Hi I have ordered one cofee Mug before 8th May 20121, expected delivery was 12th May they did not deliver on time, today it is 20th May, they have even not handed over the shipment to Courier company, Blue Dart says we have not got Order from Myflower tree, when I call to Myflower tree they said it will be delivered by today and they are saying this from 12th May, they are even not cancelling my order. I want them to Cancel my order and Refund.
My Flower Tree customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I need a refund of my payment.
But there is no customer care. The number on the website is fake !
Neither are they replying in social media platforms ! THIS COMPANY Is froud shame on
