My Happy Journey — Refund of Air Ticket refunded by Airline to Travel Partner pending

REFUND AGAINST TICKET NO[protected] PNR - JJ9HZ- AIRLINE AIR INDIA BOOKED FROM HAPPY EASY GO

I wish to inform you that i booked a ticket from travel partner "Happy Easy Go" from Mumbai to Udaipur from Air India for travel on 01st May 2020 but due to countrywide lockdown the flight could not operate and airline asked to cancel the ticket against full refund. The ticket was cancelled by me on 28th Dec 2020 with the airline (Air India) and as per Air india the ticket was refunded by them on 07th Jan 2021 but till date i have not received refund against my ticket. I have chased several times to Air line for the refund status but they are always claiming that refund is processed and money is refunded to travel partner ( Happy easy Go) but when i am connecting travel partner for the ticket they are claiming that refund is not received by them from Airline so they cannot refund the same.

Sir its been more than 6 months i have been chasing both the Airline (Air India) and Travel partner (Happy Easy Go) but they both are on different page and as a regular customer we are suffering for the refund. I have even taken the transaction number from Airline against which the refund was processed by them and the same i gave to travel partner for checking the refund status but still they are not able to trace the refund.
