Mydala — Deducted the money without confirmation | |
I am using vodafone. It showed there are some offer if just dial *111*1*2#. When i did, it showed me some offer. It showed me "1. Free deal @49." I pressed 1 (One) thinking it will display me the details and will ask for confirmation. But no it directly deducted the money and sent me the message about it. When i called the mydala the told me they have mentioned it clearly that if you press 1 they will deduct money. But i do not think it is clear. When i asked if i do not want that deal will they return money. But they said no. Was this information helpful? | |
