Myflowerapp — Fraudulent service - No refund - Looting money from customers

I placed a cake and a greeting order worth of Rs 2015/- It was neither delivered or refunded. Initially they said they'll refund by 3-5 days. No refund came. After a follow up they said by 10 days. Now they don't respond at all. Please help also please close this website to prevent customers getting fooled.
