Myflowerapp — No refund to bank account for product delivery on selected slot

I ordered a cake and paid extra for a time slot. They called me at the delivery slot and said delivery not possible as it's far away. So I agreed for refund then they said refund only to their app wallet. What kind of fraud is this !!!won't deliver the product nor give refund
