Myflowerapp — No cake and no refund

I bought a cake on 27/04/2021 for my father with candles and other birthday decorations. Mayflower app promised to deliver and they didn’t. I called for refund the next day and they said I’ll get it in 3-4 business days. It’s been 20 days and I still didn’t receive the refund. Called customer care and they started being abusive calling madharchod and all foul language. Mayflower app is a fraud company. They do not do any service. They false promise and deduct the money. Please be very careful.
