this website if they could deliver it at wanted time .They agreed readily but with an extra charge of Rs 250. While making the payment, Rs 1300( cost of order) and extra Rs 2350 was debited from my account . When I asked about this extra debit, They denied receiving Rs 2350 but my bank message on phone showed me that Rs 2350 was debited... On all this, order wasn't delivered at agreed time and I had to call up at two nos shown on website ..After calling for multiple times, A guy came on phone and told me that delivery guy had met with an accident..and started giving me humanitarian lectures and also commented that I was negative enough to not to understand all that. I asked him to get the order delivered next morning but he refused and when I asked for my money refund, he denied. Since then whenever I call them They are either not picking up my calls or switching both the nos. off.([protected] /[protected]) or if someone picks up she will acts as if she cant hear me and then switch the phone off for next few hours...Now in evening when I called again, a woman says she is Priya and told me that I shouldn't be calling them again and they aren't scared of anything.

                    I had placed order for a flower bouquet (specifically made from NIshigandha/rajanigandha and red roses) and chocolates (order no. #[protected]. Since I wanted the above mentioned flowers specifically, I had a chat, twice with their online assistance to confirm if they can exactly deliver same flowers; Online support assured the same. In all I paid Rs. 2199. But actually what was delivered was just a road side bouquet which even without bargaining one can get for not more than Rs. 150. I repeatedly mailed them but no reply. Initially for long time they didnot attend the call and when connected it was very rudely answered. When asked about 'why did they replace order to something cheap?' They said 'those flowers requested were not available with them and as per their terms and conditions if the ordered material is not available with them they will replace order with something of same cost'. I tried to explain them that since I wanted only specific flowers so had chatted with your online assistance just a day before, why didn't they convey it to me. Still I understand if those flowers were not available they could have mailed me so that I could have selected something available with them '. The exact words I was answered with were 'We have other orders to deal with and get lost' . Is this the way to answer your costumers, one who pays for your service ? And if their was a problem in delivering my customised order why didn't they contact me immediately? You can find the photo attached to find out which bouquet was actually delivered. Do u think they have replaced the good worthy of the cost ordered? I would say waste your money and spoil your special day, invite headache by ordering though this site.

                      i had ordered flowers for my mom on16th aug 2014, these guys told me they can deliver the flowers to the address mentioned but never deliver the flowers that day, i called next day the number mentioned on website was switched off whereas its mentions under terms and conditions that they works 365days i called monday evening they told me they have to talk to manager about it so they told me to callback tomorrow, i called tuesday they said we cannot process refund. the guy who was suppose to deliver met with an accident and we have to bear the cost and we can forward you a link u can send flowers to someone else, after multiple contacts they answered the call but they dont speak, im fed up with this people as i feeel these people are fraudsters and they just take money from people and dont deliver any stuff. i want a strict action to be taken against these people and i want my Rs.1000 back from them. this is their address: #6/6, 4th cross, begur road, hongasandra, bomanahalli bangalore, Karnataka India - 560041 Phone : +[protected] www.myflowergift.com

                        Dear Friends Please don't order any gifts from this site..these people are big fraud.I ordered rakhi package worth Rs 2000 to be sent to bhopal ...to my surprise they send the order back to me only as it was easy for them to send the item within bangalore.When I asked them the reason they responded very badly ...disconnected my calls and even used bad words .After booking my order I didn't received any confirmation mail carrying the details of my order.Move over when i asked them the order number for tracking they gave me some order number which was invalid. Till now i haven't received any mail from them . They took my order back and also didn't refunded my money. I am going to place a complaint against these fraud ppl.

                          No match between the pictures put up on the site and what they sent!I was so disappointed by what was sent! I had ordered something entirely different and spent about Rs1450. The basket of flowers I had selected online and what was sent had absolutely no connection. They sent something which can merely pass as flowers.If you just want to something to be delivered then you are on the right site but if you want something beautiful to be sent then do not proceed with Myflowergift! I had also ordered two red heart shaped balloons but they sent two ordinary yellow balloons. I had also ordered chocolate fantasy but what they sent looked very different. Very disappointing!

                            I had made a payment for 1100 for flowers and cake, which was to be delivered to my house. Failing which, when I started making calls for a refund, i got no answer to my mail messages, online chat or calls. Please investigate and make sure I get back my money. I have invoices and all the mails sent and recieved to and from the company.

                              My Flower Gift are a bunch of fraud people. I had ordered for a cake, flowers and balloons for my relative in India. The photos on their website http://www.myflowergift.com/ were just images they uploaded and the cake and flowers was not even close to the photos on their website. The cake was spoilt and my family suffered from food poisoning due to this. When I contacted the customer service for help, they abused me verbally saying that I was a cheat and the parcel should not have been accepted. How can one not accept the parcel if it is a gift. A bunch of frauds!!! Never buy anything from them for anyone...You will be wasting money and also feeding spoilt cakes to other people. A bunch of rude liars!! thats My Flower Gift!!! If you cant deliver the right order, atleast learn to accept your fault than blaming customers! SHUT DOWN YOUR BLOODY BUSINESS!!! LOSERS!

                                I have ordered a flower wreath for Rs2200+200 for delivery but they delivered a flower bunches worth RS400 as per their website. I called them and reported that they have delivered a wrong product. They verified and acknowledged there was a mistake on their part. However they did not make any effort to correct their mistakes instead they made lame excuses. I am totally disappointed on their service. This kind of experience reduce trust on e-commerce business in India. I hope Indian will do necessary action against fraud online shops and protect consumer interest.

                                  Sir I ordered cake from new Delhi from MY FLOWER GIFT to be delivered on 20 May 2014 at around 9:30pm to 10:00 pm from its website via computer(Internet).TThe name of cake was "Chocolate Fantasy Half Kg fresh Eggless Cream Cake".This cake was to be delivered at Salt Lake city, Kolkatta.But they didn't delivered the cake we saw on the website.On the website it was very Chocolaty but in reality they sent very simple cake charging same price.They also charged Rs.200 more for Fixed time Delivery.Now when we asked for money back they Said:"Get Lost".Plesae see to it.I am sending you the the photos. First Photo is what we saw on website Second Photo what they delivered.

                                    Yesterday was my husband's birthday and i made an online delivery of item pfc1 order no[protected] through myflowergift.com to his office address. I had made lot of other arrangements at office but I was very much disappointed when the delivery was not done on time. I had asked for a delivery before 3.30 PM and max 4.00 PM. I clearly told them that my husband will leave by 4.00 PM. But when I call at 3.45 they say the delivery will be done by 5.30 PM. I requested them to do it at least by 4.30. They said they will try. I was continuously following up and they were saying it will take another 1 hr, 1/2 hour an hour but no concrete reply.This company is operating from Bangalore and I made the order from Chennai. When i asked for the Chennai contact, they were not ready to give any number. After calling couple of times, they stopped picking my call. But if I try from a diff number they are picking. Is this a Professional Etiquette? Excellent Customer Service must be the motto of online company but they were so un-professional. I have tried to call them at least 30 times but they didn't pick the call (some they didn't pick, some they cut after 4 to 5 rings, once they put the line on hold and didn't turn up and the call got disconnected automatically) By the time they brought the delivery my husband had already left the company. We had lot of other dependencies. If they cannot do something, they should not commit to it.People ordering through online will have lots of plans and expectations to surprise the receiver. Is this the way to spoil everything? Atlast at 5.30 the delivery boy calls my husband and says I'm here. When u see that's a different address. He came back from half the way and he has asked him to come near tharamani station, the person has gone to thiruvanmayur station. My husband is waiting and waiting and then he calls up to say I'm waiting in a different place. It took 45 mins to coordinate and get the cake and bouquet. After all these hurdle when u see the product delivered has no relevance with the picture posted in the site. Site said 25 roses, bouquet had only 20 roses that too not fresh ones. Picture had white and red roses and went i asked the agent Rhiya said yes white and red roses but it didn't have any white roses in the border. Cake had a gift box picture and i was told that the cake will be packed in the gift box as shown in picture but it was from a local bakery in a normal cake box. There was no message written on the card. There was no card or even paper on the bouquet.It was not at all worth for the money paid (Rs 1350). When my husband called up the company number[protected], they are not responding well. Second time when he called up they are not picking the phone. When we called from a different number they are picking and when v asked y r u not picking when v call from other number, the lady agent who was speaking said we can't keep answering all your calls. We are not here for that. I really don't understand for what else are they their? We really got annoyed. Knowing its my husband's birthday she was not talking were rudely to him. When my husband said, we are not happy with the delivery and we will raise a consumer complaint if they don't respond properly, she is saying u do whatever u can, v r not bothered. We cannot do anything. We can't refund the money or take back the products and she hung the phone. Is this a way a company staff responds to the customer complaint? Total Un-Trustworthy company.When I called up again, she is saying your husband said he will go to consumer court, y r u talking and wasting our time. You do what u can. I'm talking and she hung the phone. I have never seen such a worst company in my life. Company with such rude, arrogant and undisciplined workers.Will never want even my deadliest enemy to undergo such experience. Worst online shopping company. No one should suffer like us using this site.The whole day was spoiled because of them and their customer service. I wanted things to be a surprise for my husband but unfortunately even he had to get involved and he was also totally upset with the service.Definitely some action has to be taken. I have seen several similar complaints posted in this website and several other complaint websites. I feel some action has to be taken rather than just being a repository of complaints.Sincerely hope something will be done for suffering consumers like us.The level of disappointment can be judged with the detailed complaint and the time taken by me to write this complaint.

                                      These people are fraud. They could not deliver the cake. Nobody even bothered to inform that the delivery could not be made. They called me to ask for a Rs 200 extra online payment since the address was far at 1 pm when I had asked them to make the delivery in the morning. This extra charge should have been mentioned on the website when I was ordering the cake. When I asked for a refund they said that it will be made within 3 days and now after end number of calls they tell me that the refund cannot be made.
