Hello Sir / Madam,

My mobile number is [protected] and I have never opted for mydala service. Since last 2 days my account is getting deducted with 49 Rs. So total 98 Rs. is getting cut since last 2 days (13th and 14th December - 2020)

Please help me and stop this service for me.

Each month a charge of Rs49 as VAS is getting added to my Vi bill.
I checked and my mobile connection says no VAS active on line.
I have not heard of, used mydala for any deal. Still Rs 49 is being charged each month. Now i am getting SMS that mentions Rs 49 for using mydala powered deal, which is fraud.

RS 49 have been illegally debited by mydala powered deal.
I never subscribed to your services and expect you to immediately stop debiting money from my account and reimburse the amount taken.

Mydala is deducting money from my Vodafone prepaid balance. Rs. 48 has been deducted without my consent. I didn't receive a notice of the deduction as well.

I got sms from VM-MDLITE stating that rs.48 has been deducted from my Vodafone mobile account balance. When I called Vodafone customer care, they told me that I must have clicked on mydala pop-up, but I never clicked on any such pop-up. Vodafone customer care was not ready to help at all.
My money was deducted by mMydala without my consent. I didn't even clicked on anything. I never requested for Mydala service.
I need refund of my money and blacklist such frauds.

My voda balance gets auto deducted for some deals on mydala which i never activated.

Even if any ad is pressed by mistake, even then vodafone should ask for permission or OTP from me.

Auto deduction everytime i recharge my phone is a total fraud and vodafone is also a part of this scam.

Are you people stealing peoples money or what, my brother is having vodafone sim number [protected], two times he got message that Rs. 47 is deducted from his balance, without his consent you people activated his account and deducting money like it's father's account or what, See I'm warning you transfer his money back to his account otherwise I'll put a case on you any how my wife is the well known advocate so be careful, transfer that money back otherwise you people will be in big trouble for sure ..

I would have given them 0 stars, if that were an option.

If you reading this review before buying their marketing package, you just saved yourself alot of money,,, you will thank me later after reading this.

There are few players in this sales game. It starts with sales people which mainly are rateeka and vinayak.
Now, i am not cynical, but since i lost money to them i feel it is my responsibility to share my opinion.

Rateeka, salesperson sounds so promising and responsible but trust me (Victim) she will change her words once the package is about to it maturity. You will receive no business and they will show you they are doing best.

Let's talk about their management, their boss, bigger loser... Here's why.. They will be like oh you should have brought the "no sales issue" to our attention earlier,, we would have done something then... But the truth is,, they would have done nothing too.. Their sales representative will waste your time..

If you had hired a marketing representative for 10 per month, he will do a better job then this company..

No offense but this company is incapable of doing good marketing. I asked their leader to show me, where did they spend our money, they are like,.. No,, we cant do that.

If you check their receipt, it is mentioned, "all disputes will be subject to the delhi jurisdiction only" this clearly give you a hint, they are even ready to argue for their attitude.

If you are still giving your money to them, trust me you don't love your money.

To prove my point, i will defiantly bring more proofs,,, but trust my word.

Though i didnt click on any thing, my balance is getting deducted each day. Once 49 and next day rs.47.. Even i contacted customer care but they are of no use.. I even tried to call the mydala company (The number i got from sms) but not getting response do look in to the matter. It is just that the money is getting deducted from my main balance without my concent every day. My number [protected] (Vodafone)

I received an sms at night at 2 am and the next day my 47 rs was deducted without any intimation to me.

I have contacted vodafone and they told me that i have clicked on a link in sms and hence my money. Howerver, i never clicked on any link.

I have seen may mydala frauds on this portal still government has not taken any strict action against them.

Two times I got message from VM-MDLITE about the voucher to win iphone X 128 GB and for I have to pay Rs.49 each time. Both the times I didn't respond but when I checked my account Rs.49 is deleted from my account automatically.
I don't know, how my account is created in mydala, but after that automatically Rs. 98 is deleted from my phone number. please remove my account from mydala.com. first Rs.49 is deleted in 2 august 2018 and second Rs.49 in 26 august 2018.

I have purchase coupon voucher for lakme saloon for rs. 19. On 15 september 2017.
But when actually went saloon on 17 october 2017. I found that coupon code is already use by someone else. I was surprised. How website is issuing two same voucher code.
My dala had done fraud to me. They are fraud... Fraud.
Please look into this matter as earlier as possible.

What is this mydala is... I have not done anything and got msg that i have been charged with 42rs as i activated mydala serive but i have not done anything... Plzz stop making people fool... If you beegers want money then plzz begg in front of people with there consent this is illegal and if you did not refund my money then i have to take some legal step aginst you

Your balance is rs. 7.67
I have not downloaded any such kind of app. It's a fraudulent deduction kindly get my amount refunded otherwise i have to take a legal action agaist this company.
My idea no. Is [protected] plz get it refunded as soon as possible.

Today, rs. 29 was deducted from my balance and a message came stating that i had downloaded mydala powered deal which is false and i did not download any such thing from my phone. Also, nothing as told in the message have been downloaded. It is a case of pure fraud by such a respected company. So, i want to have my deducted balance refunded as soon as possible.

Got a message saying I downloaded some Mydala powerdeal which I have no idea about. Idea customer care is utter nonsense keep repeating its my fault and they have no 'idwa' of whatsoever it is. The Message I got too has the same line saying I have downloaded some power deal. I don't even know what Mydala is what that powerdeal is. I haven't even got any information from Mydala regarding the powerdeal that I have apparently downloaded. Pure case of cheating and fraud. Highly unreasonable and fraudulent!!! How do I know this does not happen again, atleast if I know how this happened I wouldn't do that again. Customer care has no freaking idea of what happened keep saying I downloaded some chargeable content which I have not!!!

I am using vodafone. It showed there are some offer if just dial *111*1*2#.
When i did, it showed me some offer. It showed me "1. Free deal @49."

I pressed 1 (One) thinking it will display me the details and will ask for confirmation. But no it directly deducted the money and sent me the message about it.

When i called the mydala the told me they have mentioned it clearly that if you press 1 they will deduct money. But i do not think it is clear.

When i asked if i do not want that deal will they return money. But they said no.

I recieved the below msg to my phone.

What does it even mean.. I did not activate any mydala and how can anyone deduct money from my idea account without my permission. This is complete fraud taking place. When i searched for mydala on google, there are so many custmoers who are facing the same issues. On what basis is idea deducting this kind of money and if it is a scam, how does idea not know about it.
