Dear Sir, This is to informed you that i have book one order with my mantra shopping on 10th of october also release the payment of Rs. 8999/- for the offer. I have received one mail from the merchant on confirmation of the order book. also they committed me on phone that the delivery will be within 5-6 working days now its almost 16 days pass away still awaiting by order No 136. I Continuously called them from last five days and asking my order tracking number they only make me fool saying that we will share the tracking number after one hours. when i again called them after every hours their statement changes as i feel they are making us fool they don't know the power of consumer act i guess. Today i am writing this to you because i don't want they may cheat other customer across india on diwali occasion. Even their web site frequently changes which i observed. Requesting you kindly take necessary action against them so that some one control such fraud people. Best regards, Shankar Patil
