Cake quality was not good. Price was too high. The cake which is hardly cost 850 I paid 1850 bucks. You guys are looting public. I will spread my words fo not using this site.
I sent the design and ask for chocolate cake inside. You guys don't even understand the requirement of customer. Worst service and cake ever. Total waste of money....

This shop is very disappointing.. i ordered 2 rakhi and they delivered 1.. i ordered a cake from their catalogue but they delivered a different one from the photo that i sent them not mentioning the mug that is too ordinary for its price..

I’m not complaining on the high cost of their products but its their very poor and low quality items and services..

I had placed an order on 28-July-2022 and even paid additional for fixed time delivery. Their customer service was so prompt and fast in grabbing the order. On the day of expected delivery, there is no response from them. When I finally got in touch with them, they sounded very irresponsible and fraud. The lady who took the call was very rude and unprofessional.
