My Money Mantra — personal loan a/c no. [protected] employee fraud

My money mantra and idfc employees has done a big fraud with me. I have taken pl through them from idfc bank for bt. I had clearly said that there will be no charges charged while doing my balance transfer and their employee muskaan sethi and shikha committed me that no charges will be charged. But when they done the bt they have charged 40k from my pl. After complaining they said that they will reimburse all amount from there office and requested me not to complaint in their office or idfc bank. But till date they have given nothing to me.

Its a big fraud they have done to me with the help of idfc employee (Prashant rai) and also they have done fake signature of mine on the agreement.
