    My Flower Tree — Order placed on 1st June 2021 for same day delivery. Order number 827484 cost Rs 1245. This site is fraudulent and fake. Their mail [protected]@myflowertree.com got bounced. This order placed on 1st June for same day delivery has not delivered until date.

          My flower Tree DOES NOT have the option of Cash on Delivery and we need to pay in advance. But after paying i never got my cake. Customer service is so bad. The guy was almost started shouting on me.
          Never order any thing from this site.

            My birthday cake choclate cheesecake never got delivered.Order no is 817877 and May 28 was date of delivery.Neither their customer service was responsive.Only their website it says order attempted but no cake was either delivered or anyone called.Please refund the money as soon as possible....

            Order I'd :822959. I ordered a cake for single day delivery and the cake was not delivered. I am trying to request refund and I am not able to connect to your customer care after multiple attempts. I am feeling like I am being cheated here. Could you please refund the amount ? Expecting your swift response.

                        Order number 819148. This site is fraudulent and fake. This order placed on 22nd May for same day delivery has not delivered until date. First 2 days, they sent a message they are unable to deliver due to covid restrictions. All others were able to deliver except this site as their job is to loot money. I asked for a refund again the same message. Now their mailbox is full and no contact number. Never order from a site that doesn’t have a valid contact number since I lost 2000/- to this fraudsters. Would they say the issue is resolved like they said for days order is out for delivery?

                            Be delivered on 12th May 2021. Cost is 949/- and blue dart courier tracking no is [protected] which is showing as No records found. From day one I’m following up in Chat and no response for delivering the product. There is no contact number nor receiving call back from ur end. Very worst service I have ever experienced. Either deliver the product within 24 hours or cancel the order and refund my money to my bank account and I don’t want refund to your account wallet at any cost. I have attached oly cubic lamp photo which is there on ur website but I don’t remember photos which I have selected and given to personalise in this lamp. U Shuld have the data.Awaiting response. Very much upset

                                I placed an order with this company called my flower tree.
                                I had a call before placing the order assuring me delivery can be done. I have a recording of their calls too..
                                There was no delivery made.
                                They have no contact information.
                                Their numbers are all invalid
                                Emails bounce back.
                                Its a fraud company and many people have fallen under their prey.
                                Must shut down the company.
                                I have all this call recordings of theirs where they promised a delivery and then a refund.. But no update or information.

                                  My order was not delivered as they (myflowertree email) said there was a delay . A week later they cancelled the ordered. But still now I didn't receive any refund amount though the order is cancelled by them.
