My Flower Tree — Delivery missed by 1 week and no updates | |
Its been 5 days and my order# 677948 is still lost. Order was placed on 31st July and was to be delivered on 2nd August. It was a Raksha bandhan gift which has long lost its significance now. I dont have any updates from myflowertree and it is pathetic customer service. Their chat responses respond after one hour with a standard - "we are looking into it". They have a call back - but no body has called since 5 days. They have a complaint link - but no body responds to the complaint. There is no option to even cancel the order which clearly they have not even started work on. I am completely blocked and dont know how to proceed. For a site that advertises dame day delivery - this is completely not ok. In these days of trusted delivery from Amazon and others, this site is not relevant anymore. I just want to cancel my order and get my refund. Was this information helpful? | |

Order 677948 is still not delivered. Today myflowertree sent a misleading mail that Delivery is attempted but no one came. Please handle urgently
