when i was browsing in phone net suddenly the link took me to other link called mydala then i noticed that i lost rs99 from my phone account. it is really a fraud company they found this new route to robb others hard earned money when i called the person did not give proper response to me.useless and foolish company pls Govt has to chain this type of fraud online traders.very worst .Guys pls don't believe this website and be aware of...

Mydaala.com displayed an advertisement on my cell phone which I clicked and viewed but never authorized them to charge but now I have noticed that they have charged me INR 49/- and not only once but twice. Also as per my interaction with Gurpreet (CSR from Mydaala), they charge the Customers the moment they click on the advertisement.

This purely is an unauthorized charge and would request you to kindly get me the refund back....

I am Priti--winner of MYDALA lucky draw contest 3 months back.
I have phoned mydala 4 times--written emails 6 times
I spoke to manager-Gaurav Parashar
He promised to send the prize--american tourister suitcase 1 month back

I purchased on Blackberry Storm 9530 from mydala (Order ID[protected] in Nov-2011.
Complained to mydala on 6 Mar 2012 for below problems in phone:

- Charger is not working from the day one, i am only charging my phone by data cable.
- Camera is not working
- I am not able to connect this phone with my laptop
- Phone hanging and restarting problem

Till date they arranged a reversed...

i ordered a blackberry mobile from mydala.com which was subjected to a 59% discount . but the product which has been ordered is damaged and already used. please help me in getting my money back or a new handset....

i place the order to site mydala.com of Reebok Black Aviator Sunglasses for Men quty. 1 and i received the box by Courier[protected] evening and when i was open the box but it was empty and when i tell Courier boy to stand but he refused and he told me it is not our job....

I have paid this amount after that i asked for refund then they said we can give you points, can't refund my money in my card.

They are cheating with consumers they have no right to misguide to consumer with wrong advertisement.

This company showing X prdouct and send y product while delivery.

While selling the pics on website are something else and when they send it to the customer they say this what we are avialbale with.
It is not point of refudn it is point of Misselling.

Online shopping is always buying with full trust on the compnay.

I was trapped at an ad on mydala.com website where they mentioned Rs 19 deal for Rs 2000 worth big bazaar vouchers.

And later I realized I wasted my time when they said its a lucky draw. Not just that if I buy and not selected in lucky draw they have just mentioned the money will be refunded in your account (again misleading they should have clearly mentioned that they will refund the amount via points in...

mydala is fraud... just giving commitments only.
I ordered Nokia bluetooth 1.5 months before and Mydala replied me today that they can't give me bluetooth due to there internal merchants problem.
1000 people bought this deal, bluetooth price is of 699,
If I calculate 699 X 1000 = Rs. 7,00,000,
It means they used 7 lacks rupees of customers for 1.5 months. And I am just calculating for only one deal, there...

I am unable to unsubscribe from the daily sms and email notifications of this website "mydala.com".
It says that there is option to unsubscribe from daily sms and email notifications at "My Account" link given at the "Home" page of the website, but it is not there.

I tried hard but to no avail. Please help me.
I am irritated by their daily sms.
