I agreed upon a deal worth INR 3 and was charged for the same by my vodafone prepaid account number.Later they deducted INR 196 with asking for my confirmation and sent 4 deals each worth INR 49.When called and asked they told it might be a technical problem and said they were helpless.But I was not refunded my money(196).Please look into the matter and help me get my money back.

This is to inform that we have cross checked with our Internal departments on the basis of your complaint . We have 3 checks from product dispatch section & as per the verification the product was in the box.
You have also confirmed that the carton box was not tampered as per the photo sent by you, in the light of the above facts we will not be able to support further in this matter.
Any product that is taken out from our inventory, undergoes rigorous checks. It undergoes 3 check points. First, when the product is received at the office, second is when the product is sent for the packing and finally when the product is actually packed. Also in addition, the weight of the box is checked so as to ensure that the similar products have identical weights.There is no possibility of an empty Box going out from the inventory, failing all the check points.

Result - I have sent 2 diff watches which are with you now...
So tell me the solution...

dont expect by paying a mere 1% value ( of an original Tag heuer watch) you will get a real TAG heuer watch. Brother - try to realize how it will feel to pay 3-4 lakhs for a TAG watches originals.

Nobody is taking away your money, we all are here & trying our best to serve you.

1. When you will return those watches to me?
2. After my confirmation, Mydala will refund your money...

Nobody is cheating you...or else we should not chase you for your satisfaction...sending again & again new watches.

All those watches are imported replicas & it is indeed worth more than 3-4 K.
Its upto you whether to buy or not...

We all are waiting for you final decision...

So expecting a logical - valuable answer from you, better you try to find a solution. Rather than holding my watches then complaining, which in turn delay your refund.

This watch was shown by you not by me and if this was not the watch then why you send this pic to me.

If you are talking abt replica and all then you should post this picture intially on mydala website then i am very much sure then nobody will pay 3200 for such watch. watch which you had posted initally while the deal was going on it was monaco 24 black with leather belt and then after few days of purcahse you called me on my phone saying that is not in stock and you wiill take time to get new one.

Then you gave me offer of sending other watch of same cost and then you mailed me tag heuer calibre 17 white (chrono)

on website you are showing some other watch and sending some other.

this was the second ti, e when you send me different watch.

This is kind of cheating which you are doing with customers.

Now it is not about satisfaction it is about feeling of getting cheated from this so called mydala company.

Vodafone deducted Rs 99/- from Vodafone mobile balance without informing me. Only send an SMS that I have purchased a coupon to participate a lucky draw competition for a travel to Singapore in m.MyDala.com. Then vodafone customer care saying they can do nothing because I did a chargeable download from MyDala.com. Where as I just visitied the m.mydala.com and did nothing closed the website. Is Rs 99 for visiting a website?

I asked customer case how an outside company automatically deduct my mobile balance? no answer. They should have asked for my permission what payment method I preferred like credit card or online bank paymanet. Instead of that it automatically deducted my mobile balance. Customer care did not took the complain by just avoiding me.

So its group fraud scam by Vodafone and MyDala tied up as a group. Telephone companies like Vodafone and doing scam like unknowingly forced purchase and deduct mobile balance by opening my mobile account balance to outsider. Its a fraud scam and vodafone trying hide it with legal rapper as TRI already restricted the VAS. So its a SCAM!!! Be aware vodafone customers that your mobile is accessible to anyone you don't know yet. They can transfer money from your bank account as they will told you that you downloaded coupon from mydala of RS 20000 and its deducted from your account.

Illegal marketing by these mydala personals no link for unsubscribing alerts..even in their FAQ jst mentioned user can deactivate those by profile tab...Trust there is no such facility...plus user once given any no. for alerts starts receiving alerts for respective number without any confirmation code ... so any user can start alerts for any mobile number...HELPPP MEE really Frustating by thiss
