Greetings, Sir/Madam I placed an online gift delivery order with My Flower Gift.com on January 12th, 2023, and I paid INR 1, 200.00 for the service. Since then, they have not delivered my order and have stopped answering my calls and emails. When I first checked with them, they said they had already delivered the package, but when I checked with the recipient, they hadn't received any calls or messages either. When I demanded a refund since the present wasn't delivered, they stated they would only give me a credit note. Since the occasion has passed, I request a refund of my money because they defrauded me. I paid INR 200.00 for the same day delivery. When I requested for my money back because the goods hadn't delivered, they claimed they would only provide a credit note. They are currently not replying and have not returned my money.

All consumers should joinly file a petition to Court/ respective govt authority for a solution and ban this service in India and no one further fall in their trap by seeing thier ads and fake testimonials.
