Myflowerapp — No cake, no refund either

Placed an order for a cake on 6/8/2021. The cake wasnt deliveres. the chat associates lied terribly. the voice associate hung up on me 15 times. Finally they are audacious enough to say that they won't refund my money.
The birthday is ruined and I lost rs.660 trusting this site. I NEED MY REFUND.
