I placed an order on December 14, 2020 3:00:33 PM IST for 19th of December 2020. The order ID was #[protected]. The shipping method was done by Mid Night Delivery and they charged the amount of Rs 250 for it. But the cake was delivered 3 hours before the actual time and the delivery boy behavior was very rude towards the customer. Moreover, the total cost of the cake invoice is Rs 2, 175.00 ($0.01) that is shown in my mail but they charged Rs 50 extra and collected the amount of Rs 2, 225. So, it is my humble request to take a strict action for costing extra charge, the rude behavior of the delivery boy and for not delivering the cake at the given time

Ordered bunch of mixed flowers of lilies, jarberra and carnation and paid 250 for midnight delivery. They delivered now which is 1:30 PM 29 November with just One yellow dead lily and 4 low quality flower which would not cost even ₹10 per piece if bought from roadside. Called several times during midnight to know the status and tried to chat but not successful Called again today to complain about it, Agent is very rude and not apologetic.

I am sharing my experience here which most of you may agree with and very few ( those who are lucky enough to had a chance to have a successful business with myflowergift.com) will disagree.

My friend who is residing outside India placed an order through these folks for a birthday cake delivery, but they did not deliver the cake on time and did not update anything about the delay. Upon tying to reaching out to them they did...

Before placing the order I have asked them whether the product will be delivered on the same day itself they replied immediately that it will be delivered within 2 hrs and I placed the order on 18/11/2020. But still it has not delivered. I have contacted them many times and also texted them on WhatsApp but no response... I have lost 1000₹. I have also asked them to refund the amount still no reply from them

My order[protected] should have been delivered by 14 November 2020 but it hasn't delivered yet. I asked for refund but the customer care refused to do that and even i asked to deliver the order today but they denied for that also. Moreover, the customer care representative is highly unprofessional. She cut my call in between every time I called.

Supposed to deliver birthday cake yesterday 14th November 2020. Until 15th November today not yet delivered and no one is responding.

I thought not to post this but my alter ego is forces me otherwise, my wife ordered a birthday cake for our friend from the site mentioned (https://www.myflowergift.com/), we were charged 2000 Rs but the customer service was very bad, and the the contact numbers mentioned in the site is non responsive.and if they respond it is very aggressive.. finally after 6 days of the birthday the cake was delivered with a different flavor,

Customer service is very bad and unorganized.

it was my wedding aniversary on 30 of this month . i wanted to give surprise gift for my wife so i called myflowergift .com before i placing an order i gave the post code and asked them if they could deliver on 30th they said they can deliver in 2 hours time .Based on that promise i placed the order . waited for 4 hours they didnt deliver so i called them again then someone picked and said gift is already out for delivery . mean while i had emailed them if they cant deliver on 30/10/2020 . i want to cancel the order and need refund . they never replied back . i tried calling them several times on 31st never answered at first then someone picked the call, when i was asking about my order they said they will deliver on 1st of november 2020. i was bit furious about the situation and the person on the phone was getting angry even though it was his mistake and giving me some stupid excuses .

This people are playing with peoples emotions and feelings . it was special day for me which was ruined by them . if they cant deliver they could have just informed me so i could have checked other options . they dont even feel sorry for what they did . even if i dont get refund i dont want them to do this to anyone else . you can make money but never get the moments back .

I ordered the cake and flower last month before placing the ordered so i checked their online customer representative and they promised me that they will deliver unfortunately they did not deliver my cake nor flower when i asked my refund back they staff extremely rude and they said they will not refund first they are spoiling important day of customer life just for little money.

I placed order no.[protected] &[protected]Total around10k) with extra amount for[protected] for pin code 412308 which is part of pune city, but till date on[protected] none of the order are delivered. They are not responding on watsapp, on chat support online they are disconnecting and writing back arrogantly and crap. On call i change nos to call or else they are not picking from my regular no. On email after 4 emails they replied they are delievring today then i called from idffrent no, they said only one they will be delivering today which is also not delievred and for 2nd one they are saying dont know when it will be delievred.
They are complete fraud which needs to be reported officialy so that people are not cheated.

Ref order no#[protected], i am select product from their online site, provide address and made payment in between they can't show or informed they don't have delivery in that area. After one week contact with them because of no response they said it cant deliver because of they dont have deliver in this area. Took money and cancelled them selves then they said it cant refund. I had ordered for a cake on 27th july as a part of surprise for my mother’s birthday. I had called them on their number mentioned on their site and spoke to ms. Aditi, who guaranteed me that the cake will be delivered same day in 2 hrs and all i was suggested to do was to opt for fixed delivery charges too along with my final payment, but however the cake was not delivered within the said time frame. Also they were not answering most of their calls and also dint respond to messages. This gave me a idea that their service was only customer places an order and after that we are just a piece of #.

They really loot people’s money.

After multiple attempts to call them, mail them i found that they will not deliver to my area due to some lame excuses which i had crossed checked before placing the order.

I requested for a refund and they had guided me to their agent who replied very rudely. Agents mail was [protected]@gmail.com. There was a trail of mails with them and eventually they said they will issue a credit not valid for a year and cannot be used on any new year, christmas or valentine’s day. However i told them that i was disappointed with their service and wanted a refund only. They refused and they replied stating not to mail them asking for the same thing. I shall attach the screenshots of their conversations along with this complaint. I was literally been looted by them and i also find them looting many people here. Looking for a refund not a credit note.

They have not yet delivered my order. When i called they had asked for extra payments.. I am so disappointed. They are such a fake platform.

This site is a scam. They have cheated a lot including me.. I have ordered and it was undelivered, my money also not refunded. Please visit their fb account you will get to know the scam. Please do something about this site as its cheating people everyday.

Hi my name is harry, i ordered a cake from myflowergift.com website, with one chocolate box and candles, they charge me money but my things did not got delivered and our special day got spoiled and after they did not picked up the phone and did not reply on my emails.
This is such a scam website and fraud people

I had ordered champagne and white roses and paid rs. 2900 online for delivery on 28.05.2020 for delivery in hyderabad. I did not receive and order no. Or confirmation detail, so i called the customer care and was told to email them on [protected]@myflowergift.com. The replied from a different email i. E. [protected]@gmail.com saying my order was confirmed and will be delivered.
When they delivered they sent a bottle of port wine worth rs185 and a mix of carnations with some other cheap flower total not even being rs.800
When i called the customer care they did not answer and today i. E 29.05.2020 they blocked my calls and my whatsapp msgs. I also emailed them on both emails and no answer. I used a different number to call customer care and they cut the call on me after telling me they are "free to deliver whatever they want as per the terms and conditions, and dont need to inform me if something isnt available". After which the cut the call on me.

I would like a refund and also their business shut down since they are cheating so many customers. They are rude and misbehaved and are making money off people by tricking them into paying for one thing and delivering cheaper products that they feel like.

I have placed order for midnight delivery but i didn’t arrive and now when i am calling the support the lady own call is rude and saying she have no idea why it’s not deliver yet and will let us know shortly. After waiting two hours when i called her she said they have got cake n bouquet but not wine and waiting for wine... N now when i am calling them they are not answering or responding. Also, the lady on call suggest me previously that under no circumstances they will refund me my money instead they will deliver it again or give credit note. Dear sir/mam please help me to get my money back as i have no further intrust to do a business with them after all this harassment.

My order no[protected], which included a bottle of very expensive wine.
The delivery of rest of the order was done except wine. I was not informed it wont be delivered nor was i given an option for substitute.
After delivery reached my home i realised the wine was not delivered and then raised the complaint.
The customer service was clueless at first, then after checking they got back that it was not delivered as shops were closed, also they delivered wrong flowers.
I did not create fuss on flowers as they delivered something in place. But i need refund for wine, i just got a one line reply no refund and we will deliver whenever shops open.

I stay out of india and i had my 5th wedding anniversary on 7th dec 2019, i had ordered cake from https://www.myflowergift.com where in on the site they had mentioned the price rs 2175, rest they had mentioned they will charge extra 500 rs i said no problem but after making payment they said we will send extra link for payments which i refused and they never mentioned this earlier while on a chat online with there agent, they have spoiled my anniversary and now i am asking them to return the money but they are refusing and not even attending my issue.
