Product not delivered- Fraud My flower tree

When I searched again about the website everyone is complaining about this fake website and company. They didn’t deliver the order on the required date. No call or any information from their side. Got a call from vendor after 2 for the delivery and when I said for accepting the delivery after 2 days, they are not returning my money.
They are liars, as they kept on saying that delivery guy tried to contact me. But the truth is the delivery guy only called me after 2 days. I want my money back

    Today I placed a order of strawberry cake which was pathetic in taste. Such bad smell was coming from strawberry that we are not able to eat . Spoil my day and I’m worried for my daughter she tasted toady . Cake was tasteless, flavourless nd stale .if rating has option of zero I will give..

      I have done pre booking of a cake on 21st may but I didn't get the my cake. I have special occasion on 23rd may.. after attempting several attempts, they didn't even inform me about the delaying service.. when I spoke the customer care representative she told me.. you chose standard delivery time.. it means it's not a fixed delivery time..however we are trying to give u a best service. I don't understand how this can be customers mistake.. I booked my order 2 days before of delievery date and i also select the time between 3pm to 9 pm .. i am in touch with customer care representative from last 3-4 hrs. All they are saying your order is on the way.. they are liar.. atleast as a service provider they should tell us that service is got delayed so we can arrange the cake from somewhere else but they didn't do anything except making fool to their coustomer and spilling there special occasion.

      After raising my concern I got the mail around 9;45pm that the delivery boy is met with an accident so they are scheduling my order for 24th May ( I mean seriously what kind of service they are providing... They do not care about the customer as well as they employees. A big liar.. where there customer care representative has no reason why my order got delayed...she is busy to blaming customer and on another place other one is telling us lie about the accident.

      The whole day.. i didn't get my order. I told the customer care representative, i dont want the order.. i need my money back and her reply was I cannot help you in this.. please contact to the complaint team. What you are doing then... And till then in which department i am talking?

      Today morning 24th May I got the mail from the myflowertree, that they are going to delieverd my order today itself in between 8am-12pm.

      First of all I want the birthday cake for 23rd may which you're delivered to failed.

      2nd thing I told u in advance, i don't want ur service kindly return my money but you guys didn't care about your customer... You rescheduled it for 24th May

      3. And as expected, they don't even delieverd the product on 24th May 2022 and don't even inform the customer.

      Worst experience I have ever had. My mistake was before ordering the cake, I should check the reviews of the company.

      Now only resolution is I want my money back and if it's not possible for you guys then keep it.

      I just want to tell the other customers kindly do not order from them even if they are providing service free of cost.

        I place an order[protected] for the cake delivery today at pincode 284301. After confirming multiple times with support contacts that the order will be surely delivered, I placed the order. I invested my many precious hours into continuous follow ups with chat support and call support.
        They kept on telling me that I will receive the order. At the end, a surprise mail comes with a mere excuse that the delivery can’t take place today as the delivery guy met an accident.

        Please provide me with the proof of the accident with the evidence containing the date/timestamp.

        I am left with no options now to use some other service as the day has come to an end…

        I have read hundreds of similar cases on google reviews which was shocking.

        If you don’t care about people’s emotions then you should probably not run this business.

        There are problems on so many levels. Your support teams are not even connected with each other and don’t have any information( except for saying we can’t do anything, SORRY)

        I hope you have time to address this issue.

        Looking forward for your response.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          This complaint is for order no. 1031428.
          The cake delivered was completely rotten ( Sadi hui) & distorted.

          It was not at all eatable as totally fermented.

          We had to by anther cake from local market to satisfy the pleasant need of a little cute Grand Son.

          I tried your no. [protected], yesterday many times but no reply ( only voice - Your call is very important to us)

          Than I gave message on SMS

          Today again called on same no., on which I have been told that I will receive response from some body on the matter.

          On feedback link received on my SMS also I have given feedback but there is no response.

          It looks there is no care to costumer.

            Hi, they took huge amount for cakes, cakes were 3 times costlier than, I even opted express delivery, They charged me extra 200 for express delivery, My total bill was of 10k approx, I ordered for birthday party, for express delivery I have selected time of 5-6 pm. It was delivered after party, which was useless for was. There is no proper customer support, if we complaint on social media on their platforms they are even hiding all comments and promoting their business, Im here to compalin and save others hard earned money.My order Confirmation #1043217

              Flower and cake ordered to be delivered for my wifes Birthday was not delivered at all and the tracking shows as delivered. I had paid extra for delivery in the morning. My order number is 1031692. On top of that their customer service is absolutely abysimal. This whole thing looks like a giant scam.

                Sadly it's all fake responses...

                it was a birthday cake on 9th May 2022 received delivery on 10th May 2022 at 2000 hrs

                It was a birthday cake and was delivered on 10th May 2022. If the address was incorrect how come I received the delivery on 10 th May 2022.

                As per the Vendor, he received the order on 10th May 2022 morning with delivery date of 10th May 2022 which we returned back as no use to us. It was an eggless and sugar free cake which was hardly available at the last moment. So better you accept your fault and refund the exact amount with inconvenience caused to us. (attachment attached)

                As mentioned below in the mail...it was mothers day..FYI it was monday 9 th May 2022 and it was not Mothers day.

                As it was a birthday party ...everyone was at home...So the next point of yours proved to be incorrect.

                We haven't received your call nor from the vendor for address confirmation.

                We tried calling your number [protected] several times with no response. (Attachment attached)

                Kindly refund our money back or we need to take legal action against you along with vendor Floral .

                FYI I am attaching the attachments for your reference

                KINDLY REFUND OUR MONEY AT THE EARLIEST

                  I placed the order of flowers on 8th May for “Same day delivery”. Paid money online. But till the night I didn't get any call from them, though I kept on calling but there phone was coming busy continuously.
                  Somehow I managed to get the customer care next day, she said that they tried but my phone was no reachable, which is a lie and I can prove that. Though I asked them to mail me the screenshot I the call of to prove that they tried calling my number. But she disconnected the phone without helping me.
                  I got a call from the flower vendor in 10th may afternoon to deliver the order. Now when the vendor only for the order after 2 days then how is the company claiming that they tried to deliver the order on 8th. They are not accepting that they failed to deliver the order and not cancelling my order neither giving my money back.

                  Please help me in getting my money back.

                      I ordered white lilies in a vase for mother’s day on 08/05/2022.
                      I faced the following issues:
                      1) product got delivered on 09/05/22
                      2) they delivered the wrong product. I received yellow lilies instead of white.
                      3) half of the flowers were stale and half the lilies were yet to bloom. As a result there was not a single fresh flower in the bouquet.
                      4) They should’ve refunded the amount or cancelled the order as they could not keep their word.
                      I was embarrassed that someone I love and respect received such a gift from me and that too a day after the event itself.
                      5) the entire ordeal would’ve been atleast a tad bit better had they kept me updated about the delay.
                      Their customer care was absolutely unresponsive. So I’d lost hope that the order would be delivered in the first place.
                      I just hope more people don’t waste time and money on companies who don’t value their customers.
                      Unfortunately I read online reviews about my flower tree only after my order was delayed to find out that a lot of people are facing the same issue as I am.
                      I feel its unfair that such companies with disgusting standards of customer care are still allowed to serve people.

                        Ordered a cake and sweet to be delivered on mother's day i.e on May 8. But the order wasn't delivered and now they aren't cancelling the order and also not making the refund. The amount is of Rs 2099. Order Id is 1034220.

                          I had booked a pack of flowers and chocolates amounting Rs.1795 booking ref 1032266.It was my sisters 50th birthday on 9thMay'22 for which I had done this booking on 5th May22, online through their portal.
                          The product didnt reach however the portal tracker shows it is delivered.
                          I have complainted through their website multiple times since 9th but with no response.

                            I ordered some gifts for my mom on Mother’s Day. Its been 2 days after Mother’s Day and they have not still reached. They have taken the full money but still nothing is happening. I have contacted the customer team but still no response from them.

                            These are the order numbers. 1 order came very late in night. It had the other 2 stuff on invoice which the delivery person had but he said I have been given only 1 thing to deliver. Today we tried to call the driver who came yesterday but he said I don’t work for this company. They just hired me for 1 day only.

Got an email that driver try to contact me but my number not contactable..That is lie.. I was at home yesterday all day.. You have ruined my surprise for my mother...                                   On the Occasion of Mother's Day on 8th May 2022, I had Placed order for Flowers and Cake to be delivered to my Mother. My order No. 1039590 is not Delivered till Date, I had tried to reach their contact number which is Constantly busy and not reachable, I have sent numerous messages asking for refund..                                     I've placed an order for a bouquet of 20 roses for Mother's day on 8th May 2022 with extra 99 charge for same day delivery.
                                    First of all the order wasn't delivered that day secondly the status show delivered despite not delivering it. I cannot contact them since the number isn't in function and they are not replying to the mail

                                      I regret not reading the reviews before placing order. They Took my money, and didn't deliver on the given date and time inspite of the fact that I choose to pay extra for delivery on the exact time. Worse still, they never responded/refunded/or delivered in any case . That's cheating! Now I Have no product and my money too is gone.

                                      They never bothered calling or responding after umpteen no. of complaints I placed.

                                      DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MYFLOWERTREE.

                                      MOST inefficient, incompetent, unethical and unempathetic business.

                                      Very Disappointed!
