I want to re-upload adharcard for kyc verification but i facing many problem like - revise document button disabled, upload document button disabled and it also shows that your document is already verified with another account but there is upload and revise document both button are disabled i dont understand what is the scam is doing this company because when i add money there is no kyc verification needed but when it's game time to return money (withdraw) it's shows that verification needed i also want to verify myself in your account but buttons are disabled so how can i upload my document.
i alreay complain in my11circle customer support but everytime they told that complain are already solve but actually problem is not solved. please help me to solve this problem.
