My order number was 810640, which was for the cake.
It was to be delivered on 9-may-2021.
I already paid the charges through internet before hand.
On 9th May, the tracking showed that the slot was for 6 PM to 9PM, and it was out for delivery. Later at 9 pm it was rescheduled for 10th May. This was done without any information, sms, email, phone. No information at all. I wrote may complaints, and even tried on chat bot, but no response regarding anything.
Later on 10th May, again i did lot of efforts to contact them. NO RESPONSE. and NO DELIVERY.
Today is 11th May 2021. When i am writing this complaint, i tried everything like contacting customer care number, raising complaint, chatting on chat bot...but no response from any where. The customer care number is not working at all.
This is my first (and will be last) experience with this company.
I expect to get the product (cake- which i ordered). OR get the refund of money.
My Flower Tree customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I need a refund of my payment.
But there is no customer care. The number on the website is fake !
Neither are they replying in social media platforms ! THIS COMPANY Is froud shame on
