I applied for my home loan BT through mymoney mantra and my relationship member was Swati for the whole process. Initially she told me that no any fee will be charged to me for the whole BT process from Federal bank to DBS bank.
Later she told me to pay legal fee, other fee which i transferred to her phone pay and processing fee of approx 15K as total for which told all charges will be refunded back to me by mymoneymantra. I am old customer of mymoneymantra and now i feel cheated as my case was BT in Dec-2021 and so far she is saying she is trying for refund. Not responding to my calls and messages.
