My11Circle — bonus amount ripoff

Initially during the launch of this mobile application (Mycircle11) i created an account via facebook login, which took the details (Email - 1 and mobile number) about me including the mobile number. So acc 1 was created long back with email - 1 and my only mobile number.

Now, i was not aware of that old account (Acc1) and created an account (Acc2) using another email - 2, for which it didnt prompt for any mobile number which these guys consider as their unique identification number.

So now i have accidentally created a second account (Without mobile number). I made a deposit of rupees 500 and i was offered with 500 bonus with the acc2 (Even during the deposit i was not asked about the mobile number).

Then later when i wanted to join into a game, i was prompted to enter my details like name address mobile and so on. Only when i provided the mobile number i was told that an account already exists with this mobile number. Later i used the recovery option to recover the email and only then i realised that i had a account (Acc1) created long back.

Now, this mobile application does not have any voice support number and only email address and a physical address was listed in their website and in the application. I wrote an email to them explaining the above mentioned scenario and i requested to unlink mobile number or close the previous account (Acc1) that i created accidentally where my only mobile number is liked. There is no mention about the "account closing" anywhere in their website or faqs.

These guys ended up closing the account (Acc2) where i was awarded with 500 bonus, which was not my request. I was happie that they have resolved the issue and logged in to see that only the rs. 500 was credited and not the bonus amount of rs.500.

When i raised up about this to them, they say something about bs t&c of a person should not have 2 accounts, which i totally agree. But these guys ended up closing the wrong account and i was ended up with a ripoff of 500 bonus amount.

They called me about this issue and the person whom i spoke to was not ready to listen what im saying instead kept on saying "terms and conditions". It was a mistake at their end and im the one who is paying the prize of losing the 500 bonus! Now, they are asking me to make a deposit of rs.500 again! To get the bonus of rs. 500, which is totally ridiculous!!
