My Flower Tree Complaints & Reviews

My order has still not been delivered and is showing as delivered. The delivery was a fixed time between 10-11 am today and has still not showed up. The delivery man in the name of Veeru Rajpoot with phone # [protected] tells me he is on his way and its been over one and a half hours.He is now not picking up my phone. What is going on?

I send the most attractive wedding cake for my friends on Delhi and they told me it wasssss super delcoious..

Naturally when I ordered Roses I expected the best from, when my girlfriend was getting married, and received this on her door she become so happy.

I placed my order with them on 27th July. Firstly, they canceled my order on their own terms. Later I asked for my refund, they said that’ll be done within 5 days. I waited for a week and then I was told will reflect on my bank account within next 5 working days.
I called them again after a week and still didn’t get my refund.
And now they not even picking up my call.

I ordered flowers and rakhi for my sister and my order reached my house safely and on time, which made my sister very happy

I wanted to convey my feeling for my gf with remarkable cake in delhi. Myflowertree u relly Filled my heart with joy

My flower tree is a big time fraud company.
Highly unprofessional people.
Not even bothered to read the message part and special instructions when ordering online.
Once the payment is made they will stop answering the calls
if you will call to complain then your number will be blocked
no body assured me that the cake would be sugar free.
requested twice on call to make the cake sugar free.

You guys are a BIG FRAUD.
I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT ON YOUR SUGAR FREE THING. WHO IS GOING TO GIVE ME ASSURANCE THAT THE PINK CREAM IS ALSO MADE WITH SUGAR FREE. MY MOTHER IS A DIEBETIC PATIENT.

Message on Card should be: HAPPY 60th BIRTHDAY NAANI MAMMA wish you many more to celebrate :) with lots of love (kids name)

Card with delivery address, no message available on the card.
Moreover ordered this cake with a special request to write "60 NAANI MAA" on the cake instead of Happy Birthday.
called twice to your customer care number to request the same. but what you guys did, . You have ruined the surprise and the purpose of sending cake online.
take back your cake right now and send me the proper cake with proper message on the cake. do hell with your pink colored happy birthday message on the cake.
i need a confirmation right away.
now you guys have blocked my number as my call to your customer care number is is not getting picked for 9 minutes, earlier it was answered in 1-2 minutes max.

I got my learn on schedule and ordered a Black Forest cake for my younger brother. I'm pleased with how fresh and well-baked the cake was.

I would highly recommend MyFlowerTree for gifts delivery to India. I sent cake and flowers from Mumbai to Delhi...and my experience was terrific. The cake was so delicious and fresh that my parents loved it. Moreover, the flowers basket was gorgeous too.

I cancelled order due to exceed the standard time (9-12). I was waiting for more than 2 hrs but still no response.

Delivery boy called at 7 Pm but sender told that order is already cancelled.

I got a msg that my order delivered but Receiver didn't pick.

Overall it was a good flowers Delivery. It was fast but the no. of flowers were less that what I ordered for and I found the price was little higher too.
