Myflowerapp — No cake, no refund either. I lost 700 rupees.

I ordered a birthday cake for rs.700. I wasn't able to track the status for 3 hours. I checked with 10 chat associates, each one said somethig random n hung up. The voice call support is terrible. The same guy picks up the call and says a diff name everytime and said all lies. When I asked for refund, he yelled at me and blocked my number.
I even said I'll take it to cybercrime, he laughed and said I can't do anything. The birthday is ruined and I got cheated.
These people should be sent to prison and rot in hell for cheating so many innocent people!!!
