Hi My name is Sumit Bawankule, I had applied for loan through My Money Manta, office address- Sadar Nagpur. On 03rd Aug 2022I there I met with Nilesh Tekade, we discussed about my financial requirements and obligations so he said though there are obligations your loan case can be done so he took all my documents and forward my case to different different financial companies. Due to my over obligations my loan case was rejected from all financial companies which I was pretty sure. So on 14th Aug Nilesh whatsApp me and asked for INR 1700.00 to process my loan case in one of the renowned financial company and assured me that the loan case will definitely approve in one day. I asked him that why you are taking money so he said it's a initial payment you just Pay me now and your money will be refunded after the approval of the loan case. Because Nilesh was known to me I paid him the money. After that I took follow up for 10 days but he didn't respond. He blocked me many times and used to shout on me for taking follow ups. Finally I gave up and request him to return my money so he didn't replied so I went to his office in Sadar Nagpur and I met with Mr. pranav Singal, he is nice gentleman console me and assured me to help. Meanwhile i got WhatsApp msg from Nilesh and said that he will return my money till 7:00 pm on 25th Aug that is today. So I said ok. On 7:30pm I called him he didn't picked phone n WhatsApp me that by today till 12 he will return my money so I said and aske for money so he started abusing and said I will not return your money do whatever you want to do. I was surprised and shocked to listen this. Now ia m helpless.

You are requested to please help me for this and give me the justice for the same.

Bar bar loan ke leya call kar ke pareshan karna, mai ne jab mana kar deya ke mujhe koe loan nahi caheya to v daily 4 se 5 bar call kar ke loan ke leya pareshn karna.

I have purchased a American eagle jeans against order no[protected] dt. 11 July-22 UPI ref. no. [protected].
It has been replaced two times & got oversize jeans, now requested to refund it & back to money in my account, But after continuous follow up & reminders, no personal neither return the money & replace the item.

Loan no:[protected], Applied for personal loan of 3 lakh.. As per information in Money Mantra app, processing fees of .099 % will charged and there are no other hidden charges. After applying loan i was forced to buy health insurance of 11500Rs and then loan amount of 313224 Rs was approved but disbursed only 305405 Rs. There was deduction of 7819 Rs, if processing charges is 3000Rs why there was additional deduction of 4819 Rs. Even I am trying to reach money Mantra co ordinator Aayushi, there is no response from her neither from hdfc bank.

Hi,

I have applied for Personal loan for 25L. During that time, it was committed that the processing fee will get refund in 7 days after first EMI. My First EMI is November 5 2021. Till today (19-Apr-2022), i am following up on regular basis, but they are finding new reasons for not to refund my processing fee. At last, executive asked that he will refund if i give him reference, else I have to wait. I don't know, why customers do to marketing for them for getting the agreed service. Its really horrible to ask customer to do marketing for to do agreed service.

He has promised me that I'll get back the processing fees in the form of Cashback 2359 rupees of personal loan account number[protected] & loan amount was 5, 36, 000

He confirmed on email & on phone that I'll get the cashback of 2359 within a day of disbursal. Now it's been 4 days still I didn't get my cashback & now he is not answering my call nor replying on my messages.

Kindly take a harsh action against him, as he is making fool around the people just to achieve their targets, as an employee of organization he should not make false promises to clients.

Hi,

This is Baji Shaik from Chennai and I would like to inform that I have been processed home loan in ICICI by your branch located in Chennai Aminjikarai. Initially they have proposed the application as ICICI PMAY but not at all submitted my PMAY application to the bank. When I asked to the bank they said that they have not received any PMAY application from MONEY MANTRA. Because of negligence of submitted my PMAY application I could have loss approx 260000(Two lakh sixty thousand) subsidy. I called couple of times to Money Mantra but no use. I have paid all service charges to money mantra as earliest. I am requesting you Kindly accept my request and take necessary action on branch management and recover my loss of subsidy which is completely responsible of MY MONEY MANTRA. I believe that your company will stands on reliable.

Incident happen 2 month back when they approached me for the personal loan, . they told me that they are from bank and not agent. later they commit to reduced the loan interest rate post two emi but now they are not answering my calls. Pooja Bhardwaj, Sanjana Balotiya are main persons.

A guy from money Mantra name is Atul Sharma has taken 10000 rs for a approval for a loan.
Now he has blocked my number and not giving my money back.

My self Vipin Girhotra. Some days back I got the call from your team (mob no. +91-[protected]) & given false information that we are offering lifetime free credit card of RBL bank. I re-question is it free for lifetime, she said, "Yes". Person came and collected the documents & card has approved. After some days I got call to upgrade the card then I got to know that the card which has been issued to me have some monthly charges.
Please cancel my card immediately
