Wanted to surprise my Wife for this years Valentines Day; but however it was ruined due to the fact that the delivery was not made on the day (14th February 2023).

Before making the order I spoke to someone over WhatsApp call and then after the order was made I had to change my mobile number (via email) before the delivery was going to be made; no one replied meaning I was ignored!.

I then tried calling them on WhatsApp again, but no answer or either no replies back. My Dad also tried ring them directly, their phone number was switched off, but where as it should be on for their customers and not for their needs.

Due to this particular reason I highly suggest no one orders from them; as they ruin your day and the surprise too. I will now take them to tue court - IF I DON’T GET FULL REFUND!.

I had ordered with myflowergift.com on 27th February 2023 for Rs 8900 to deliver it on 02nd March 2023 in advance and i told them to deliver it in morning shift they said okay. after paying the money there was no response. No one is responding to the Customer care number given on the website. I even emailed the email Id given there but I received failure with a message 'this email doesn't exist'. then i email again to other e-mail address of theirs there was no response. Then on 02nd March 2023 i reminded them again to deliver the products then at around 01:00 p.m i received e-mail from them asking for additional Rs 800 for delivery i replied back to them why i should pay extra as i have already paid in full what was mentioned on website and my order should have reach today and i refused the pay the Rs 800 extra. then they sent me e-mail saying the order is cancelled and will refund the money but till now they did not paid the money back and no one is responding. Also mobile is switched off. I lost my money and time.
Seems this is a fake company and similar kind of sites should be banned. They are fraud, scammers, looting people.
i am surprised that this company having so many complaints with them are still operating in our country.
This should be considered as a case of fraud and the persons responsible should be penalised and stopped/blocked from the internet.
I request people not to buy any product from myflowergift.com.

    I had ordered flower bouquet on 14th February with an extra amount to deliver as per the timing I wanted but it's wasn't delivered. No one is responding to the Customer care number given on the website. I even emailed the email Id given there but I received failure with a message 'this email doesn't exist'.
    I want my refund of 750/-. Kindly find the receipt as attached file with this complaint.

      I ordered a flower through this web, the product is not delivered and no response from customer support, no response for mail, what's app, chat option, also mob no provided is switched
      I lost my money n time,
      Seems this is a fake company and similar kind of sites should be banned.
      My Flower Gift customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      There is no update from them, i wonder how a company like this is still operational in India inspite of several customer complaints .
      All consumers should joinly file a petition to Court/ respective govt authority for a solution and ban this service in India and no one further fall in their trap by seeing thier ads and fake testimonials.
      Still no update, what's the next level of escalation, all should file a petition to court to wind up this fake online company,

        I made an order on 13th Feb 2023 No. [protected] around Rs 3000. It was supposed to deliver on 14th Feb. The order was not delivered and no one answered my calls, email or messages. Only one time they answered the call and asked for additional Rs 800 as delivery charge.
        Surprised that this company having so many complaints with them are still operating in our country.
        This should be considered as a case of fraud and the persons responsible should be penalised and stopped/blocked from the internet.

            Ordered cake for 1100 and 200 delivery. They promised to deliver in 2 hrs but it hasn't been delivered even after 2 days. No response from the support.

            This is an absolute scam

              I placed an order for flowers (Order # [protected]) on 3rd Feb to be delivered on 5th Feb. The order was accepted and payment deducted from my bank account. However, it was not delivered nor was any update provided. When I contacted the customer support, they gave a one-line answer that credit note will be issued. There was no apology nor explanation. Upon further enquiry, another one-line saying that order could not be delivered due to flower shortage. This is false as other orders have been delivered at the same location by other providers. The customer support is irresponsible and rude, and have not provided any update on my request for refund.

                I ordered 1 KG Birthday cake with flowers and a customized mug woth Rs.3500 on 17th Jan 2023 and given the delivery date on 22nd of Jan 2023. On 22nd when we contacted them, they told you need to pay delivery charges Rs500. We told them we will collect. We received the collection address. when contacted the delivery person, they told they just recived the order to prepare cake, a simpe cake. When we collected the cake it was a 500 grams cake with duplicate mug and flowers which was not matching the orignalpicture shown to us. We recived the cake next day on 23rd Jan 2023.
                These people (myflowergift) are fraud sitting in a remote place and make money. They dont even share their address. I request people not to buy any product from myflowergift.com.

                  once you place the order and your money is debited they don't deliver the product or never refund.

                  I placed online order worth 1975rs, order ID [protected], however the order was not delivered, when I sent email response was fresh flower is not available ' what sort of response is this???

                  This site is absolute scam, please never order from this site, they are cheating customers by some false testimonials on their website.

                    I placed an online gift delivery order with My Flower Gift.com on January 12th, 2023, and I paid INR 1, 200.00 for the service. Since then, they have not delivered my order and have stopped answering my calls and emails. When I first checked with them, they said they had already delivered the package, but when I checked with the recipient, they hadn't received any calls or messages either. When I demanded a refund since the present wasn't delivered, they stated they would only give me a credit note. Since the occasion has passed, I request a refund of my money because they defrauded me. I paid INR 200.00 for the same day delivery. When I requested for my money back because the goods hadn't delivered, they claimed they would only provide a credit note. They are currently not replying and have not returned my money.

                          On January 12, 2023, I had the same experience, and I complained about it to the national consumer forum seeking a redressal.

                            I placed the order for birthday cake today on 21st oct 2022, at 7:30 Pm through WhatsApp no [protected], i paid through link provided by the person who was chatting me on WhatsApp . I got confirmation of my order and he promised to deliver it in one hour . Thereafter i keep on trying on WhatsApp no and calling ([protected]) but no one is answering . Its a birthday cake and my all guest are waiting for it. And still no update. They spoil my daughter birthday

                              myflowergift agreed to deliver a chocolate cake 1kg + Sula wine (total INR 3, 900) + Greeting card (additional INR 250) + fixed delivery time (additional INR 200) on 02 Oct 2022

                              There was no greeting card. It was embarrassing they scribbeled happy birtheday in a horrible handwriting... I have images, see attached... cant you get Rs. 10 spent to get it printed black and white on A4 paper.

                              The message was not the same as I put.

                              The cake was delivered late and not at the fixed time. for which I was charged additionally.

                              Sula wine was not given as promised, and some unknown brand was delivered - the bottle looks dated.
                              Newspaper packaging, and they promise good quality packaging on website

                                Cake quality was not good. Price was too high. The cake which is hardly cost 850 I paid 1850 bucks. You guys are looting public. I will spread my words fo not using this site.
                                I sent the design and ask for chocolate cake inside. You guys don't even understand the requirement of customer. Worst service and cake ever. Total waste of money.

                                  Have made an order online for my loved ones Birthday, the gift hasn't delivered after 2 days, also contacted via email on the next day no response.

                                  Called the customer care, answered the call and keep quiet more than 5 minutes on the line and put down the phone, later they blocked the phone and not connecting

                                  no response after sending so many emails, fed up with my very first order, poor customer care, as if they are thinking its there own company

                                  They are just sending email saying they will issue a credit note for the same.

                                  As a unsatisfied customer I don’t want the credit note, as there services are very poor. Getting a credit note from this type of companies are not worth it, so kindly advise them to give a full refund to my account

                                    Ordered Cake after having a Discussion whether it is available in our locality or not with same Quantity and even shared product link to reconfirm and is there any hidden charges for which they said it is available and No Hidden Charges twice.

                                    But on the day of Delivery they are mentioning the Quantity I ordered is not available and i have to replace order with more Quantity and when i asked for refund they are saying it will be a credit note i can use it only in their site.

                                    They are Disconnecting calls when we have a discussion on this.

                                    I have all the proofs with chat messages, Not sure why it is still operational even after these many customers got cheated and these people still continuing the same.

                                    Its like they are taking our money showing cakes and flowers and keeping the money in their account and playing with people emotions and health which is not forgivable.

                                      Hello,
                                      I have ordered flowers bouquet with fruit cake and paid INR 3200 including delivery fees.
                                      But they are not responding . I tried to reach on WhatsApp and call but no one is responding .
                                      And my order is not delivered as per given time .
                                      They are scammers .Please beware of them. I will not spare them and will reach out to cyber team too.

                                        I ordered a bouquet for my anniversary, it was a short notice so I was looking for someone who can delivery in the same day.
                                        I found this page online I thought it was legit and made the purchase, the worst part was before making the payment I contacted the company helpline to confirm if they can delivery on the same day they said yes and asked me to make the payment since I was in a rush I made the payment. Soon after making the payment they stopped responding back to me text and no update was shared about my order.
                                        I contacted them the next day to inquire, the customer handling team said they will check and resolve but nothing happened. My order still stuck with them for more than 3 consecutive days :/
                                        I am highly disappointed on their services and fake promises.
                                        Hope this complaint reaches the decision maker of the company to either stop making fake promises please 🙏🏻🙏🏻
