I had just recieved the below msg to my phone..

Dear Customer,
thank you for downloading mydala powered deal from MYDALA.
You have been charged Rs. 29
Your balance is Rs. *****..

What does it mean.. When i call idea customer executive, they told a third party has activated this deal.. I am hearing about MYDALA first time.. For what and with whose permision did you have taken my cash from my account.. This is actually cheating and stupid.. I need complete amount back to my account within one day..

    Today dt. 26 may 2017 at 18-55 hrs, i am searching some information on my mobile no [protected] net, the ads shown from m/s. My dala to download this app, whenever i select x to close this window, it was not worked, inspite of it they downloaded this app in my system and deduct rs29-00 from my idea prepaid account. Now i am trying to unistall to unsubscribe this app, its not work. I do know what kind of this app & why they are forcefuly deduct this amount. You are requested to registered my complaint against this compay and do the needfull against this company with complaint register number to me.
    Mydala customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    From my account 29Rs have been deducted for some [censored] mydala deal for no reason, [protected] is my number,
    I need the money back!!

      I haven't activated mydala. There is no response from idea customer care service.
      And when i am calling to idea care they behave rudely and told me that its your sin.
      What the hell is it.

        I didn't done anything but before 5 minutes I've got a message from idea and mydala deals that Rs.29 are deducted for mydala deals.. i'm a Idea user just now received a message from idea and mydala that 29 is deducted from my balance and mydala deals are activated on my mobile, but i didn't have activated then why the hell they started it? Now i want to get unsubscribe from it how can i get unsubscribed from it?
        And what the hell is that mydala?

          I have been charged 58 rupees from my Idea account balance for downloading a mydala powered deal. I haven't done any such thing intentionally. The amount was deducted without any sort of confirmation on my part. When I contacted idea customer care for a refund, they refused as it was a promotional activation done from mydala. I want an immediate refund.

            Today, Rs. 29 was deducted from my balance and a message came stating that I had downloaded Mydala powered deal which is false and I did not download any such thing from my phone. Also, nothing as told in the message have been downloaded.It is a case of pure fraud by such a respected company. So, I want to have my deducted balance refunded as soon as possible.

              Mydala is a nice app but you all have certainly fallen in my eyes.

                  I had not purchased nor downloaded any product or service from mydala, however money was deducted from my phone number. My phone got a message on april 21, 2017, at 0:09 saying
                  ' dear customer
                  Thank you for downloading mydala powered deal from mydala. You have been charged rs. 29. Your balance is rs. 11.48."
                  I need a refund as i have not used or even heard of mydala.

                    Today at 05:02 pm i got a message from my network provider that,
                    Dear customer,
                    Thank you for downloading mydala powered deal from mydala. You have been charged rs.29.
                    But the thing is that i didn't download anything of this sort. Neither i have mydala app. When talked to the customer care of my network provider (Idea)
                    About this, they said might be you have clicked on a pop up. This answer did not satisfy me because without my consent how could a pop up gets activated and deducts money. It must send a confirmation message, which it did not. Now i want my money back that's for sure.
                    Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                      I have been charged Rs. 29 by Mydala wrongly. Neither I have downloaded anything nor I have purchased anything. When I called them, they said you have purchase some voucher. I asked them to give a proof and they couldn't. They are running a big fraud and must have nexus with service provider. I am investigating this further and publish an article very soon. Won't leave this cheaters...

                          When I call to the costumer care the are tell that it has been deducted for some content. They don't give any detail about it. I haven't downloaded any such thing like my dala...

                            What the heck is this Mydala and who the fruit gave you people my number? On 9th March 2017 10:49 am, I received a message. "Dear Customer,
                            thank you for downloading mydala powered deal from MYDALA.

                            Your balance is Rs. 198.55". Without my consent who are you people charging me for and for what?? I had never downloaded any of these Mydala stuff. I don't even know what is this thing. Also I don't care. Just give my money back. I wasn't even using my phone at that moment. That phone was untouched for 6 hours straight. And when I checked new message, it showed up this. I just want my money back. This thing is terrible. What a fraud you cheaters doing. Robbing innocent people and earning?? I'm really disappointed.

                                MYDALA has charged me Rs.29 on 28 feb 2017 at 5.33 AM today . I haven't activated any service, account or coupons regarding MYDALA. I didn't even using phone at that time and i got a text message regarding mydala powered deal downloading from MYDALA.

                                I don't know what MYDALA is. So how to activate deals without take any permission from the user. This is a fraud one. I am going to complaint against this in consumer court. I want the my money back.

                                      But the thing is that I didn't download anything of this sort.Neither I have MYDALA app.When talked to the customer care of my network provider (IDEA)

Also nothing is downloaded and nothing is there in my history. This is cheating from Idea and mydala and I want my money back. Please look in to this issue as soon as possible.

                                        Today at 9:55 am I got a message from my network provider that,
                                        Dear Customer,
                                        Thank you for downloading mydala powered deal from MYDALA.You have been charged Rs.29.
                                        But the thing is that I didn't download anything of this sort.Neither I have MYDALA app.When talked to the customer care of my network provider (IDEA)
                                        about this, they said might be you have clicked on a pop up .This answer did not satisfy me because without my consent how could a pop up gets activated and deducts money.It must send a confirmation message, which it did not.
                                        Even that could be tolerated if I got to know what was downloaded.I checked my phone but I could not find what was downloaded or the deal itself mentioned in the message anywhere.Now I want my money back that's for sure.
                                        Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                        Hello,

                                        I am unnecessarily charged Rs. 29 for WAP - Mydala powered deal. When I talked to customer care for this they were also not able to describe this. It is very disappointing and I'm feeling looted. Please provide me a solution for this.

                                        Mydala has also deducted rs 29 from my account even when i havent downloaded it.plz take necessary actions
                                        I also faced this issue. Is it a way to loot from Internet users? I'm also using IDEA.
                                        Rs. 29 deducted from my mobile balance for no reason by idea, Mydala whosoever it is. There was no popup or warning or not even a download in my phone.
