    Today I ordered birthday cake but didn't receive yet. Not able to cancel also. There is no customer care number where you can talk to anyone. This is highly unprofessional n frustrating.

      Status shows out for delivery and never delivered
      No customer care, no portal, no response
      I forgot/ignored the previous reviews, and that proved costly. Though, I have decided to move to consumer forum against this fraud company for an official complaint.

        My order number is 815940, I had ordered a personalised cushion on 18th May 2021 and haven’t received the same yet. Earlier I had ordered a photoframe and haven’t got the same and they credited the amount back in my wallet and now again they are repeating the same thing again. Fraudsters!

          My order id - 815277.. that was some birthday surprise gift to somone on 19th May...

          I ordered on 17th and it was showing confirm delivery on 19th May. However nothing is there and i am still waiting for any positive response. I thought it was mg wrong decision yo opt service from you guys.

          There is no proper response, no callback, chatbot is fake..no contact numbers works.
          Seems fraud is running from banglore

            Hi I have ordered one cofee Mug before 8th May 20121, expected delivery was 12th May they did not deliver on time, today it is 20th May, they have even not handed over the shipment to Courier company, Blue Dart says we have not got Order from Myflower tree, when I call to Myflower tree they said it will be delivered by today and they are saying this from 12th May, they are even not cancelling my order. I want them to Cancel my order and Refund.

                Hi, the order #805043, had to be delivered on May 9, 2021.
                The item was not delivered on my address, but I got the message of completion. I have been contacting the company for past 10 days for my refund. But there is no response. Please look into this.

                    For order# 802850, delivered 5 days late, and worst quality flower vase made of rubber, no soil inside, nail polish product is dry of no use.

                    For 802865, the product delivered is very bad and does not match with what ordered.

                            Hi I ordered a cake today 14th May 2021 by morning 6am and it was promised that it will be delivered by 9 pm . The order was in preparation status still 6pm evening and it changed to out for delivery by 6.40pm but after there is no progress . I reached out to customer care multiple times but no one responded to me . I paid 1248 for this order neither cake or refund both not done still.

                                        These people are frauds! They charge huge amount for cakes and they are not worth. I ordered one half kg and one 1 kg cake for my parents Golden jubilee anniversary and my daughters birthday on 9th May, but both were ruined due to stale cakes sent by my flower. I paid 1900 for 1 kg cake and 800 for 1/2 kg cake.!

                                        They are not reachable once u pay, The customer care numbers are barred for incoming calls, the bot on website says gimme a moment and that moment never ends!We feel cheated and want to file a case for ruining our Big Moment!

                                        But atleast we need our full refund for all this. we are trying to reach them since last 3 days but no way to reach them!

                                        I dont recommend this website! if you dont want to ruin your special days!
